  1. Hey there folks, I am curious if anyone else has a subscription the the Life Force Academy run by Jai Dev Singh and Simrit Kaur and would like to exchange experiences with their work. Maybe someone has even met one or both of them in person? I really like the vibes Jai Dev puts out and would love to meet him in person some day. For those that don't know what I'm talking about, you can check it out here: https://teachings.jaidevsingh.com/ I'm in no way affiliated with the Life Force Academy and not looking to "recruit" new members, just putting the link here for anyone who's interested. If this fits better in the self-help product section, please move it there. I might write a review of their program aswell, but this thread is intended for exchanging experiences with their way of practice. Hoping to hear from you guys!
  2. @Leo Gura So, in your latest blog post you mention this deepest state of unity, love and awakening. You claim that it's very hard to get there through meditation, self-inquiry or even some serious amount of DMT/5-MeO. My question is then: By what means did you access this state if it is supposedly that difficult? I assume you DO have accessed it, elseway you wouldn't talk about it with such big words, no offense intended by wording it this way.
  3. Oh wow, a lot of responses that go way beyond what I had in mind when asking the question. @Leo Gura I figured it'd be something like doing that kind of intense tripping and inner work, just the way you worded it in the blog post made me wonder whether you had found or come up with some technology that was even beyond 5-MeO. That being said, I've never done 5-MeO myself. I have no idea about these deep, deep states, the question arose spontaneously when reading the blog entry.
  4. I've been and am continuing to go through a quite strange time filled with a lot of intense emotions and experiences I can't make much sense of. I try to see it as a necessary deep dive into my inner darkness as a part of the healing journey, but the worries about what is happening just keep gnawing in the back of the mind. I have been on the path of spiritual work and self-actualization for a bit more than two years, so I'm still quite a newbie in a way. Could really use to talk to someone who's further down the road. Thanks in advance to the kind souls whose wisdom might be helpful to me.
  5. @goldpower123 Thanks for the input, it is reassuring.
  6. Oh man, I've been there. I can relate to suicidal ideation. I can't claim to have fully overcome it, but I did dive into it quite a bit. Here are some things that might help you: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-biggest-mistake-you-have-ever-seen-caused-by-ego/answer/Artem-Boytsov The source of this answer comes from this page: https://www.true-freedom.net/#Part_Ⅰ._Enlightenment. Much of the content of this page has been quite helpful to me already. This was actually created by fellow forum member @BipolarGrowth I believe. If not, sorry for misquoting. https://www.andrewholecek.com/suicide-from-a-buddhist-perspective/ https://www.andrewholecek.com/karmic-implications-of-suicide/ Also, assuming you haven't experienced death through spiritual practice and/or psychdelics etc., I suggest you try to admit to yourself that you actually have NO IDEA what really happens through and after death. Thus, you'd be changing a situation in which you at least theoretically have ways to get out of the deep hole you're currently in for total and utter uncertainty. That means ANYTHING could happen. Death could deliver you into a situation that is equally shitty as your current one, a better one or even a worse one. This unknowingness can be quite painful and terrifying in my experience, but admitting it has helped me quite a few times already. I hope any of the things I've posted can help you. You're not alone in this mate.
  7. @Gabith First off, judging by your profile picture, my man seems to have an excellent taste in music. But to answer your question: I wake up around 9 AM. First I empty my bowels and do ayurvedic oil pulling during. Then I do some yoga and meditation (mostly Kundalini or Yin Yoga) for 30-60 minutes usually, depending on how much time I have that day. After that, I have breakfast and proceed with the tasks of the day.
  8. I can't claim to have any idea of what it is like to be going through the bipolar cycles, so bear with me if I'm spewing total bs. What came to my mind when reading your post is this: If you feel like you're fed up for your own sake, but don't really want to selfishly check out, how about working on becoming totally selfless and help others experience the levels of satisfaction that you claim to have? I myself am not at all at a point of very high selflessness, but that thought popped into my mind.
  9. I cry pretty irregularily, but it has significantly increased during the last 12 months or so. Used to not cry much, either, but my own process has started opening me up more, allowing for emotions to flow more deeply and freely again. There's nothing "wrong" with you I'd say. Probably some degree of being closed off from your emotions in order to not have to feel them as intensely. Yes, crying is healthy, but thinking there's something "wrong" if you are unable to do so won't help improve the situation. You'll get there if you want to and if it's beneficial for your healing. Some things that were very helpful for me in opening up more are Kundalini Yoga (this is powerful stuff though, so don't jump straight into it without doing some conscious research and being aware of how well you can handle intense inner processes atm), Cannabis and Psychedelics (same applies here), raw Cocoa (it's also called the Heart/Love Medicine and opening your heart will CERTAINLY help with being able to cry in my experience) as well as pleasant, intimate physical contact to those dear to you in the form of cuddling, massages, sex and everything in between. I hope this helps somehow, feel free to PM me to discuss this topic in more detail
  10. I'm currently working on the Me-Sheet of the LPC. I realized that there seem to be no exercises dedicated to clearly working out the Domain of Mastery and Ideal Medium, at least not up to this point in the course. Did I miss something, will this be covered in the later parts of the course or do I have to work these out all by myself? Of course I got some hints at these aspects from earlier exercises, but there don't seem to be specific exercises for the Domain of Mastery and Ideal Medium. One of the things I love about the course is that it takes you by the hand so well, that's why I'm missing exercises for these two aspects. I have done some brainstorming on these questions, but this didn't yield any definitive answers yet. I greatly appreciate any responses that provide clarity
  11. In my eyes, a healthy relationship with death is neither neurotically avoiding nor actively seeking out death. This means being fully willing and motivated to live, yet simultaneously completely ready to die at any moment. I've had a few ideas on how to develop a career out of this, but it still isn't clear to me which domain I'd have to master. "Developing a healthy relationship with death" is of course the essence of what I have to master, but that seems so lofty as this could theoretically be done in a variety of ways.
  12. Awesome job, I love it! Please make more of these, the world needs this. Got me thinking that an epic 1 - 1,5h Leo Chillstep Mix would be insane aswell, same as has been done with Alan Watts, Terence McKenna etc.
  13. @Bojan The life purpose statement I worked out is "I help people find inner peace through developing a healthy relationship with death". That means I firstly have to work on developing this relationship myself. But this can be done by many means, so I'm a bit lost.
  14. Aaand another bump.
  15. Shameless bump.
  16. Drew this recently. At the bottom it says "The undying/eternal fire of life" in Finnish.
  17. Oh Lawd, had a good chuckle watching this. Thanks for that Leo
  18. @Shyamal I acutally just found out that my life purpose is to help people find inner peace through developing a healthy relationship with death, which of course includes dealing with the issue of suicidal notions as well. If you're interested, I'm glad to share some ideas and experiences some time!
  19. Indeed! Plants in general have amazing healing power. I have never felt worse when I was surrounded by plants, rather the opposite.
  20. I speak: German (Mother tongue) English Finnish (Still learning, but quite fluent within my vocalubary) Plus I know some rudimentary French, Swedish, Spanish and Latin. Would love to learn a slavic language like Polish or Russian some day.
  21. Awesome suggestion! I started to make treehugging a regular practice this year. It's amazing what effects this can have...I started smiling and/or crying numerous times when really consciously hugging a tree. It never fails to improve my feeling state and can be deeply touching.
  22. @Ama Do I understand it correctly that the first picture you posted is one from the internet, not of one of the mushrooms you found yourself? I gathered Psilocybe semilanceata for the first time this year in Germany. I can't say that I found them, rather they found me. Of the pictures you posted, only the first one looks like the ones I gathered. I did quite some research in advance (I recommend you check out Paul Stamets' "Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World: An Identification Guide") and me and a friend both tested them. We definitely have the right ones, they deliver quite an intense experience that is quite similar to other psilocybin mushrooms I've had, yet has some unique features. I'll post some fotos of those I found so you have more to compare your findings to. Hopefully this helps, but remember: WHEN IN DOUBT, DON'T EAT ANY MUSHROOM YOU GATHERED FROM THE WILD!
  23. In my experience, yes, it does work. But it can take some time and persistence. I've used okcupid for quite some time, I really dig that there are many options regarding how deep you want to go/what you're looking for. Pretty fast after starting to use their services, I got a date and got laid that same night. After this, I did not have any luck for quite a while. A few dates happend, but nothing too interesting. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I got a match that seemed pretty promising right from the start. Long story short, we've been going out for about 3 weeks now and I truly feel like I have met one of the most amazing women I've ever come across. The amount of things we share is just awesome. I thought about deleting my okc account a few times since it didn't really yield many promising results (plus I generally prefer to meet people face to face for the first time), but boy am I glad I didn't. Maybe this story is helpful, of course everyone's individual experience can vary greatly.
  24. Göttingen, Germany. Got introduced to actualized.org by a good friend of mine, but so far him and me are the only people I know who are deep into the actualized.org content. Would LOVE to meet some of my fellow actualized-heads, regardless of where they're from.
