Being free of the ego can be quite hard in practice as very few people in society actually achieve it. But limiting yourself by saying it’s not possible isn’t helpful. Your have to ask yourself. Does a river need a self to flow? Or the Sun to shine? In essence you are both the Sun and the rivers. You don’t need an illusory self to survive.

Unless your have a real passion for video games i wouldn’t work in that field. The crunch time is notorious, even though improvements to the work circumstances are being made for employees. If you have an interest for design or computer science in general, i would go into another field. But that’s me

Try to be around quality people, they tend to gossip less than low quality unconscious people. And when you do find yourself around people that like to gossip take the high road and stick to your integrity. Don’t lower your standards just for the sake of accommodating that person. Btw i don’t think talking about other people is necessarily gossipping if you talk about that person in a constructive and positive way. I see gossiping as something you talk about just for the sake of sensationalism and tearing them down. Especially regarding personal matters. Most people that gossip just do it to make themselves feel better and superior to that person. You should never do that, because that mindset will hurt you more in the long run than the person you speak about

Ego will be satisfied as long as things go somewhat according to its own agenda. If its agenda is heavily threatened it’s not going to be so satisfied any more. And the nature of life that eventually all egoic agendas will be threatened by life.

Maybe it’s possible but you probably have to abide in a very deep samadhi where there is no more boundary between physical life and death. You probably can’t function in today’s society in that state. But I’m just guessing. As of now, i don’t think there has ever been a person that legitimately could prove they can survive without food and water over an extended period of time. So I’m skeptical it’s even possible.

People think that space and time is something separate from themselves, that space and time is something that is happening to them. There i am over here and space and time is over there. A duality. But from a higher conscious perspective you are also space and time. Space and time is a part of you, just like your big toe is a part of you. Notice that things can only “happen” within a certain boundary like space and time. But from the perspective of God that is kind of silly, because there is nothing outside of God. Thus God does not experience space and time as God as something separate from itself. And yes, God knows everything. And you are God right now, but not the human you. The human you is a finite expression of God(which isn’t really you). God is pretending it doesn’t know everything to immerse itself in this experience. It has to make himself ignorant to some capacity to experience manifestation. It has to pretend it doesn’t know it is God. Why? Because at the root of “experience” there has to be something that is experiencing something other, or at least the illusion of it. If God is completely aware that everything is itself, it stops experiencing, it can’t experience any longer. Because everything is God at that point, only God. The illusion of other is broken.

Bring empathetic is a great quality. But overly empathetic to the point it hurts the person that has the empathy is not. It comes down to a lack of awareness of that person. The reason we have empathy for others is because it helps us help other people. If the empathy hurts the person it defeats the purpose. Again, it boils down to a lack of awareness. Therefore, parole should be careful with labeling themselves as an “empath” because it can become a negative self fulfilling prophecy. Which can lead to victimhood, martyrdom, anxiety and depression.

Spacetime is a feature of the infinite presence or God. God does not live within these boundaries, rather it’s a framework for God to express himself. Thus space, time and the law of physics we experience in this reality are not limitations in his mind. But it’s the frame of the painting. So the past you imagined that really happened in billions of years. Is really just a stage to give context to the rich expression of the present.

You have to see it from a bigger perspective. When we study history, the most powerful force in human history have been ideas and sybolism. A superman can save maybe hundreds, or even thousands of people. But Ideas change humanity on a global scale for, pretty much forever. Hitler himself is one of the most famous people in history. Not because he was an amazing leader, or war strategist. But because of his extreme ideas and its implementation. And when we study history further, the most famous people are usually the people that had some idea. Not a person that had some special power. We can say a lot of things about what happened in Nazi-Germany. Its extremism has cemented its place in history, and possibly its manifestation was inevitable. But eventually the Nazi's were stopped, and it took a lot of heroism and people sacrificing everything for their fellow man.

I think it's possible, but probably not like in the movies. Like some superhero movie or something. But rather through symbolism. Like something Gandhi did. Being the symbol and embodiment of an idea that inspires the people to raise their consciousness and understand the futility of war and destruction. Don't underestimate this.

It's probably a combination of feeling worthless - thus deserving of punishment and pain - and a way of escaping reality through the pain. And it also gives the person some kind of control. Because worthless people get punished by society, so by inflicting the most pain possible yourself, the pain that society gives you can never be as bad as the pain you inflict on yourself.

It’s also; if you are offended and become angry just because someone calls you a “prude” or anything similar. Regardless if they are right or wrong on that judgment; if that little thing already makes you lose your temper you have more inner work to do. By not taking everything so personal; learn to let words slide off of you. In stead of hyper focus on every little thing.

You can’t block negativity, only move toward positivity

The funny thing is that it’s actually not really an illusion. It’s completely open for everyone to see. Everyone is seeing the truth, but they don’t know that they are seeing it, lol. In a magic trick the magician usually hides something from the viewer, because if the viewer saw what was hidden he would see through the trick. But in this reality; everything is completely in the open.

All paths and techniques are ultimately bullshit to realize truth. It’s like following a certain technique for success and riches, it may work for some people. But the success of the formula is not in the formula itself. It’s more that the technique motivates the person and gives something to hold on. A goal, a method etc. There’s just no one size fits all. You can try different things. But if you gave mediation an honest try, and it gives you nothing in return. Well then you are heading towards the definition of insanity. i feel there’s also a lot of parroting within the spiritual community. If someone doesn’t have an answer to a hard question they will just say; well you just need to meditate more. It’s a weak appeal to tradition and authority.

It’s not ideal but if you really have to do it, then do it. Life is never ideal.

Yes, that’s the point. It’s like other meats. Except it is suffering free. Doesn’t take up land and resources for the livestock. Less impact on the environment. Less labor costs. Less water usage. Less waste. Etc etc And the amount of nutrients to grow the meat will be way less than the amount of nutrients it takes to grow it through an animal. Why? Because a lot of the calories the animal consumes will go the cells that aren’t used for consumption.

You are drowning in concepts. God doesn’t mean anything unless you truly experience God within. And the experience of God doesn’t magically appear by thinking it into your experience. God is someone you accidentally meet on the way. And you improve your chances with the right intent, and not be dogmatic. Be diligent yet open. Be like water, my friend
