  1. I don't think words ever helps anyone but it can lead to many other things. And also you don't need help. It is just perfectly fine the way it is including the thought that it isn't fine (if any). Any resistance you feel towards your experience of life is also an experience and is perfectly allowed to exist. In one sentence it is exactly what it is.
  2. I'd suggest considering that thoughts are part of reality including what I'm thinking while writing right now. This itself is a thought in form of words. But it needs to be noticed.
  3. Yeah i just realised when i said sleeping dream feels more like a dream i thought it from the waking state not the sleeping state.
  4. @Jaka Pirs HanziccanHanziccanHanziHanziccanHanzic (lmao is this some kind of bug where i can't exactly remove this thing above. The more i remove the more it comes up?!) Anyways can you tell me where to find guidance about these?
  5. @nistake ohh yeah you're right lmao then I'm not aware of being aware. But what is it that is aware of awareness when awake and not aware when sleeping? Is it the mind?
  6. @Someone here Is awareness the same as nothingness or are they different? Why can we feel the sleeping dream as a dream but not the waking dream as a dream?
  7. Is it possible to notice awareness is present while sleeping? Also where mind is? I just noticed when i did self enquiry i always used to think what awareness/perceiver is and assumed that mind is the brain that is creating all these thoughts. Also i just felt like awareness is conscious of the mind but i just said the opposite in the question. So I'm totally confused about it now lol.
  8. If awareness is always present then when we sleep why isn't it there? Or if it's there then that means our minds aren't conscious about it. Then do we perceive awareness through our mind after all? Then when we're told to be aware does it mean being conscious of awareness through our mind?
  9. Actually it seems like wanting to stop giving meaning to everything was due to the thought that it's not right to do or its bad so which again is giving a meaning to it by default. So i thought I'll acknowledge it and just be aware of it while it happens so i look at it the way it is as well as the way I'm giving a meaning to it.
  10. Is it impossible to not react while being alive? Is the best i can do is being aware of it instantly after reacting to it?
  11. I just recently became more aware of how i have identified myself with everything in a positive or negative way from start of my life to even now. I've never learned to see everything as how it is but always assigned certain meanings to it. At the start it was borrowed from other people which established my belief system about myself and everything else basically what i think i am and now even if I'm aware of that i still keep having opinions and putting meanings and labeling it, about everything i experience in life. How do i experience instead of reacting to experience?
