  3. Hi guys, what keeps you happy in your everyday life ? Here's the things that keep me positive: - listening to music - taking a walk - playing with my band - talking with my friends - meditation - taking big breathing by the noose - cold showers (the feelings after) - taking drugs once per week - doing exercises - less worrying and being more present (thinking less of past or future) - gratitude Thank you.

I don't feel like forcing myself to be happy, my habits make me happier and sometimes when I feel anxiety because thinking of the future, I go for meditation or I take deep breath and feel the present moment. Then it goes away because there is no fear, sadness nor anxiety in the present moment.
  6. Hey, I want to meditate more because I know that's primordial but in others hands, I'm addicted to youtube and I can't put my self to meditate during the day... I only meditate everyday like 10 to 30 minutes before going to bed but during the day I can't find motivation, do you have tips to help me please ?

  9. Hi everyone, I have a hiccups since 2 months non-stop, doctors doesn't know what to do and I can't get rid of it, I tried a lot of techniques found on google but nothing works. Even essential oil doesn't do anything... It's painful and annoying especially while doing meditation or shamanic breathing... Does someone know a spiritual technique or ancient technique to get rid of a persistant hiccups please ?
  10. I will travel every country I want to discover, then I will buy a house in 2 or 3 of my favourite countries. I will not buy more things or fancy cars because I'm a minimalist... I think I will give money to my friends, and pay me hookers everyday, the rest of the time medidating, travelling....
  11. I don't know but when I take magic truffles and I play guitar, I hate the sound of distortion haha so I always play in clean like psychedelic rock ... I'm a big fan of black metal and I find it funny that I can't bear the sound of this music under psychedelics
  12. Hi, I watched a lot of videos of Leo, it's very interesting. I want to take at least 1 hour everyday to increase my consciousness level. I wanted to ask you guys what is the best ways to spend 1 hour to increase my consciousness (meditation and other techniques) If you say "just meditate" I'll go for it, but I wanted to know if I will get more results with various technique
  13. @SirVladimir Hey I did my first shamanic breathing this morning for 15 minutes and wow... Time flies it felt like 5 minutes I had two scraps of forgotten memories of my childhood, I didnt expect to have something at my first session! I will go for 20 minutes tomorrow Right after the session, I felt very relaxed and calm ! Thank you

I would go for the "do nothing" technique, that's what I did for 4 months (I just sit with my back straight, eyes closed and I do nothing for 10 to 20 minutes) sometimes my mind shut down for few seconds, and sometimes it's hard to stop thinking but I go throught it anyway. I call this meditation I don't know if I'm right or not ?

I medidated for four months now (but only 10 to 20 minutes per day) and I had two moments when I was deep, it was great feelings, I don't know how to describe but never felt like this before and sure was better than sex or others materialistic pleasures.. but my thoughts were coming up like "oh what's happening" and I was left with a low consciousness state again haha I hope I will get good results if I stick with 1 hour a day !
