Yeah thats how I see it. Eventually I want to live with my natural personality as it is. Because that just who I am. But at the moment, there is a lot of necessary "3d work" to do, which is really tough to do with my normal personality structure so to say. On a side note: I also lived with an SNRI for a couple of months in hopes of dealing with some serious depression symptoms, which did nothing for me. Eventually we found out, that my depression is closely linked to my inability to stick to any project for as long as its needed and ability to earn money consistently. These types of dynamics are hard to spot at first glance, even for a experienced psychiatrist. Which is why persistent and honest introspection becomes ever more important.

Interesting. I just let AI sum it up for me. Living on the land, close to nature, with fresh air, fresh water, natural sounds and physical labor does indeed lessen my adhd symptoms a lot. But even then I was not really much happier. Because yes, the adhd symptoms were less, but my excitements in civil environments were not met. For example building up a company, which involves a lot of cognitive work did not really go well with all the physical to-do's on a farm let's say. And my life purpose spins a lot around new, authentic, self-actualized people, which is also hard to get in a rural environment. But respectively I'm seeing myself living closer to nature than right now.

You cannot imagine how petty this would sound in the ears of a model. I know a hand full of OF creators and they'd laugh about reputation and optimal career choices. But in most cases they hate to interact with their clients. They hate to do the job in general. But they like the money, and most importantly they can't imagine any good alternatives. Most of the models have good reasons to do what they do, even if they hate it.

Yes, true all that. But even the best LP contains a lot of work that just needs to be done (like reading through contracts before you make business related decisions ect.). Which, in my case, is close to impossible in most cases.

Yes, natural therapy is recommended but not mandatory. But I’m not sure what a normal therapy for adhd would look like. After all it’s a serious disbalance in one’s neurochemistry. Some things you can’t talk or shake out.
