I use time in the pointer but the pointer doesn't point to time. ? See if you can spot the experience of sound vanish into. Does that pointer resonate better with you?

We could say the experience of it. What word would you use? Because the mind can't imagine what's being pointed to perhaps. ?

The words born and dying are pointers to what is. Nothing really is born or dies yes. Apparences are only appearances but that is not what I'm pointing to here. The appearance of time is only possible because of the timeless. From where does the thought come from and where does it go when it end? It's born from the unborn and dies into the undieing. Or if you prefer from where does it arise and to where does it pass. It can be examined and realized if the willingness is there. It seems so but it arises from moment to moment from unexistence.

@Judy2 You can't stop the thoughts and they are no problem, they are simply what's occuring and they are what's causing the suffering. It's more of a disconnection from the thoughts and watching them.

Thank you. Let's explore this together. ? I see. Because if non-existence would exist within time it would exist and therefore be non-non-existence. So if it were it would be timeless or prior to time. What if non-existance and existance were two sides of the same coin where existence is the 3 dimensions + the dimension of time and non-existence beyond that. Wouldn't it make sense that everything comes into existance from non-existence and back into non-existance once it stopped existing?

It's big but not infinite and you're still taking this from a belief based perspective which wasn't the meaning of my question. If your not willing to introspect and contemplate then just let go and move along.

But I'm not in my question so you have to put your beliefs aside when contemplating it. ?

You are equating the universe with existence which I'm not doing in my post but trying to point to something else. If it doesn't make sense to you then you could contemplate on it or just ignore it. We could have a discussion about this on a conceptual level but I think that would be off topic.

Yeah, but not as much a grind as it is effortless being and letting all conditioning in the body wash away in the presence of God.

I know what it means but not what you meant by it. ? Yes, beyond words because the mind can't go there. I would say that reality is conscious of itself but I guess "know itself perfectly and completely" points to the same thing.

As with any teaching; verify, integrate, drop ? Any specific teaching you think is more golden than other ones?

Leo has helped me alot on my journey. From all the self helps videos to his first enlightenment videos. He's got a talent to break things down and explain them well so thank you Leo, you are awesome! When he started his psychedelics journey I started resonating less and less with his teachings and that's natural since I don't take psychedelics myself. It's all good anyway. A natural progression of life where things come and go. The only thing is to let go and move on. Not that it means that I will leave this forum. I enjoy being here so I will probably stick around. ? Edit: I hope Leo can adjust his teachings to resonate with both psychedelic and non-psychedelic followers.

Continue to notice them when they arise. See the thought narrative and the accompaning feeling in the body and let that feeling go. They will gradually lose momentum until they no longer arise.
