  1. Yes, eating only vegetables can be hard for the stomach since the fibre content is much higher than the you're usually used to. Cooking them might dissolve some of the soluble fibres and thus making digestion easier. I'm not sure how much fibres you'd cook away but be worth a try if you're having issues. Another way could be to slowly up your vegetable intake over weeks to let the intestinal muscles have time to build up for the increased work load. And always chew raw vegetables well.
  2. No God doesn't ask for consent but you are free to live your life anyway you want.
  3. @Tyler Durden seems like only human beings have the arrogance/intelligence to claim that it's God.
  4. You could try some posture training exercises for the pelvis and lower back and correct your posture while sitting in a chair or sofa.
  5. @Psych2Awak3n How exactly is it feeling hard? Are there bodily pain or something else?
  6. @EntheogenTruthSeeker As Ramana Mahashi said: "There are no others".
  7. @Tyler Durden It could be a pointer to what would happen if all people would be enlightened.
  8. @Schahin Nothing wrong to eat meat but if you feel reluctant to do so then don't. ?
  9. @Vibroverse Yes there's nothing you should or shouldn't do as an objective fact rather as a subjective knowing/intuition.
  10. @blankisomeone Fear can be both useful and a hindrance depending on the situation.
  11. It's also in "Letting Go" and "Transcending the levels of consciousness".
  12. @TruthSoldier The deepest insights are not necessarily translated into the best teachings. It can still show the communication skills of the teacher just not it's usefulness.
  13. @Vibroverse You, as in the human being want other neighbours but God's will is that you have the neighbours you have. That might change of course but until it does all there is is to let go of your desire to have other neighbours and surrender to God's will.
  14. No problem. ? What you said made sense. I just haven't heard it that way before.
  15. So fear is afraid to not be afraid because that will be the death of you and fear is afraid of death?
  16. @RMQualtrough Nice introspecting going on. ? In which ways are these interpretations and resistances stopped?
  17. Just continue your practice and the realization will stabilize after a while.
  18. The single most influencing teacher. Definitely Adyashanti. 2nd most is Gangaji.
  19. @Salvijus Really interesting discussion you brewed up here. Would you say that pain and suffering is the same thing or do you differentiate the two? And Is there a difference between a bodily fear i.e when falling and fear that occurs when thinking of a snake?
  20. @thenondualtankie What if you knew that you someday had to go under the boulder and sometimes you start thinking of going under the boulder and each time you start to feel fear about it. What then would happen if you avoid going under the boulder?
  21. @Consilience Thank you for taking time to write this. I do feel the same way that it can become a big trap for many people. The ego can easily hide within the neo advaita message and thus creating a huge blind spot. This could be a projection. Of course you have to look for yourself to see if that is the case.
  22. @Endangered-EGO You do that which feels true intuitively and meet the resistances that the mind/body is creating about doing those things.
