The truth is that they have been humanitarian operations, to protect civilians, stop genocide, and stop terrorism. And NATO did not go into Iraq. Just because some countries which happened to be members of NATO, went into Iraq, does not mean that NATO went into Iraq. And NATO does missions which has UN mandate. If the leaders in Kremlin would just be decent normal humans, then they wouldn't mind to even be surrounded by NATO (which they currently aren't, not even close).
