Sometimes I wonder if karma is real. Thinking that when we'll die, we will reincarnate in a "better" life to progress more & more in order to become more easily "awake" in our life is a pleasant thing to believe. But on another hand, if we're all, Oneness, it means that we will have to live throught every possible perspectives and so there is no such thing as karma ? That one is more harsh to believe, but it sounds more true to me...

Hey I'm new to mantras, I only know "Om" and I felt the energy. What would be a good mantra to love myself more & being more confident ? Do I have to say it out loud or it works too when said internaly ?

Why is it so hard to see beauty in some things, like for example a dead animal ? I can feel lot of beauty when I watch nature, the sky, an insect, an animal, the rain, my hands, eyes, music, movies .... sometimes I cry because I feel too much beauty and it's mindblowing but why is it so hard to see this beauty in everything ? What is keeping me from seeing the beauty and perfection of what is, even if it's "negative" or "bad" ?

I've found a beautiful cemetery very large and full of greenery. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful, I love it. I've found some spots to meditate, the problem is that it is always on the ground with greenery or trees and there are spiders. So if I sit down, I don't know how to meditate properly without thinking that surely, within time, a spider will climb on me and that makes me afraid. Is there a way to eliminate this fear, this phobia that I have had since I was a child? I thought of taking a spider in my hands, but it's too extreme, I don't have the courage. Would simply meditating with the fear be enough to make it disappear?

Here's Anna Brown I love her content but I wonder what she did to keep this "state of consciousness" because she is always talking about "awakening" is not special, it is simply what is and we're already it, we don't have to seek, the more we seek the more we veil etc... So when I listen to her, it's like there's no work to do at all.. I don't know what to think about it During the day, I try to do everything slowly, I breath slowly, I try to feel love for myself and "others", I try to be with the breath and I take times to pause and watch the sky, a wall or simply what is in front of me. I feel it impact my life but slowly, is it enough ? I'm lost between do I have to meditate for hours or just keep doing what I'm doing without trying to reach something ?

@Flowerfaeiry Cool Yeah do not take it with another drug and don't snort big lines... I never had a K-Hole but I had profound experiences with only 25 / 35 mg. K-hole happens at 100 mg & more generally

Yesterday I've took 30mg of MDMA and I felt literally nothing...

For a social experiment, I've thought about taking a low dose of MDMA (regular doses are between 80 and 120mg) I never did that so my question is, will I feel the effects if I only take 30mg or 40mg or it will be useless ? I want to experiment that because I want to see how I behave with people, how I feel, what can I learn from it if I take a micro-dose of MDMA while doing my street interviews. I've never heard of micro-dosing MDMA before so I'm asking here. I don't want to make that a habit, I always wait 1 to 3 months between each session. Thank u
