I have been a follower of leo on 7 years now. I wish only the best for him and want the best for this forum.i am not someone trying to destroy someone.leo has a place in this world.he is the most advanced big picture thinker .he is the best in explaining advanced self help concepts to a total noobie.but man has limitations and flaws and i am pointing it out. -

@Thought Art i got out of my smoking addiction and was looking for a way to end suffering.i researched kriya because my life depend on it. Leo is wrong there.so he can be wrong in many things. Just do your research and dont put leo on a pedastal and thinking he is a god sent angel and is the final authority on a subject.@Thought Art -

@Thought Art leo is an intellectual giant and rob is nowhere near. But mastery process does not care if u are dumb or a genius.it delivers result according to ur practice.i am a psychidelic virgin myself. My point is be open minded and explore multiple perspectives and even explore people who critisize leo. I have seen leo got wrong in some fields. He is the most advanced big picture thinker on selfhelp in this planet.but he has limitations when it comea to technical details. Big picture people sometimes sucks in technical details -

@OctagonOctopus good luck to u. My point is i have seen leo misleading a lot of people in a particular mega thread for so long that one of the member went outside this bubble and explained to us that we are doing it wrong. Take leo with a pinch of salt -

@Breakingthewall Looks like its too good to be true. Does psychidelics cause addiction to the experience? Also even martin ball is in baseline consciousness after his trip is over right?he has to come down after its effect @Breakingthewall -
@martins name does your peak experience with kriya supreme fire come anywhere close to 5 meo

Leo has a bias for big picture understanding.i understand that it is his zone of genius and that is ok to be biased about it.but he says big picture understanding beat technical knowledge.in my experience it is never true.big picture undstanding is not better than technical knowledge. A mix of the two is the best way.we need to have the big picture and then become tactically very specialised in fields that are of very high value to your heart

@Zion read tiny habits by bj fogg.everything u need to know about habit is in that book.it not the regular reward yourself bullshit book.it is very practical
-
Try sedona method ,visualisation and awarenesss to fight procastination.its in leos video. The better university u go the more stress u get. I say u sonehow finish that fucking university get out , then invest 15 years on yourself on a field u like with your own pace in your own terms

Eric kandel is a nobel prize winner .kandel said"i think one has to get pleasure out of the moment to moment aspects of carrear.the rest take care of itself." Linus torvaldus is the founder of linux os.he said"i think the people who work hard are doing something wrong.i dont work long hours , i play around with computers a lot" George leonard said"there is another secret.the people we know as masters dont devote themsealf to their particular skill just to get better at it.the truth is they love to practice and because of this they get better at it" All these masters advocate that we should do the practice for the love of it and not do hard work I guess this type of practice is better in the long run but is poor in short run

On the one hand deliberate practice make sense because u need to put hard work to improve. but on the other hand it look like stage orange scientific invention.it is very material and rational .george leonard says u need to practice for the love of it. Contemplating on both angle make me totally lost like i am in a time loop.
-
@Carl-Richard what i meant was Actually there are 2 kinds of practice 1)deliberate practice is done for the result.it is outside ur comfortzone so it is painful.the principles of deliberate practice alll resembles stage orange.ie practice hard, take pain, have a goal,go full throttle etc.its very mechanical. 2)george leonards version of practice is u practice for the love of practice.you should strech your comfort zone and push it. Leonarda idea of practice looks like stage green/yellow.this is what i resonate with.people who are 20,30,50 years into a field ,who are masters are all advocating leonards practice.ie practice for love of it,enjoy practice etc. I am wondering if anyone had success applying deliberate practice.

In society we defenetly will face stage red people , who get things done by hook or crock.so machiavellianism is inevitable.no one is excluded from it.everyone have to survive somehow.

@RedLine @RedLine @RajneeshpuramRajoR. If i am a noobie and is checking whether leo is legit or not i will get mixed reviews .the most common review is "oh leo, that youtuber who is deluded, egotistical, arrogant who encourage young kids to take psychidelics.stay away from him".but i am following him for many years and i know he is legit.but a noobie does not know it. Same thing with osho.he is very well read in spirituality.osho was one of the greatest orator of all time.osho critised a lot of christian ideaologies. But osho was unbeatable in debate.christians could do nothing about him.so after he died they victimised and deamonised him. That is how everyone have a bad opinion about him.because we are all brainwashed by christian missionaries When we are doing research we are using our logic ,reasoning and rationality.that is how we do research. So someone who knows very well about rationality can write bad things about osho and we will never find why osho is a good man because we are using our logic and we will never find logocally whyy osho is a good man.so if u wanna know truth about osho forget all the internet ,take a blind faith and follow him for min 1 year. Dont believe me.dont believe anyone .just only belive your direct experience whether he is legit ir not Everything u will ever need to reach enlightment is there in website called oshoworld for free.

Alan carr opens your mind about smoking.then try to quit smoking 500-1000 times.u need this much of failed attempt.in the mean time practice feeling the craving instead of resisting it using leo video on mindfullness focusing exclusivly on inner feel.after your 1000th failed attempt go to a doctor. He will prescribe. Medicine to stop getting craving .eat it for 2 months. So your craving is reduced but small amount is still there.that small amount of craving can be dealt with using meditation. Follow this and one day you will quit smoking.after breaking addiction u need to practice meditation daily or you will return back to smoking.u need some pleasure to live and u will get tha pleasure from meditation
-
I successfully quit smoking.i fully understand your pain.after i smoke a cig then after 5 min cravings are gonna come and i will resist it.the more i resist the more depressive state of consciousness i go to.after 15-20 min i loose all my will power and i smoke 1.this cycle repeat. The things i did to break smoking 1)watch leos 2 video about addiction and mindfullness.start practicing the mindfullness and focus exclusivly on inner feel. Start practicing this meditation on inner feel 2)read alan carr book easy way and only way.that book will explain all devilry about smoking 3)go to a psychatrist.he will prescribe a medicine to deal with addiction.

Start practicing meditation.book of secrets writtern by osho has one chapter talking about how to use meditation to deal with isolation

I am yet to find a book more profond than george leonard.damn.if a person read george leonard and tiny habits by bj fogg those only 2 book will take him to the hights of success.why tiny habit? Because george leonard did not touch on habits and habits are a big counterintuitive thing which need to be understood to get success
