I experienced similar synchronicities and strange patterns, while tripping. For example right after i had a huge insight during a heavy LSD trip, the music box on my wall formed into a friendly face which smiled to me and said something like: "yeah you got it! congrats!" and vanished directly after. However, be aware that your mind has an incredible capacity to interpret reality and make meaning out of it. Especially on psychedelics this "interpreting muscle" gets on steroids, if the dose is not too high or too low. Do you know about the "Rorschach Test"? Its this test, where random patterns of ink are splashed over paper and people tell what they see. They recognize animals, faces, plants and even their own family or friends. But guess what never happened? That people actually found no interpretation. Because the mind hates to "not interpret" reality. That is his function. Thats why it has been made. To a certain point psychedelics charge up this interpreting mechanism, and after a "critical dose" your mind will lose its job. Which is also known as ego death. And if you crank up that dose even more, you will eventually enter the infinite mind, which doesn't judge if something is good or bad, threatening or pleasant, which just is. In its pure infinity. -
Struggling with that as well. Eckart Tolle said boredom is the groundwork for distraction. And distraction serves the ego mind, in order for it to have a job. After all, what's the point of the ego, when you are completely fine with doing and thinking nothing. So boredom is the first line of defense of the ego for it's survival. However, embracing boredom and "making friend with boredom" leads to being completely fine with doing and thinking nothing. But there are many ego backlashes and distraction periods ahead, before someone reaches that level in our distractive environment. There are many sources, which claim that boredom is actually a good thing. It boosts your creativity, makes you more conscious and more sensitive for the beauty of reality.

Billions of people were murdered, tortured and gave their life for religious ideas and believes. And even today billions navigate their life's after religious ideas. Most of these ideas are just corrupted mystical insights massacred by the human ego mind to serve it's survival. So how exactly can billions of people have been so wrong about the basic truth "you are god".

@peanutspathtotruth you're probably right. Tolkien also re-used a lot of stories and pictures from mostly middle-northern European mythology. This phenomena of someone telling partial truth can be dangerous if this someone is not a fictional author. Especially in self-help circles, teachers can have a deep understanding about some topics and talk with the same seriousness about other topics, which they don't understand the slightest. I have fallen into that trap a lot in the past. I hope this fallacy is diminished here at Actualized.org -

@RMQualtrough Exactly. Thats the function of your human ego mind to limit your ability to experience infinity (every perspective there is) to only your finite first person view. However here I'm just parroting Leo. I've never actually experienced infinity yet. I just realized how my first person view is completely imaginary, and how even other human beings are just completely imagined. I come back when I discovered my/your/our infinite nature. -

I knew about the deep Silmarillion lore already some time ago and wondered if Tolkien was enlightened to tell his story about the nature of his fiction similar to how our actual reality functions. Some serious genius this man. -

Open your mind to the possibility, that every human being, including your parents, your siblings, your friends and even Leo are just imaginary. Your human mind won't surrender to that reality so easily. High levels of consciousness are needed. A thousand hours of videos about Solipsism won't reveal this truth to you. This can only be experienced outside of the conceptual mind, which your mind doesn't like. On that path your mind will tell you that this is just wishful thinking or some funny concept someone found interesting. Don't be distracted by that. That's the game. -
Today i discovered "Tempeh" as a very nutricious and delicious protein source as an alternative to meat and fish. Its made from fermented soy, but tastes more like buttery fried potatoe. It has about 20 grams of protein per 100 grams, which is important for me in order to grow some muscle. Its not cheap, but affordable. About 1,70€ for 100 grams. We are just so used to the cheap processed meat, so its hard for any new product to match these prices. There are also good meat alternatives, which are made out of bean protein. But its pretty regional, where these alternatives are sold. We are just at the beginning of the meat revolution. So please let me know, if you guys have other cool protein sources, which are healthy and affordable. The taste is not extremely important for me right now. Although if it tastes great like Tempeh, than its a must have for me.

I'm the one with the monk haircut ?? But know how it is, I'm the other one as well ❤️

@FoolsGold have tried one vegan protein powder. I was not really convinced, because it didnt have that "milky" texture, which i like in protein powders. Can you recommend a specific one?

Chashew nuts are also great to gain some weight, if you struggle to build muscle. Lots of protein and healthy fats.

Yes there is an attachment of wanting to look behind the curtain of reality. That's also the reason why monks and spiritual people invest decades in meditation, contemplation and inquiry. That is attachment to life. -

Intelligent design also includes bad luck. And every other random or not random thing. Using good luck as a sign of intelligent design and God would not make sense. In my mother language (german) luck has the same word as joy, which can lead to this biased notion, among the people here. -

Watch Leo's episode on psychedelics, which covers most of the essential information. I suggest a strong meditation habit as well, for you to train your "introspection muscle". This really helps to make sense out of psychedelic experiences, rather than just doing it for entertainment reasons. If you just want to have fun, try some microdosing with psylocibin or LSD. But if you want to seriously get the most out of psychedelics you should really prepare for a breakthrough dose, which should never be done without proper preparation and experience. -
@Flim You can become directly conscious of how you imagine them to think. Even the most fucked up thoughts and irrational thinking, which could never come out of your "human mind" is imagined by the universal mind into others. Dont rely on your "human finite mind" to understand how that works. Up your consciousness and experience how its done.

@Yali Thats some excellent victim mentality. Value is so dependent on behaivor and charisma, from a girls perspective. Think of how women feel attracted to funny guys. Men devalue that too easily. And even when it comes to the looks, you can certainly do more than you believe. Posture, muscle growth, good skin (healthy, nutrient dense food) are all just examples how you can increase you "chad-ness". The ultimate attractor is when you feel unconditionally good about yourself and naturally radiate this feeling into the world.

Increasing your baseline consciousness will get you off porn long-term instead of forcing yourself to quite for 7 days and relapse afterwards. I was in this downwards spiral of "wanting to quite" and "relapsing because of boredom and cravings" for many years, which lead to guilt and self-hate. What solved this problem was a massive shift in consciousness mostly through hardcore meditation - 1 hour a days for 5 months. I can get horny and still think about porn, but it isn't as appealing to me anymore. If you tasted the sweet flavour of true mental freedom through consciousness work, porn "tastes" like a soggy toast for your mental taste buds. Don't try to quite porn. Upgrade your consciousness. Your cravings for porn will dissolve in the process.

Im writing this to get a deeper understanding of what "other" humans really are. Precisely how awakened people say they are imagining me, even though there is just one source of imagination. But let me explain. I became fully conscious of how im imagining my body, other humans, plants, animals and basically the whole universe in order to discover my true self again via creative doing/being. That means that there is just one infinite consciousness, who imagines all that through my direct experience. So right now in that moment im the only existing consciousness in the entire universe imagining you guys interacting with me. But what happens if we sit site by site and take some powerful psychedelic to experience infinite consciousness again? Who imagines who? Obviously its me imagining you, but you can tell me how you imagined me. Thats so paradoxical and twisted. Its the dog chasing its tail and i dont know what part of the dog is the truth.

@impulse9 you're right. I think this urge to explain and describe gets fueled up, when you listen to a 3-hour video of Leo effortlessly explaining deep mystical experiences. My ego really thinks there is a shortcut to these insights and wants to figure out everything within a blink of an eye. -

@WaveInTheOcean I get that trying to understand stuff won't get me anywhere. But it is possible to understand reality. However, it seems like Impossible in this sober/sleep state of mind. I think the real challenge would be to silence the mind and experience reality instead of understanding it. I think you could measure the ego-mind activity through asking yourself if you are really experience reality of just describing it. -

I cant speak for Leo but remember that there are not ants outside of you. They exist like every other form just "couched in your consciousness". So there is no perspective of being an ant. -

@RMQualtrough Interesting. I once had a trip with about 5,5 tabs and was fairly sober after 5 hours. There is always this point of fully surrendering when the "trippiness" eliminates itself. Then i just be in peace and silence.
