  1. Caffeine is a stimulant. A stimulant, drug that has it's benefits. Yet still a stimulant. It is easy to fall in love with the effects of caffeine, such an easy way to stimulate the system and get an energy boost that you can use for work or socializing etc. Let me ask you this. Have you seen the energy levels of a top performing athlete? And have you seen the energy levels of the typical work life caffeine addict? Which one do you think looks healthier? The point I am hinting at, is that this does not allow the bodys natural ability to produce energy to function properly. Have you considered this? You feel energized for a short period, and what then? Are you gonna drink more? Or are you gonna accept that you are now on an energy down swing because the stimulants effect now has depleted your energy? Do you want to have this boost available, then go ahead and drink it. At least being aware of this allows you to make a conscious choice as whether or not you want to pay the price for drinking the caffeine. This sound s very serious now, but reality is there is a price to be payed. And this can clearly be seen in many peoples lives. I hear mentions of many great substitutes for getting that energy boost, such as fruits, cold showers, exercizing, lemon water, all great! Here is my question. When is the last time you hiked up a mountain? Let me tell you this. Athletes are in shape and have endless energy, not because of caffeine. They have endless energy because spend energy. The more energy you spend, the more you will have. Our system is full of energy, you will see that if you start to exercise, or go into nature. The body might get a kick from the caffeine, but this energy is not generated the way our system is supposed to generate energy. Try going into nature, no caffeine, have your fruits and water or whatever. Breathe, meditate in the sun. You will feel the natural energy cycles that your body experiences throughout the day.
  2. @RendHeaven 100% agree with this. Just did the 3 guided rounds. And as always I feel fucking awesome. Its similar to Wim Hof, and you can just feel the surges of energy going through your body. And I also have so much innate belief in Breathwork that it will in turn supercharge my health.
  3. You get high on life I do love to drink a Matcha before I go out though tbh
  4. Hey, the main purpose for this journal is connection. Connection with you guys. Connection with the forum. Which hopefully brightens up the path for all of us. Book I'm currently reading Big Panda and Tiny Dragon Journey through the seasons with these wise and heartwarming travel companions. Big Panda helps us see the bigger picture, yet appreciate the simple moments. Along with loyal heart-warming friend Tiny Dragon we are forced to go on the adventure with them. Inspired by buddhist spirituality and philosophy, this might be the perfect. New endeavours in Crypto Did you know that if you are holding crypto, you can get a Crypto visa card and start spending all your hard-earned crypto? There are several sites where you can do this, I have personally used Crypto.com Jade Green card. The biggest Con's: You have to stake an amount of the websites own coin (CRO) for 180 days to get the VISA (a Pro is that you get 10% APR on this staking). And the VISA cards with the most benefit has higher staking requirements. Also you cannot use the card for buying crypto or gambling. The Pro's of this card includes: You can use the card anywhere VISA is accepted, you get 3% Cashback on all purchases, You get free Netflix and Spotify, and you get Airport Lounge access (pretty nice, right?). And a little hack is to add the digital VISA to Mastercard app such as Curve, which you then can add into Apple pay og Google pay, and start using you visa card in physical stores as you are waiting to receive the metal visa card. And by using Curve, you actually get 1% cashback on that card as well Ultimately, do your own research and figure out what all this means, dont just trust a random dude on the actualized forum. Do your own research and think for yourself. For my next post My intention is to talk about anything, creatively seriusly and just pretty much go anywhere only purpose is to be authentic and to share a little from my strange world. Leave a comment if you want to connect, if anything resonates or share whatever. Ps. I am interested in sharing about Meditation, Breathwork, Lucid Dreaming, Flow and much much more
  5. Your true challenge is not your voice, nor is it looks, nor is it anything in the material world. Your true challenge is overcoming your beliefs about you not being happy until you get something. Are you open to the posibility of being happy with whatever you´re going through? I would be open to the posibility that you are the creator of whatever emotional state you are in, and you can choose to feel differently https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZM1q5JWxAgo&ab_channel=RewiredForSuccess
  6. This is our reflections on what is happening on our epic journey
  7. Day 17: Late night deep work Working on my dropshipping website to get it looking good and ready to sell products. Focusmate helped me alot with having some nice buddies to work with. The plan tomorrow is to keep going and get product ready to ship to any customers as well as purchasing the domain name. This is cool. Also, my new morning routine is sick. Movement Paralells Life on YouTube is great for unlocking the body. So I have been using that to get my morning flow in! Followed by my Zhan Zhuang standing taiji meditation. I got the instructions for this exercise from my Taiji Master this monday. On Monday my task was to stand in Zhan Zhuang for 5 minutes and +1 minute every day. Today I stood for 10 minutes and it was great! Exited to see how far I can go before it starts becoming heavier. I am also persistent with my sexual QiGong these days. Doing loads of pelvic squeezes and semen retention which I feel is super good for my energy. Other than that the only thing I´d like to increase is producing more cool breathwork vlogs being hyped and talking to the camera Also looking to implement more BOLT score training and walking meditation <3 Everything will fall into perfect routine whenever it needs to or wants to. My goal for tomorrow is to film an EPIC vlog for you guys.
  8. Hey, I am commiting myself to writing daily. I am mainly interested in consciousness and health. As Simplicity is one of my top ten values, this is my attempt at distilling knowledge and wisdom, into a simple way of understanding it.
  9. DAY 16: Another meditation, feeling better every day another day another vlog. Before this meditation I felt very uneasy. I startedfilling the house with boiling water to raise the moisture in this dry winter home.Let´s see what its at now. . Awesome! I managed to raise it from a 18 to 30 % water moisture in the air. Today I worked further on my online store. I feel I am slowly working towards a functional store. Stay tuned for the next move of the Yin Yang Gardens Company . it might also be a completely different name. Anyways, I went skiing today. And felt great. Im going skiing again tommorrow. To get flowing out in nature. Thats fucking beautiful. Life is beautiful, Im so ggrateful for beautiful stuff like skiing and movement trainign and taiji and the sun and all the resorces I have all the people and all the freedom and opportunity that is goven to me is ust amazing. Before meditation Energy and moode ~ 4/10 Stressed, restless, ungrounded sympaticus beta brainwaves after the meditation mood and energy ~6/10 more groundd still ate too much snacks today to feel especially great ski and workout helps alot overall decent health grateful It´s late here again . 3am in the morning. Already got some sleep as I sletpt here for about an hour after laying down meditation on the sofa. Felt pretty nice. Im trying to visualize my great morning routine. 10. DAY 15: Late Night Meditations #2 Hi there motherfuckers yesterdays meditation was strange and effective. Im so insecure lately that I never seem to know where to start with the meditation. But I guess at the start of the meditation I pretty much felt like shit. I am trying to feel the love but it´s not always easy when I havent been true to myself. I´ve been wanting to eat clean and fast like a champion, but a bit of a messy lifestyle has worked against me. Energy & Mood ~ Stressed out & restless 3 / 10 Achy from nut bars, Ombu and Beef Jerky. Beta frequency / Sympathetic. Stomach Pain, tired. What seems to always work though is YinYoga, get you nicely stretched and allows you to just let go in the body and release tension. Tai Chi also works really well. It´s a little more rough. But once you get into the flow it´s very special because you so clearly and effortlessly bring the energy with you. It allows you to practice the principles all day. And then seated meditation. Very relaxing, and enjoyable with music. I easily fall asleep late though, but I´m still working on that. Definetly looking to have a higher sense of happiness. My Yogi tea says today that happiness is an accomplishment, and the other day it said «uplift others and you uplift yourself». There is some real truth to this. It´s so cool to uplift other people. At around 3 AM I was finished meditating and the feeling was this Energy & Mood ~ More relaxed than before, still in need for a great reset 4 or 5 / 10 Definetly feel the meditating is paying off I still need a cleanse. Here are some quotes on the top of my head before I go. «Fasting and sleep is the best medicine» - Ben Franklin «Uplift others and you uplift yourself» - Yogi Tea «The man who chases two rabbits catches neither» - ? «Nature never hurries, yet everything is accomplished» «It does not matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop» - Confucius

The mediation: YinYoga Free Taiji Music Meditation Before: 11pm Energy and mood ~ Low, feel sick and lethargic 3 / 10 Stomach pain from Coffee Stiff and Sore Sympaticus Beta After: 4am Energy and mood ~ way more relaxed 5 /10 Empty healing stomach Loose Sympaticus / para Beta / alpha / delta I believe in me and my ability to do awesome regimens. S3x, Vlog, D0R0, Bresthwork!! My goal for these evenings is to totally surrender to love. To heal the gut, feel great get deep sleep ander supercharge my chi energy flow. Starting tomorrow I´m filming my meditations and maybe even sharing some taiji, how great is that? looking forward to sharing that on my YouTUbe channel and also posting it here. This is an amazing journey we are on together. By the way. my fasting is going to follow the sun starting tomorrow. In Norway, the sun rise at 8:30 am and sets at 4:30 pm therefore at 9 am i´ll just be drinking water and herbal tea. 11 am Lunch, veggies, fats and protein 4 pm more veggies, fats and protein gonna be a sick week, seeya
  13. DAY 12: We´re gonna make this into a fasting blog for now. The main topic to talk about here is fasting. Sadhguru is always in my profile picture, watching us, and reminding us that letting your stomach go empty for many long hours makes you happy and healthy. It is possible to be happy while eating junk as well, but to me that seems like a lot of work. Junk food makes me feel poisioned, and brain foggy. While clean foods make me feel grounded clear minded and happy. Hey, fasting is challenging these days. Seems like I have beliefs that fasting is the way to get healthy, which it is. But still I have deep fear of becoming skinny, frail and unmuscular. Let´s switch out this belief. Fasting is making me happy, strong and healthy. I know many people who fast every dat and feel great. Sadhguru says he eats one meal a day OMAD at 4:30 PM every day Dr. Sten Ekberg is all for the OMAD diet. Dave Asprey is doing a lot of butter-fasting. Eating solid foods from 12am-8pm and drinking only Bulletproof Coffee in the morning. His argument is nice sounding. That you can get the benefits of fasting while still drinking loads of coffee with butter and MCT oil. At the same time, this guy is a salesman, and isnt strange sounding that you constantly need Coffee with butter and that this is a necessity of life? He has some very clear holes in his logic, compared to Sadhguru and Paul Chek which are the two guys I´ve found with the most holistic approach. Paul Chek is a lover of butter espresso, but he warns people of it that its not good for most people, especially in larger quntities and if youre not healthy. Here´s a video of Sadhguru. Talk to you tommorrow on the fasting blog.
  14. DAY 11: VLOG
  15. DAY 10: Vlog
  16. DAY 9; Good night. Sleep peacefully and for many hours
  17. DAY 8: Let's build upon day 1 (autophagy) and make it into a series. Fasting, Part 2. "Fast This Way!" On day 1 we covered Autophagy. On day 2 we covered Positive mindset. And on day 3 the Ho'o pono pono prayer. You can clearly see that I am trying to stay on top of my game to keep my mind and body healthy. There's no shame in it for me, I'm using blogging and vlogging as accountability, and a way to not become overly introverted. I love spending time alone, but in that time I get loads of inspiration and insights tha I'd love to share with you guys. When Dave Asprey was interviewed regarding his new book "Fast This Way!", he was asked what are the proven benefits of fasting. When you eat reguralrly. He responded something like: "When you eat most of the waking time. The parts of your body, that digest protein, are pretty much always working on whats in your stomach. When you stop eating, those systems go to work on breaiking down old cells, or upgrading old cells to make them young again. It removes innfalamatory proteins throughout the body, and it improves your bodies ability to control blood sugar. The cell realizes it has to survive without food for a long time and therefore says 'it's time for a house cleaning.', and this is the process that's called autophagy. There are also changes in your gut bacteria that are really beneficial." Episode link: https://daveasprey.com/lara-logan-2-782/ Dave has opened the conversation on fasting greatly on his podcast recently. Mark Mattson talks about the health benefits of Intermiddent Fasting. And Dr. Alan Goldhammer Episode #780 goes deep into his research and results using water fasting as a therapy. The doctor says he has the easiest job in the world. The people do all the work, they fast and rest until they're healhy, and he gets alle the credit for it. Here's a little recap of the scientific benefits of fasting: Autophagy: The cell says "It's time for a house cleaning": The body starts breaking down old cells, or upgrading them making them young again. It removes innflamatory proteins and this does wonders for your gut bacteria. It is estimated to take about 12-14 hours before the autophagy begins, adn the longer you go, the more it cleans. Ketosis: After your liver burns through it sotrage of about 700 calories worth of carbs, when this creates a low glucose availability, your body instead uses fat for fuel. This state is called ketosis, as it raises the levels of ketones in the body and gives the brain an additional resource of energy. As we go forward eating a variety of fat, protein and carbs, the body continues to use both clucose and ketones as an energy resource. Vy eating a carbohydrate dominant diet, you will mostly be running on glucose, but by eating a ketogenic diet, (75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbohydrates) you fast from carbs, and thereby go into a ketosis. This is very efficient for fat burning, and is known to make you lean while building muscle and giving you more stable energy. Symptoms of ketosis are ususally stable energy, no more blood-sugar crashes, no more sugar or sweet cravings, and body cleansing out mucus, especially when fasting. Gut Bacteria: This is a topic I have yet to learn more about. Your gut apparently has waste food inside of it, for autophagy to begin you need to digest the food that is in the, so the cleaning process can start on whatever is stuck inside. It is not unuasual to have fungal infections in the gut. It is simple if your gut is not healthy, you cant't be healthy. It can be helpful to eat pre-biotic fibers during a fast to feed the good bacteria. At the same time, by fasting, we are starving the bad bacteria, for example bacteria that lives off refined sugar. By consuming pre-biotic fibers in pill form during a fast, it can satiate you, or just simply allow for better digestion until next fast. Fermented drinks and foods also contain pre-biotic fiber, such as saurkraut and kimchi. My defitions are still a work in progress. I want to put forward these complex processes in a simple way, as I am researching and learning about this myself. Fasting is not hard, and does not need to be painful! Simply eat and early dinner, and skip breakfast. You will get deep rest on an emoty stomach, and your body will upgrade itself during the morning hours of autophagy. During these morning hours, you may very well go into ketosis, and might feel like going for a longer fast, letting the cells clean, recycle and regenerate your system. Your bodty knows how to heal. On Day 4, I worote about my new daily routine, which has worked great on most days thus far. I eat an early dinner at 5-6 PM, and then I break my fast with a light meal at 10 AM the next day. From 10 AM-6 PM I allow myself to eat as much as I want or need. This allows for a 16 hour fast every day. The point is to make it effortless, and if I'd like it I could go for a longer fast whenever I feel like it. On a later blog post I wanna dive intp longer water-fasts. But for now, let's make fasting appealing. We ease into it by fasting 16 hours and resting well. Not writing blog posts til 2 am obsessively trying to define technical concepts. This is a work in progress, but Im happy as long as this gets across to someone. Or I can inspire someone with my enthusiasm for health and well being. SIMPLY SAID Fasting is easy, safe and healthy. Have an early dinner, get a good nights sleep, skip breakfast. You can drink tea if you want. Let your stomach be empty for some time, and your body heal itself in a natural way. Enjoy your new cells, and enjoy your new life.
  18. Day 7: I went to a 6-course dinner and drank wine til 4 AM It was epic I am usually strict on routine, but it's worth it, when you get to be social, drink delicious wine and have a great evening with friends. My socalled introvertism gets challenged by mingling with groups. It gives me an energy boost, and I dig it. Sleep well yall.
  19. Day 6: The Daily Blog is a Vlog Talking about random some random shit. The Wisdom of Sadhguru and my love for tai chi. Enjoy!
  20. DAY 5: Accountability using my blog This has been a great first week of Blogging. Let's recap quixkly. Day 1 was about Autophagy. Fasting heals the body!! Fasting is amaxing and both science and sadhguru recommends it, so we should definitely be utilizing this incredible tool for health.. I myself fast for about 16 hours from 6 pm to 10 am the next day. My intention is to do a longer fast whenever I feel inspired to do so. Day 2 Choose to see the bright side of life. When you reflect on your day, choose to see the good. Practice being happy, accourding to happy people, happiness is a way of life, and happiness is yours to choose every morning you wake up. Great <3 Day 3 Ho'o pono pono. I love you, Im sorry, Please forgive me, Thank You. These 4 phrases jsut make you so vulnerable and at the same time lets you take FULL OWNERSHIP aka 100% responsibility for your life. I choose to spread love. I love to talk to myself with this prayer. And I love repeating it on walks, talking to the divine consciousness. Makes me feel so much oneness. Day 4: I felt the need to write my routine. 21. DAY 4: My Current Routine I would like to share my daily routine. We talked about Ho'o pono pono yesterday, and in my experience forgiving and loving yourself allows you to make more conscious decisions towards your health and wellbeing. If you truly love youself, and sees your body as this amazing machine or organism that is able to do the most amazing extraordinary things, with a happy, healthy and sharp mind that goes on and influences the world in a positive manner. Then WOW. We should treat our bodies like a zen garden, like a beautiful spotless temple. On day 1 I talked about Autophagy. If you're not feeling well or have health issues, eat light, do a fast, and the body will heal itself. Also go to bed on empty stomach and you will get deep healing sleep. 22. DAY 3: THE HO'O PONO PONO Prayer It's wonderful the fact that we are the creators of our own destiny. Since whatever we focus on develops, and wire the brain for that experience I choose to be wired for love! I used to practice stone cold meditation. The problem was I couldnt be present because I disliked myself, everyone around me, had bad health and didnt feel any good in general. These days I practice the Ho'o pono pono prayer as a meditation, as well as Taiji and Breathwork. I feel great, I have an increased sense of love for myself and all of life these days. Stop hating yourself by forgiving yourself, loving yourself and expressing gratitude. Feel the universe as YOU ARE IT. As you forgive, love and express gratitude for yourself, you are becoming one with all of life as there are no separation. Here's a guided meditation to help you. Here's a book link: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/49476.Zero_Limits Simply said: The more you love life, you love yourself and all of life as we are one. By the way, I love you.
  23. DAY 2: You get good at what you focus on (HAPPINESS IS A WAY OF LIFE) Whatever you focus on, you will get good at. It's up to you what you focus on. This is a teaching of many great teachers, even if they teach it directly or indirectly. Some call it The Law of Attraction, which essentialy means whatever you focus on, you will get more of into your life. For example, focus on gratitude for what you have, and your gratitude will grow each day. Neuroscientists call it neurotransmitters. Neurons that fire together, wire together, which means that if you fire the neurons of hate, it will get stronger, yes, it will actually strengthen the feeling of hate by changing the neurons in your brain. If you prefer love, you could focus on feel and express more love, and change your brain in that direction. The tendency of the brain, or it's default mode, is often negativity, according to psychological research. Because our nature is to be wary of threats, this natural mechanism leads to overthinking in our modern lives, which leads to anxiety, anger and pain. A simple exercise you can do, is ask yourself this question every night: What are 3 things that went well today, and what was my part in it? By answering this, you should become more optimistic and focus on the positive. As we've already learned, this changes your brain, so let's practice positivity today! One of Sadhgurus core tachings is that our lifes direction is for us to decide. Every morning you have the oportunity to smile just because you woke up today, When you treat the body and mind with love. By serving others, meditating, exercising and eating beautifully, and thriving as a part of a wonderful community. You are absolutely destined to be joyful. Anyway, it starts by choosing to be joyful today! This little Indian kid said it perfectly: Simple 2 minute ecercise for positivity: Book Reccomendation: "Becoming Supernatural" by Dr. Joe Dispenza Simply said: Yo get good at what you practice, so choose what you practice wisely
  24. DAY 1: Let the Body Heal Itself (AUTOPHAGY) Atophagy is a cleansing mechanism that occurs in the body during fasting. The body cleans out toxic waste, recycle damaged proteins and regenerates healthy cells. According to research, autophagy typically starts at around 14 hours into a fast. The longer you fast, the more benefits you get. For daily autophagy you could fast for 16-20 hours each day. I personally fast for about 16-20 hours on most days. Feels great and allows for uninterupted work and deep meditations. Simply said: Whenever we are facing health issues, we can simply skip a few meals and the body will naturally begin to heal. Fact: Yoshinori Ohsumi won The 2016 Nobel Prize in medicine for his amaxing discoveries about autophagy. Here's the link. https://www.nobelprize.org/prizes/medicine/2016/press-release/ Listen to Sadhguru, he was fasting before it was cool in the west Other recourses: "Fast this way!" by Dave Asprey, BulletProof radio #780 with Dr. Alan Goldhammer, Bulletproof radio with Mark Mattson, Dr. Sten Ekberg on Youtube FYI: I only go off what I hear from smart people.
