Could've said "You are missing @ThePoint" What a missed opportunity My question is about how he achieved that physique, I wasn't talking about the entire post. How do you live for its own sake?
-
@Kksd74628 Who are you talking to? I don't see anyone trying to find something to fight about.

How would they be able to have an accurate perception of what their toxic behavior is doing to their bodies? Is the only way to have an accurate perception simply just awareness (your Awareness Alone is Curative video)? @Leo Gura But how would you know this is the case? Let's say it is the case - what then? Do you just accept that you will probably be miserable and dead inside for the rest of your life? There's no way I am living with these health conditions for the rest of my life. If I know for a fact that I will be stuck with them for the rest of my life than I'd much rather die. I'm not really living life I'm just surviving it, so why go through all that effort if all my efforts won't go anywhere. There are still things I haven't tried yet which is what is keeping me going.

@Arthogaan Can you elaborate on this? How can cancer be point 1? Isn't it a physical disease? Also, if these are programmed challenges for our life, what are the implications on our day to day, practical life? Does it make our life any better to know that they are programmed challenges? @JosephKnecht Not really. How do I love the pain?

@Leo Gura Okay. Still, is contemplation a creative process?
-
This is so inspiring. How did you do it? Any tips? What was your diet like?

@Leo Gura How do you be creative? What does being in creative mode have to do with directly experiencing the situation? When you say "be creative" are you referring to contemplation? Is contemplation a creative process? What should the ratio of learning and creativity be? For theory and practice, it's like 10:90, right? So what should it be for theory and creativity?

I've been on personal development for years. I've been following Leo's content for years. And while I did initially get lots of results in the first 4 months, that all came crashing down with my health conditions started. I have diagnosed health conditions, like depression, anxiety, and OCD. But I'm not making any progress with improving my health either, despite all the books and information I've learned. Why is this the case? How can I actually start getting results and momentum? I feel like my life is slipping away.

@UnbornTao Yeah I know there are people that have done it for years. I just can't seem to go past a month. I always relapse after a month. This concept of "channeling energy" is something I struggle with. How exactly would I channel sexual energy into creative energy? All of that is great and perfect, but you watched TV during the detox??? For me that's even worse than going on the internet. At least on the internet I am learning things. The last time I watched TV it felt like it was numbing my mind. Yes I know about dopamine detox but I just haven't gotten around to doing it. I think a big part would be for me to just not go on the internet at all for a week, with my only form of learning being from my kindle.

@hyruga I don't understand what this has to do with the post.

What was the blue-collar course you did and what was/is your job/way of making money?

Currently, my social skills are decent. But I want to really master this skill. I want to be able to develop meaningful and deep relationships. I want to make friends whom I can call truly close friends. I want to be able to befriend anyone I want to be friends with. But one of the more important goals for me is networking. I want to master networking. What resources, books, or material is the best for mastering social skills and networking? (Apart from How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie).

@Danioover9000 Why do you see otherwise? What are golden ores? I’ve pretty much forgotten about everything I watched. Well, not exactly forgot, but it’s out of my mind now. I’d have to think for a bit to resurface the memories I had about the anime, which goes to show how much importance my brain is putting on it now - not much. Now I am back to reading the book I was reading. My brain put more importance on the book I am currently reading because it knows it will make me progress in life, whereas it put less importance on the information about the anime because that information would not progress my life.

@Danioover9000 Yes.

How can it make me more creative? The only way it can make me more fun to hang around with is if the people I’m with relate to watching anime. Most people who watch lots of anime tend to not be the type of people I want to surround myself with. That doesn’t mean all anime watchers are like that but they tend to be.
-
Sure. It was Death Note. To be clear, I didn’t even watch the actual anime today. It was videos about the anime. Break-downs of it, analyses of it, etc. The last time I watched the actual anime was many years ago. I stumbled upon this video: I skipped to random chapters of the video (it’s 10 HOURS long) and my mind got so numb that it didn’t realise that 40 minutes had already passed by. It felt like I was throwing my time away. Then I went on death note fandom to learn more about the characters and learned things I didn’t know before. Knowing more about this anime doesn’t add to my life or improve my life. Not even the justification of “fiction can be inspiring” applies here for me because I wasn’t particularly inspired... I think I was just distracting myself.

@Razard86 What are your thoughts on watching anime?

What does this mean? @vishnusavestheday -
I wonder if there are any Stage Yellow or Stage Turquoise people in universities.

@Leo Gura So does that mean that those of us on this forum (where most or almost all are interested in meditation) are freaks of mankind? -

@Leo Gura What is the definition of a freak of nature to you? -
@Ulax This is top tier dude. Thanks for sharing. At the root of this issue I think that @Federico del pueblo, like many of us and myself, still care about what others think to a degree. How can we stop caring what others think of us, @Ulax?

What is your college degree @LSD-Rumi?

I've never had weed before and I don't ever think I will. I might get addicted and I don't want to take that chance. What is the benefit of even having weed? It doesn't grow you like psychedelics does it?
