  1. Consciousness is prior to anything and everything arises within it. That might seem abstract but what does that point to within your own experience. It might be another avenue to explore. Observing without the willingness to observe that's nicely put.
  2. To surrender something you need to be conscious of it. This "my will" can be observed and also surrendered.
  3. Reaching, grasping, pushing away is an energetic movement. The goal of it is happiness but happiness as a goal in time is an illusion. That very movement is in itself causing unhappiness and when that movement ceases there is happiness.
  4. As identification to this energetic movement stops it starts to dissolve. Never real as in it never was a you having it. Real as in it exists until it doesn't. Wild indeed.
  5. Blame others or circumstances or my ego.
  6. @VeganAwake Interesting. I watched from 32:00-37:40. It matches my own experience with this. The subconscious is (at least) involved in the decision making and the I-thought likes to take credit for being the chooser.
  7. @Raptorsin7 What is creating this feeling of stuckness is the thought of being stuck. In reality you are free.
  8. @Raptorsin7 Only your imaginary world. No need to rush things. If you feel like your not ready then why force things. <3
  9. @Raptorsin7 It can be or blissful. You have recognized that direct experience is key which is good, but what if even trying to get there within your direct experience is dropped?
  10. @Raptorsin7 You have a realization of the True self.
  11. The wall exist only in your mind, it likes to create obstacles that it has to overcome. @erik8lrl Yes true surrender just happens.
  12. Yes I can see that it is true in one perspective, from another perspective the journey never ends. Not that I've experienced anyway. ?
  13. Then I must've misunderstood what you wrote earlier. I apologize. That's the thing isnt it. It can be hard to write about our experiences. I bet we wrote the opposite of one another and meant the exact same thing. <3
  14. If you are enlightened as you say you are then "meaninglessness" doesn't come up at all does it?
  15. @Spaceofawareness The observer state is not the end goal. It is still duality. The observer and the observed. So if the "borders" between these two has dissolved I would call that progress.
  16. It might be closer to truth than meaning but it's still a distinction that we label the world with. Truth is prior to all distinctions.
  17. Yes it's been measured with objects that's been still relative to the light. That would be the only sound thing to do scientifically. At which point does white cease to be white and become grey and black, the same for transparent to opaque. Aren't these grades on the same scale rather than different attributes? Can you imagine a world in gamma? How would someone that's been blind all their life imagine a red world? Yes and the seed does not wake up and think of the meaning of its existence. Only a human mind does that. And different human minds find different meaning to their existence. Which is what I meant that meaning is constructed.
  18. If meaning is subjective doesn't that imply meaningless also subjective?
  19. Speed is measured from a point of reference. The speed of a car measured from the ground it's driving on might be 50mph but measured from the centre of the galaxy the speed is hundreds of thousands miles per hour. So speed is relative. What would transparent be without opaque? And white without black? Would a plant exist without a seed? Somethings might seem to be absolute but that is only fŕom within that frame of reference. For there to be relativity though there must also be the absolute. What is that?
