I am thankful for having reduced my milestone goals because my life feels so much better now. 2. I am thankful for living in a country like Germany because we have enough food to survive and we can live in a house where I can have an own room because it feels like luxury. 3. I am thankful for having done my meditation because I’mfeeling more relaxed right now.

  6. Day 30-19.1.2021 Feels amazing to keep this journal for almost a month. It’s awesome that I can do so much more things without feeling exhausted. My successes for today: •got up at 7 o’clock and went under a cold shower •did a 10min meditation • did a 10min visualisation • read my goals for the year •did 5min affirmations •pushed through all exercises for today although it was difficult •got to my physiotherapist •followed up on my shoulder rehabilitation program •did 15 min arts • I realized how much my drawing skills got better by copying sth from my geography book, so I think, I’ve took a good technique • I did my English technique • I watched a soccer game and took notes • I studied 28min maths and I got better with Pythagorean’s theorem •I studied history for 8min and started to watch a documentary about ww2 •I worked on the self help book I’m reading What did I learn? •With 2min breaks I’m starting to feel stressed after some time • I can use the Pythagorean theorem on much more than triangles • the ,,Volkssturm” in 1945 was ineffective at all What could I do better tomorrow? •I’ve put a reminder on my table to write a to do list •I’ll try to work with 28-5-28-5-28-25-Repeat(in min) rhythm What are my goals for tomorrow? 1. After finishing my shoulder felt very bad so I didn’t repeat it like I planned yesterday. Also I hadn’t accomplished any result in the last 2-3 weeks of doing it. So I did the stuff from the morning routine after I was finished with school. Next time I’ll set an alarm clock. @ Today my shoulder felt strange again and I realized that I did my shoulder mobility too fast with too short breaks. So in future I’ll do instead of a longer routine 4-5 short routines a day (5-10min) slower and with longer breaks. After school I also studied the anatomy of the shoulder and which muscles are responsible for the movements of it. That was kinda interesting. First was my meditation there. That was the first time I felt awesome after a meditation. Now I feel like I have more motivation for it. But it isn‘t really difficult because starting the meditation feels like getting first time under a cold shower. Maybe I can apply this to other brute action/work I have difficulties to start in the future. Then I did other To do stuff. But after that I felt exhausted because that were so many different things in a short amount of time. Also I watched Leo‘s episode about Lifestyle minimalism. That Idea is kinda nice and I think I‘ll do some theorising for theorising and maybe I‘ll implement that. In the afternoon my little brother was angry at me and tried to hurt me. Normally I would be triggered( I‘m not proud of that) but this time I just lasered this thing you focus on by doing self inquiry and I was completely calm. After that I did 1 or 2 hours of doing nothing (I don‘t know why) and it felt awesome. I can not describe the feeling I had. Now I‘m really thinking about why I am playing for so much time video games or watch YouTube if doing nothing feels so nice. Then I decided to make a break and play video games cause I thought it would help me to recover but it made the situation worse.
