For me what worked best is to be alone for a while if you can. One can be easily influenced by others if you are in their company for too long. Will power also is something that needs to be practiced day by day. When I quit alcohol I had to cut my friends out for a while until I got used not needing to drink around them. Also, take it one thing at a time

Thanks for those links. Suppose those are more green examples What category would open source software fall in to? for example: https://www.blender.org/ It seems to be more towards yellow/turquoise side I think?

Man probably one of the best shows I have ever seen. It was really something special and made me think about life in so many different ways. We need more content that spark the imagination.

Failure is the best way to learn. Trying is better than not doing anything at all. Sometimes you need to take a break as well and then try again when you have the energy.

Yes, I feel the same when I do something creative. It always feels like something else is creating the piece of music or whatever is is that I'm trying to create. Something that always fascinated me and that I could never explain. Some power from somewhere?

It can be any country any place. Nothing is stopping you from going to another country but I think it is best to start where you are at

I agree with what @SirVladimir said. It all depends on the way a certain game make you feel something extraordinary. For me it was games like Doom, Dreamfall. Sonic 1,2,3, Silent Hill 1,2,3,4 . It really is all about perspective, it doesn't have to be a good story or something technical it can be anything really. Even a piece of Paper can be exciting because you can draw anything or write or whatever you want to, there is no limits
