@Husseinisdoingfine I spent 6 years doing a 4 years engineering degree and that was the worst phase of my life I still got nightmares until last year about exams.. I completed my degree 9 years ago and working as a service engineer. I don't make much money though and I just realised through your post how this belief of education and degrees lead to a great income is deep rooted in my subconscious mind. But just complete graduation for now, spend some time in meditation and contemplation, one of my close friend took 7 years to complete a 3 year graduation and is now earning X5 more salary than me.. So obviously a degree is not important in making money, the value you bring to the table matters. I too compare myself to others a lot and it's a greatest source of my mysery as of how...

Hey Leo, @Leo Gura I have completed your LP course few years ago and found out that I want to be a life coach. I didn't focus on the making it real part. However this was more than 3 years ago when I found it, but I'm still in my old career which I was earlier. Do you think I should do the entire course again or just the making it real part again ? Perhaps my purpose could have changed ?

I have been so immersed in personal success that haven't helped anyone in a while...not that I'm super successfull now ...

So I have got a promotion in my organization and I am a team leader since 8 months. I feel a lot of pressure, my team members who were my friends earlier have become bitter towards me. They don't like me to tell them what they do, they don't report to me. It's getting tough day by day, I'm trying my best to reconcile with them but end up arguing or verbal fights. It hurts me when my team members bitch about me to the customers and do not give me the respect I deserve. How can I lead ? Was I just handed this position because all other old team members had quit the job ? Is it possible to reverse everything and everyone on my team will treat me with respect and accept my authority? I feel like I'm at war and I'm the captain but my army is attacking me.. Can leadership skills be developed or some people are just not ment to lead ! 😞
