  1. Session Seven: 37,5 minutes. Session felt a little bit longer than usual. Breath occasionally normalized as I seemed to forget about the breath work, when diving into thoughts. At last all thoughts vanished. Glimpse of "God structure" as I like to call it. More important was for me to see how all of reality sits inside this nothingness. Nothingness fulfills and surrounds reality. In that case my imagination of there being a room or a house got smaller and smaller. Nothingness/Spaciousness remained.
  2. I want to ask something, which i feel like has never really been discussed here properly: How does the mechanism of becoming unconscious work? The problem here is that none of us have seen this mechanism, because seen or being aware of this mechanism requires consciousness. So how does God Create and See how it is Creating and then Create and not see how it is Creating. This question is the ultimate end boss for my ego mind.
  3. Understanding fractals. How everything in the universe is a fractal of unity and infinite love.
  4. Understanding is the ability to see how everything is a fractal of Oneness. More consciousness elevates this understanding.
  5. If your consciousness really is, then show it.
  6. If your consciousness is clear enough you will find out what "control" and "will" really is. There is no way you will get it through mental masturbation and discussion here. I sense you intuit the importance of such questions. Don't settle for an answer which does not infinitely satisfy you
  7. I'm not sure if you got the implications of this contemplation. If you really care about truth you will contemplate about this for the next years and decades. Eventually you will find out that there is absolutely no ground to identity at all. That means you are literally nothing. Just formless consciousness. And if you are nothing in particular, you are everything. Just like a TV screen, which is not some specific movie, but every movie projected on it. That is meant with "You Are Everything" and therefor "You Are God".
  8. @Karl-Heinz Mueller If your definition depends of controlling something, then ask yourself what you can control at all. Sooner or later you will recognize, that your ego mind cannot control anything. Your sense of self probably totally constructs itself from thoughts you have about yourself, like age, heritage, profession, habits, taste and so on. But can you control your thoughts for 60 minutes? Or 1 minute? Probably not even some seconds if you test it out So you are not the one who thinks, your are the one experiencing thinking. Just as you are the one experiencing your heart beating and so one. So the question of "Who are you?" cannot be answered with a "thing". Its the consciousness, that perceives things. But this cannot be labelled with a word. Don't just trust me. Do the work on yourself.
  9. I want to see what you guys do on a daily basis to keep yourself on track to self-actualize. Also please add how well you can keep up with this routine or if it's just a routine you'd wish to do daily. Here's what I do the same every day. Wake up at 08:00 Drink at least one glass of water with magnesium 30 minutes morning meditation Breakfast (usually oats with different kinds of seeds and fruits, like bananas or apples) Gym: usually for about 45-90 minutes Cold shower afterwards Lunch Dinner 30 minutes evening meditation Drink at least one glass of water with magnesium Sleep Now I want to limit the mindless media consumption in between. Especially in the morning.
  10. @Inliytened1 Can I ask you what kind of method/substance (I imagine you to) have lead you to this realization? Lets see what answer I imagine
  11. Session Six: 30 minutes. Originally planned 40 minutes, but got interrupted by my mom, who needed the room for an online Yoga class. Hands and feet didn't cramp/furl as they would usually do. Subtle insights into the nature of thought. But nothing mind blowing. Just peaceful awareness afterwards.
  12. This. This has to be the closest to absolute beauty i've seen so far. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LhOSM6uCWxk
  13. @Kksd74628 Thats the goal right. I have to say that the only thing keeping me away from permanent consciousness is my addiction to thinking. It's like eating or masturbation. Chains of thought are interesting. They can be controlled. They do what I like most. As if I can have reality my way. This addition is so strong sometimes, that even if I notice it I don't want to be conscious of the banana. It's like I'm in a beautiful dream and star to wake up. I know I could wake up, but I genuinely don't want to. I hope this addiction burns itself out.
  14. Actually everything is rather abstract if you look at it closely. If you tell an alien about humans, and tell him everything about science, history, biology, survival and culture, there would be many things the alien could never understand based on that objective lecture. One example would be music. You can't logically explain why such a thing has such a big impact on our behavior. There would be also questions like: Why is this pattern of air vibrations better than this? Why do animals don't want to do music? Why does literally every human being has a favorite music genre? ... The same counts for all art forms by the way. I guess I should change the word abstract with irrational.
  15. We are so lucky that this abstract thing, where air vibrating in a certain way causes us to have such deep states of consciousness. Shit really hits the fan when the pattern in music have their own language and speak in your consciousness just as direct as spoken language can. For me only possible on psychedelics though.
  16. I remember when you recalled being so conscious that you could see how you actively manifest the will to move your fingers. And even though God doesn't force you to do anything specific, in the end every decision lead to the highest Love possible. So my question is do you think a lot about how "random" events are directing you to infinite Love? In the end, even if you stubbed your toe and are really annoyed about the pain, it was Gods plan all together. But to understand how this relates to infinite Love is not possible for the ego mind. Doesn't this drive you mad?
  17. You call that contemplation but I don't see you open about the possibility that you are God and there is nothing else beside your subjective reality. The Universe is one big subjective of r0ckyreed. Everything else is just to keep you under self-deception and bias. Don't believe me. Wake up and see it. Direct experience of being God trumps every academic theory or mental masturbation.
  18. Can you absolutely know that thats true? Are you experiencing your brain right now? What exactly in your direct experience is a brain? You will never logic your way out of this. Leave behind all the ideas and thoughts. Just focus on what is. Do that with more and more consciousness and you see how the trick is performed. You cannot understand the trick. You can only see it and forget it. Your ego will never understand the trick. Watch your assumptions
  19. The main problem in making sense of solipsism is that you MASSIVELY underestimate your power to imagine stuff. By that I mean especially your power to imagine, things that appear "outside" of you. Like "Leo's bubble" or "Vynce's bubble". You see, You as God would get behind the "trick of others" super easily if Leo and your parents appeared like NPC's in an RPG, who react super predictable. They would feel lifeless and unauthentic, hence you'd intuit that they are not "real". However, at a certain point of authenticity and liveliness you decide to say that appearances are real. Thats the trick. Thats why solipsism bothers you so much. Another way of tackling this problem is to see that there are multiple levels of imagination. The first kind is your casual ego imagination where there are vague appearances of colors if you want to imagine a green snake. This kind of imagination doesn't last very long and changes over times. It also has the feeling to it, that you can control its shape and movement. The other kind of imagination is this right here. Whatever you see right now. This text for example. The trick is now, that your ego can't see how it creates this text. It's just not conscious of it. It cannot be. And there are many incentives to say that "Vynce" has wrote the text and that this website is downloaded from a server and that you are just a biological entity, who observes this independently. But notice that all these "evidences" are just stories made by whom? YOU!!
  20. Christians dogmatically believing in the Bible are examples of stage blue. However the Bible is written from a stage turquoise perspective. It's just all about the interpretation. If you listen to someone like Eckhart Tolle (prime example of stage turquoise) you notice that he picks a lot of symbols from the Bible to describe non-duality. Tragically most christians don't know anything about the nature of non-duality, so the Bible is part of this dualistic fuckery.
  21. This is actually a good test to see how consciously developed you already are. Listen to some weird music, you would normally reject and see if you can find meaning and beauty in it. If you can see why people like this specific music and see if you understand why. One of my favorite exercises.
  22. A true Yellow appreciates the beauty and meaning in all kinds of music. He/She will be comfortable with most genres. Of course there will be favorite music, from their time in earlier stages.
  23. Leo already discussed this topic in his video of how increasing the frequency of experience will ultimately lead to all the good stuff in life. That should sounds intuitively right. But in this post I want to point out one aspect, which seems to be the most important in that regard. That is, that the "territory" of experience always crushes the "map" of thought to dust. And that the lack of "crushing the maps" through direct experience will waste you so much precious time in thinking your ways trough the mental constructs, which you believe are reality. One good example comes to mind when we think of online dating (male POV here). The guy sees all these fancy pictures of ideal women and immediately constructs cozy mental stories, how Natasha, Riley or Emma would fit into his life. Even worse, this mental construction gets reinforced through occasional matches and text contact. Then, after days and weeks of times waste a date might get organized. At this time the mind is on steroids constructing stories how the date will go and how good the upcoming relationship will be, and what kind of pigeons there will be for the wedding. But as it turns out, these dates usually suck and are also a complete waste of time. Weeks of mental work for a little bit of direct experience. This was a major trap for me. The same counts for business, traveling, relationships and most importantly spirituality. Thats because spirituality is 100% useless, if you just perform it mentally. The structure of "map versus territory" is always the same. Direct experience trumps thinking in maps in a ratio of 1 to 1000.
  24. Session Five: 35 minutes After resisting to do more session day after day I set the schedule to do them once a week. Today it was quite easy to perform, but nothing really happened during or after the session. I was very relaxed and had a really still mind at the end. Very comfortable. No deeper insights.
