LMAO this is like throwing a rope to a man hanging off a cliff and him calling you a rope terrorist. This post was made out of fear. As you awaken, fear is extinguished. With every decision you make, ask yourself if you're acting out of fear or out of love. Acting out of love is superior, more liberating, and raises your consciousness at a higher rate. If Leo were to stop spreading his message for any reason, it would be out of fear and not love. Leo is too awake for that, sorry haha. -

I'd recommend Premasati Yoga. As silly as it looks, I believe there's something to it. It combines contemplation / open-mindedness training with meditation and breathwork. It also utilizes the sexual energy you get from doing it with a partner. It's the one practice I've actually found to be fun and not boring. It was invented by Connor Murphy. It seems to be a combination of Pranayama, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga, but it also seems to include a spiritual conversation component before the yoga poses which is very unique. -

Mental illness is relative just like everything else. People are only ill relative to the standard mentality of society. On the other hand, after awakening I now see my former self as more mentally ill than my current self, even though society sees me as more mentally ill now. BUT Some mental illness has nothing to do with awakening. BUT that also doesn't mean mental illness is wrong. It's simply a different state of mind that usually doesn't mesh well with productivity in society. All awakening could be considered mental illness from society's perspective, but not all mental illness has to do with awakening. If you're even questioning whether your mentality is illness or awakening, its at least partly awakening haha. Just being aware of awakening is the first practical stage of awakening. From a deeper perspective, EVERYTHING is part of awakening. Awakening dependently arises with ignorance. There could be no truth if there wasn't falsehood. People can't wake up if they weren't first asleep. Let go of the negativity projected upon the concept of "mental illness," examine the mind, and just be. -

There are different aspects to awakening. It's not an on/off switch. All aspects of awakening are spectrums. You can think of each aspect of awakening having 10 levels 1-10 (although in reality the spectrum is more like an asymptotic approach to infinity). Many people have such profound shifts in consciousness that they believe it's an on off switch when in reality they just jumped to the next level with many levels still to go. Sam Harris seems to understand the no-self concept above the average person for sure. I'd say most people are at a 1. Buddah would be a 10. Sam Harris is like a 5. All aspects of awakening are also interconnected. I know Sam hasn't gotten no-self at a deep level because he still doesn't understand he's God haha. Sam is an ashiest. Deep levels of no-self are so mind-blowingly fundamental that you are forced to recognize these concepts as simply fabrications that stem from a primordial intelligence. Sam clearly hasn't gotten anywhere near here. -

Yes. If everyone was at an advanced enough stage of enlightenment it would be as if the earth was one giant collective consciousness. Think of the ideal family who's values align so perfectly that there is never any issues. Now extend that family to everyone on the planet. At an advanced enough stage of enlightenment, all resistance to what is ceases. The duality between selfishness and selflessness is shattered. The idea of doing anything to harm another person seems ridiculous. The idea of taking from others to suit yourself seems counterproductive, because everyone IS you. Once you realize your groundless nature and your identity becomes completely fluid, it makes more sense to abide as the entire earth rather than as an individual. You don't have to tell someone not to cut off their own arm haha. Anyone who claims "full" enlightenment doesn't come with complete morality simply hasn't reached a high enough stage of enlightenment. Enlightenment is different for everyone though. Morality is simply one aspect of awakening, just like an awakening into equanimity, infinite intelligence, or nothingness. -

Dream is a relative term arising dependently with the concept of reality. You can't have one without the other. For a "dream" to exist there must be a "realer" experience to compare it with. Reality is completely non dual. It's neither a dream nor not a dream. So what's the best way to view it? The opposite of how you view it now. If you think its a dream, try to examine its realness. If you think its real, try to examine its illusoriness. The issue is that most people believe the structure of dreams are WAY different than reality. That's simply not true. The context behind both is the same. Both dreams and reality are simply the imagination of you as God. Relative to the materialist paradigm, both reality and dreams are mind at their core, not matter (although relative to the idealist paradigm, reality and dreams are matter at their core, not mind). The point is that the structure is essentially the same. The only difference between a very realistic dream and reality is that reality is a continuous dream whereas dreams at night stand alone. You can think of reality as the main movie and your dreams at night as commercials within the movie. -

Absolute infinity is no more than a concept just like absolute nothingness in the sense that neither can be experienced. That's the nature of experience. For experience to even exist, there must be a finite aspect to it. But also, there must be SOME aspect to it to experience, even if it's just experience itself. That's why you can't experience absolute nothingness, because absolute nothingness is absolutely nothing, including the lack of experience itself. BUT you can intuitively know that your true nature is both absolute infinity and absolute nothingness. The duality between the two collapses. They're two sides of the same coin. Your true nature is beyond even experience. It's the invisible (invisible not just by sight but by all senses including the sense of being) infinite intelligence that even allows experience to exist. Solipsism itself doesn't NEED to be a truth just as the concept of a flying spaghetti monster doesn't need to be a truth. In fact, because both are language, they CANNOT be truth. Both exist as concepts but no more. The philosophy of solipsism is useful because can POINT to what is. Essentially solipsism is an incomplete description of the subjective experience just as any definition of God is an incomplete description of God. Your true nature is completely non dual - neither solipsistic nor not solipsistic. For most people, though, it helps to work on a more solipsistic view, because for most people that's the opposite side of the coin. Most people are too caught up in the paradigm that every sentient being has a separate mind and experience. -

Although he's spiritual and even created a great meditation app, Sam Harris has built his entire professional identity on being an atheist which makes it difficult for him to progress on his spiritual journey. The biggest concept I've found that holds him back is the concept of evil. Sam believes an all loving higher power could not possibly exist will all the pain and suffering in the world. What he hasn't grasped yet is that evil is MANDATORY for good to exist. Our minds literally couldn't fathom the concept of good without evil to compare it to, just as we cannot understand "up" without "down." He also doesn't realize how pain and suffering are actually pure love. They are what allow us to grow spiritually and are fundamentally part of the evolution of consciousness. -

He's definitely done some questionable things, and I'm not a fan in any way, but he's spitting pure truth here. He completely debunked Frank's argument against Leo claiming to be God.
