Day 125-23.04.2021 Today I followed on my new studying habit too. But I think I’ve reached a small plateau at training because I think I have trained this week a lot more than last week. I’ll have to push through and maybe to make a short break for regeneration. So maybe I’ll make my main training session and in intervals some shorter sessions to keep my shoulder active. Today I also started to study about being less on social media. There I came along a podcast where Cal Newport has been interviewed. He’s a interesting person so I bought his book on digital minimalism. Now I’ll have to work with it and implement it. But there was a complication with my studying session: I did it at 4 am and not at 5pm because my video game made an update for 3 hours. So I think that I failed at following the rule so I have to start from day 1 again. Tomorrow I want to study maths again and to read Cal Newport’s book. Also I want to learn for the French exam.Then I follow my other habits and then I can rest. See you tomorrow? Peace❤️

Day 3-22.04.2021 Repetition 3 completed✅. Today I’ve made a plan for learning for the French exam and I started to learn vocabularies. After that I watched Leo’s video about time management with doing the exercise. It was hard to start but listening to songs helped me starting. Tomorrow I want to learn about social media detox, nofap and learn for French exam.

Day 124-22.04.2021 Today I was a bit better with time management so I have enough time for writing journals. But I’m struggling with accomplishing things so I watched Leo’s video about time management and I did the exercise. So I want to focus for the next 21 days on these to dos: 1.going to school or doing homeschooling 2. Training 3.Studying 4.Journaling 5. Meditation I think, these things are bringing the most value to my life so they have the highest priority. But it leads also to much time that I could invest into building addictions. That’s why I’ll study about reducing these things: 1. Binge watching YouTube 2.watching Netflix 3. playing video games 4. watching porn Another interesting thing today: I did for the first time since my shoulder discolation 15 push ups lol. Progress. And I had school again today.I have to say I’m really unsocial. Maybe it would be better if I start buying books on communication and if I start to describe my communication in this journal. I think the worst point is that I don’t talk proactive to my classmates because I think that it might be weird but it’s also weird if I am the only person in the room who doesn’t talk to anyone because it’s friends aren’t there. And I also don’t really know anymore how to communicate with friends. It’s because I don’t really like smalltalk. That feels very weird to ask questions and make conversation. I’ll have to learn it because I’m realising that I’m putting me into a strong victim position. See you tomorrow? Peace❤️

Day 2-21.04.2021 I sticked to the rules today so I’ve completed the first repetition. I watched Leo’s video about escaping wage slavery and man he’s speaking out of my soul. Also I watched his advice for high school students and now I have stuff to implement to my life?

Day 123-21.04.2021 Today I failed with the time management so I’m going to write a shorter entry in both journals. Today I did my studying habit but I think I could have made more out of my afternoon because I was chilling a lot. Also I forgot to pack my school back so I’ll have to do it after writing into the journal. Tomorrow I want to complete my studying habit. See you tomorrow ? Peace❤️

Day 122-20.04.2021 Today happened what I had feared some weeks ago: because the history class had too many people who wanted to participate in and the pe class hadn’t enough people the school put me into biology and chemistry class. So maybe I’ll have to change school. I think this day wasn’t really productive because I procrastinated a lot after school. But I did the study session. And after I’ve finished this entry I’ll start a journal about my habits. In the study session I watched Leo’s video about strategic thinking and maybe I’ll also start a journal to this topic. Because I was at school today again I realised that I’ve really bad social skills. So I’m worse than last year. It’s a weakness and I should work on it. But I really resist it because for the most Germans it’s really really strange to speak with strangers outside of work or parties. So in daily life for example at the mall. America is much more opened to this. It can be true but it’s just taking victims position because I can train in my daily conversations that I’ll have anyway especially with strangers. Tomorrow I want to continue with reading the book of Tony Robbins. See you tomorrow? Peace❤️

Day 121-19.04.2021 I stopped writing in this journal during holidays. Instead I have watched the whole Avatar:The last airbender series. It’s awesome I just can recommend it to everybody. Today was my first ,,schoolday” after holidays. At our school we have devided the class into 2 halfs and the first half goes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to school and we will go every Tuesday and Thursday to school. And in the next week we change so we will go for 3 days to school and the other half on 2 days. On the other days we are doing homeschooling. Because today was the first day with this system the teachers had problems with it and we got only one exercise for homeschooling while the other class had to do school from 8am to 2pm lol?. Also I’ve started to read Unlimited Power by Tony Robbins. It’s a really awesome book and I regret that I haven’t read it before because I thought that this book won’t help me. But this book is helping me a lot. Tomorrow I’ll have to drive with the bus to school for the first time since 4 months! I even think that I drove the last time by bus to school before I started this journal. Hopefully I’ll get the bus because back then I had problems with being punctually. To make it easier I will download some YouTube videos and listen to them on the way to school to link my dopamine to the way to school. After some time I will remove it optional and just be mindful. Or when the lockdown ends I’ll stop this to have conversations with my friends. Tomorrow I want to start my studying habit and I want to start a new journal for integrating habits to my life. Day 104-02.04.2021 Today was a very nice day. If you have holidays there’s so much free time. And if you’re on a social media detox you have even more free time. It just feels so good to be on the detox. First I started the day at 8 am so I got up earlier as yesterday. To be honest I got up at 7 am but I played with myself (by watching p, next time in 4 days) in bed so it doesn’t really count. Tomorrow there’s no playing with myself. That means: I’ll start the day after waking up. The question is when will I wake up because if I don’t play with myself in the morning it’s a lot more difficult to get up. But I think I’ll make it. There were 2 highlights today: after breakfast I made a lot of progress with tidying up my room. I threw a lot of stuff away and now I have so much place that I can decorate it with Lego. The second highlight was that I did a bike tour after lunch for 2 hours. It felt good to be outside for such a long time. I think the last time I was so long outside was on 31.01.2021. And tomorrow I’ll do it again. Another important event was that I bought my first Tony Robbins book. It’s very impressive and I think it can have a LOT of impact to my life. Also I want to study tomorrow to complete my goal of building a base for start of school. I’ll start with the book and with my mother’s university book about economics because I’m interested. Wow I am so happy right now cause I can do these things and I have time to play video games.

Day 103-01.04.2021 Today I started to tidy up my room. But I did a lot of procrastination too so I’ve decided to do a social media detox for 30 days (I’m still allowed to use YouTube for the sake of learning). I also forgot to follow on my routines listed in the previous post. So I have to plan them better. I’ll add a reward to each of them: After doing the productivity exercise I will read repeat reading a book. After doing the problem exercise I will listen to a song. After writing affirmations I will go to bed or listen to another song. After writing ideas I will eat nuts. So that’s it. Tomorrow I will tidy up my room and I’m going to do a bike tour with my family. I’m happy to go outside for a longer time again. Now I don’t really know what to write. Because I played a lot with my brother today I can buy a new book. But I don’t really know which. On one side I can buy a biography from a person I look up to. On the other side I can buy a self help book.

Day 101-30.03.2021 Today I procrastinated a lot again. But not so much as yesterday. Also I’ve read the tools of Titans by Tim Ferris. There I’ve found some things I’d like to implement in my life. • after school (if I haven’t school then it’s the first thing after my morning routine) I’ll do the productivity exercise by Tim Ferris •after eating dinner I will write out some problems so my unconscious mind can find a solution at night •after getting up I will write out 2 affirmations 15 times each •after my morning routine I will write out a list of 10 ideas for sth So these are the things I’d like to start with. Tomorrow I have to hold a presentation about a project my classmates and I worked on the last week. But I didn’t practise it. It isn’t a big problem because I can presentate things if I can understand it. But I will make a roadmap and go through it next time. The worst thing that can happen is that I can get an F and that could end up with a bad grade at the end of the school year because of a bad impression to my teacher. Then I would get shouted by my parents and/or lose my technology for some time. I would survive that because it’s just economics and it isn’t so important because it’s teached very bad at school.

Day 100-29.03.2021 I have to be honest, I have slided back again. I’m procrastinating all the time after I finished school. But I’m still doing my rehab exercises and I’m still meditating almost everyday. In 2 days the spring vacation starts so I have a chance to build a base for the next time. First I would tidy up my room and get momentum back. Also I want to continue with my nofap cycles (fap every second day). And I want to start studying again. So that’s it and in the next two weeks I’ll take time to recover. Now I want to do an exercise I got from a YouTube video: Why do I want to start nofap? I want to get a pro soccer player and to be a big YouTuber. So I want to use nofap to give me energy, clarity and motivation to do it. Also it builds a very nice momentum. If I do a cycle of day resisting and day not resisting, I feel very fresh after the day of resisting. It’s even better if I do 2 days of resisting and one day of not resisting. Then I feel on 2 days very fresh. Also it’s easier to do my todos if I’m on the second day of resisting because I feel such a mental clarity after lasting for 1 day. And it feels better to fap every second or third day instead of every day

Day 95-24.03.2021 As the next thing I could start to watch soccer matches weekly. So I would watch at least 2 matches a week. So first I need to find time that fits. I think I’d do it at the weekend because I have so much free time there. Next I need a habit to do it after that. I think I’ll do it after sports so I don’t need to procrastinate that much. Implementation intention: After I finished my training I will watch a soccer match at the weekend. To have a better focus I will clean up my table before. After performing this habit I will play a video game or meet with friends. Steps: 1. Open the source (f.e. Sky or dazn) 2. Choose a game 3. Watch 5min 4.Watch 45min 5. Watch full game

Day 94-23.03.2021 The next thing would be the technique drills. So the goal is to do 5 technique drills everyday. I would do them after I finished my rehabilitation exercises. So the implementation intention: After I finished my rehabilitation exercises I will do the soccer technique drills in my garden or in the parc. To have it easier to start I would put my running shoes and my soccer ball into the floor. Also I want to combine it with hearing music. As a motivational ritual I want to play some time with my yu gi oh cards. Then I want to break it into 5 steps: 1. Get in my running shoes and walk for 1min towards the place and one minute back. 2. Walk to the place and walk back 3. do the 1st exercise 4. Do 2 exercises 5. do 5 exercises As a reward for doing it I would use social media for 10min. Once a week I will hear a short speech from Ronaldo to remember the benefits.

Day 93-22.03.2021 Which habits would help me to be a soccer player? •do my rehab routine everyday •do stretching exercises everyday •eat healthy food that will boost my performance during the day and training •do technique drills everyday •watch professional soccer matches weekly •follow soccer news •learn about nutrition and mastery and mindset of pros So I could get stretching sessions in my day. First I need to choose the stretching exercises I wanna do. Then I need to choose when I want to do it. I want to do it in the evening. Right before I start to journal. But what is the habit I want to do before? So the first thing is the dinner but the dinner is always earlier in the evening. What do I do after dinner? Watching YouTube videos or reading books. So I’ll need habits that I want to do after dinner. But for now I say, that after I watched YouTube videos after dinner for an hour, I will do stretching exercises.

Day 88-17.03.2021 My strengths: •I am good at maths •I am doing sports every day My weaknesses: • I was unorganised until today •I have been lazy until today •I haven’t been able to play soccer until today •I have been a shy person until today •I have been bad at economics biology and physics Today was a day with a lot of progress and a lot of laziness. I had mich progress in sports and I have chosen the scenes I’m gonna use for my first YouTube video. Also I started to study on video cutting so I can cut my first scene tomorrow. And I have a meeting with my doctor because of my shoulder tomorrow so I’m very excited but I’m also feared because I have to do a project in economics in a group with students who aren’t really passionate at school but I think we will get that because 2 of them might really try it. The bad thing about it is that the other 2 groups are made up by the students that are really good at economics. Also I’m feared because I will get told which subjects I can do in the final 3 years of school. I really hope that I can get in the history class because the other classes don’t really interest me. I’m really interested in history,physics and informatics but if I don’t get in the history class I’ll get into the biology class and then I would have to do biology and chemistry instead of physics and informatics and that would be a desaster. But that are just thoughts and I have to wate for the results and until that it doesn’t really matter because I can’t do anything against it. Day 87-17.03.2021 What are my strength? •I’m doing sports everyday •I’m good at maths What are my weeknesses? •I was a unorganised person until today •I haven’t been able to play soccer until today • I have been bad at physics, history and biology until today •I have been a shy person until today •I had problems with having a good look until today (I don’t know the exact word for it) Today was a mixture between progress and plateau. In some fields I made progress. For example I have reduced my screen time from 7h to 5h (my goal: get for 2 weeks under 5h36min). Also I have almost finished my 2 day of my 14 day challenge. The only problem with nofap was that I had problems with my sleep; not with falling asleep but I wakes up a lot of times in the morning hours and I didn’t fell very good in some areas. I have to say that I am proud of myself because I lasted this night and I have a bit more clarity. From the view of sports it was a bad day because I had to stop because of ache in my belly muscles. I think it was because of my bad sleep where I often changed positions and that has put pressure on the muscles. From the view of YouTube today was a very successful day because I got a lot progress. Also it was good that I planned the day. Day 86-15.03.2021 What are my strengths? •I’m good at maths •I’m doing sports every day What are my weaknesses? •I’m unorganised until now •I had difficulties with laziness in the last days •I wasn’t able to play soccer until now •I watch too much porn •I have been shy until now •I haven’t had a good soccer technique until now • I feel fear before school lessons What am I going to change tomorrow? •I’ll give my day a structure •I’ll start nodal for 14 days Today was the first day of my 14 day nofap challenge. The first day habe always been the easiest day so no problem. Because my last try was a very long time ago, I’ll change something. First every time I’m going to be alone at home I’m going to choose something I’ll do. For example reading or working on my videos. Before going to bed I’ll practise the wim Hof breathing technique so I can fall asleep better. On the weekends I’ll get up lately on 7:30am and go under a cold shower so I can’t fap. With this 3 things I can prevent me from my 3 biggest trigger from last challenges (I also won’t use the Instagram scrol feed to not get triggered but I don’t use it anyway). To do for tomorrow: 1.Morning routine: 1.1.do a 15min Meditation to get my mind centred 1.2. do a 10min Meditation to visualise my day 1.3. do push ups 1.4. Create a plan for the day 2. School 3. Day 82-11.03.2021 •follow up on 7 habits of highly effective people •train soccer •do rehabilitation during the day •do timeboxing •start a new journal •organise myself •get better grade at biology •get better grade at economics •train communication •train humor •do affirmation •do visualisation •do yoga 20% that will make the most: •go to school •eat everyday and sleep •do rehabilitation program •do video cutting •study for 1~2hours(incl. assignments) •watch YouTube •meditate ->the most important thing is to eat and sleep so everyday 7-8h of sleep+evening routine for 1 hour Then comes sport: •everyday 15min-1h sport (running and rehabilitation) •and during the day some exercises and stretching Then meditation: every morning and evening meditate for 20-30min Then studying: after doing sports I’ll start a studying block for 1-3 hours Then video cutting: •video cutting will be included in my study block Then watch YouTube: •If I have time in the evening I will watch YouTube for 30min-1h (if I have school I’ll go to school and do home assignments)
