There are no correct words objectively speaking. Words are pointers but completely subjective. So a word can seem to be a perfect pointer from the talkers POV but not resonate at all for the listeners POV.

That's great. I've been doing the same for 6-7 years and it seems like it's a never ending deepening into presence.

Yeah I've actually quit all social media except youtube. ?

What I did was stop writing on this forum for about a year or two and grounded myself in direct experience. That really helped to create some distance from the mind and gain clarity.

That's good. I think it is the way the body acclimatizes to it before being able to let go completely. No way to tell when it will happen though.

@Breakingthewall I agree, it is terrifying and the end of separation, death. Have you tried sitting with the fear, meeting it?

If this moment is all there is, how could you be missing something? And if you were in bliss would that question arise? Probably not. Usually these sort of questions come up because there are an uncomfortable feeling in the body (contraction) and conditioning to move to change that feeling to something that feels better. So instead of finding an answer to the question you question it and then you feel your body to identify the contraction which is causing the discomfort. Then you focus in on the feeling. Usually that feeling will start to dissolve and when it has dissolved completely the question has disappeared. What's left is peace.

@Gabith The most significant thing I did to start love myself was to recognize all the thoughts where I was talking down on myself. It could be in small ways like "oh why did I say that?" or the bigger ways "what's wrong with me?" This constant negative self talk really put me in a state of constant self doubt. Doubting what to say or do especially in social interactions but also doubting myself in what to do and if I actually was capable of doing the things I wanted to do in life. When I finally realized what the negative self talk did to my feeling of self worth my life really started to spiral into self love and happiness.

Yes, I do agree with you in large. Preferences are still there after the realization but some preferences were only a part of the "identification construct" and these tend to fall away. Some of these preferences that were a part of the construct does not fall away with the realization and needs further inquiry/investigation into. They might be recognized as a distraction from the realization itself and the uncomfortable feelings that comes up to the surface such as fear, anger and sadness. And then theres the identification in the gut which can be recognized as contraction in the stomach area. That is the most fundamental part of identification which all parts of the construct revolves around. I might have missed some significant information around identification but those are the broad strokes. In short I'd say, look for the contractions within the body and use them as a guide. These are the seats in which identification resides.

Yeah, identification can take the form of anything or nothing, a teaching or a feeling. In that sense it's hard to point to. I use the word rigidness because identification is like rocks in a river. The water can flow better without them.

@PepperBlossoms Yeah exactly. It's not that one paradigm is true and the others are false. It's more like, that paradigm you are currently in will color experience to be perceived in a certain way.

It might seem like a never ending cycle of death and rebirth at some point. The ego constantly reforming its identity to maintain itself. ?

Once you realize what it is at the most fundamental level everything becomes clear so no more questions is needed. If you really want to delve into these questions.. How do you know there is a universe that you are unaware of? You believe that there is a universe but you actually don't know that. What you do know is your direct experience.
