@WhatAmI I'll answer your questions with more questions. Can this observer be seen? The brain can be seen and thoughts it produce can be seen can it not? Can something that can be observed create the unobservable?

Would you believe me if I told you? ☺ Is believing someone else free will? It is letting someone else control you, so what do you experience yourself? Do you experience free will? What is it that chooses?

@Mal Just a word of advice. If you at any time feel that you are right and the other person is wrong, if you feel threatened and have do defend your beliefs, you are identifying with ego. Just be aware of that and look out for those triggers.

@Mal In my experience it's the person clinging on to past spiritual experiences. In hindsight it might seem that these experiences happened to someone but that is just thoughts. "I am enlightened" or "I have had all these experiences" and "That makes me better than everyone else and let's me be a douche to everyone that doesn't know as much as me". I'm overexaggerating a bit 'cause it's not really a conscious thing but unconsciously that's what's believed.

@cetus56 I also start my day by listening to a youtube video or sitting and looking out through the window. A good way to anchor myself for the rest of the day.

Yes, there are different levels of ego and these can contradict each other. Just to be clear, the one trying to get rid of the prejudice and criticizing the ego IS ego. It is just a different level of ego. What's happened is that you have broken through to another level, and you have started to see some of the lower level ego, more is likely to be seen. There really is nothing you need to do get rid of this lower level of ego, but this will gradually fade away by itself once you get aware of the different ways it works. as @All_Around_Me said. Take your time. No need to rush things. You have your whole life ahead of you and all these development stages have their place and time.

Thank you @Natasha for the link and your explanation. @Corte Is spot on. I felt lonely and misunderstood during the transition. At that point I didn't know that it was a transition. I didn't know anything about spirituality back then. You knowing about this during the transition is truly a gift! People in general will have a hard time following you the way you think. They will not appreciate your complex systems and sometimes it might feel like your banging your head against the wall. With that in mind focus on learning peoples language. It's a lot easier to make yourself understood if you now how they think, because you can adapt to them and their way of seeing things. It will also be easier to mediate between different personalities or levels as leo describes it.

@Natasha Can you give a brief explanation about the spiral dynamics and the color scheme? I can't seem to read through the big texts that tries to explain the theory and the brief explanations about the colors are pretty general. How does tier 2 relate to enlightenment?

This dilemma of yours is more thoughts. We love to create problems to solve. We feel good when we solve them. Like we are one step closer to the truth. That in itself is illusion. Instead embrace all emotions that come up. The loneliness cannot hurt what you truly are, it only hurts that which you are not.

@electroBeam If you dive down under the waves you'll find complete stillness and how stormy it is on the surface does not matter at all. ☺
