Overall, I agree. Still, gender identities aren't completely socially constructed. Why is there even a problem with accepting LGBTQ people? Did they one day construct their identities out of thin air? I was trying to clear up the confusion that cisgender people are likely to do in that they can think that their gender identity is completely biological and view the other ones as completely socially constructed. Am I wrong?

If gender identities were only social constructions, then people would have been completely changing their identities under different environments. Whether you are a man, woman, transgender, nonbinary, etc., it's because of your biology and not only social construction.

What would you do if you were put with people who rejected your gender identity and, even worse, looked down on or harassed you? I'm not saying that you should complain 24/7, but you would have to accept that you have to lie to others about who you are too much. Are you strong enough to maintain dozens of lies about your identity that will help you survive?

Changing organs is different than changing your lifestyle to fit your identity. For me, changing organs is fine as long as they are really suffering and can't just use their will to end the suffering. It's good as long as your overall health doesn't decline because of it and you have actually thought about it with educated experts. It seems like you are confusing gender with gender identity. Genders are constructed to reflect people's identities. Trump supporters are insane and they see themselves as normal.

@Javfly33, first of all, if someone is not cisgender, it doesn't mean that they have dysmorphia. And even if they have, then it proves you are wrong. Also, having a different identity doesn't automatically imply that someone is mentally ill. You don't understand that feeling like a boy/girl isn't only about sex organs.

My language also doesn't have gendered pronouns. There isn't even an awareness of the distinction between gender identity and sex in my country. It is implied that there is no gender identity but only biological sex, which is used to justify why their gender identity is the correct one.

Cisgender people wouldn't agree with you. If that's nonsense, so are all genders identities.

@r0ckyreed, let's assume by hidden he meant there is an external world. I would say that things are external as long as you are not conscious of their existence. So, the external doesn't exist but can come into existence, and then it becomes internal. I don't only think of things being external to be about me having some ability or not, compared to others.

I don't have a problem it. It is selfish.

Well, whatever the reason is, it is selfish. It might be selfish for a conservative but selfless for a liberal or vice versa. And I'm not even saying that selfish is bad. Also, no matter if you are a conscious person, you're going to be selfish in raising your child. But conscious people understand the consequences.

I would say that your cultural beliefs determine whether you are going to be perceived as selfish or selfless. In any case, wanting to have a baby or not is a selfish act and couldn't be otherwise. What I am against, like you said, is imposing it against others.

It doesn't matter if the baby has consciousness, is sentient, or whatever (non)spiritual justifications. Also, let abortion be called a murder. I'm pro-abortion because I want people to have the freedom of choice to not fuck up their child's life in the future, and theirs also. The people who are anti-abortion should stfu, have their babies without planning, and deal with it.
