  1. I just ate another nutella toast... guilt The worst thing about sugar in the evening is I think affects your REM sleep > making it more likely that you make bad decisions the next day.
  2. Watch John Anthony Lifestyle. He seems to be the king of game. He got so many hot women he don't know what do with them, visualize yourself becoming this level of player. I commit to visualizing this 5 minutes every evening.
  3. @modmyth You mean in order to be capable of raping someone you need to have messed up wiring, like with psychopaths ? Lack of capacity for empathy?
  4. They must have had some form of police protection in place or they would've got robbed straight away
  5. @tuckerwphotography Patagonia and North face are my favourite clothing brands. Super high quality.
  6. @PurpleTree But Nutella is like 100% sugar & it tastes very good. Dark chocolate is good for you but Nutella is not
  7. @xxxx Exercize and nutritious food doesn't cure an addiction. If someone was addicted to heroin going for a run wouldn't help. I'll be fine anyway, I'll just try the 60-70% / hazlenut alternative ^ I think the best cure to cravings is making healthy food delicious, make it taste a similar replicate of the bad food, or going half way (60-70% dark chocolate) Ben greenfield would make his kids these like super delicious healthy brownies or something.
  8. @xxxx Chocolate is so addictive that even if I eat a ton of vegetables I still eat the chocolate spread. I think eating chocolate is just associated with eating more chocolate. The cycle may never end.
  9. No I don't actually want to eat it. I want to be perfect alpha male.
  10. I quit coffee a week ago and I have had a bit of tea and coffee like once since then. However I'm trying to stick to just green tea. Mainly because : coffee makes me sweaty and dehydrated, I feel a crash soon after, it's addictive and I ended up buying it from caffes so wasting money. Coffee should be like a social drug IMO. I will drink coffee for christmas and it's nice with alcohol. I actually think it's a bullshit work drug and makes it a lot harder for me to focus.
  11. Ah I really don't know anymore if I go to Spain it's good weather but I won't be able to do anything yet. I wonder if anyone has a list of countries that are likely to be loosen up on restrictions and open up the quickest, say due to dealing with covid more effectively, because if the UK is fucked for another year then I would happily start a new life somewhere else that is all good by say April/May - wherever that is, and work and plan for the next few months here towards achieving that.
  12. But no one actually knows, it could be alright by summer, It's good to have hope.
  13. Pornhub is fucked and It has a negative effect on people. Regulation is necessary but I don't think banning it completely is fair, as some girls (adults) wilfully make a living off of it and enjoy their job and I guess it's much better than being a prostitute. I know this isn't the full story for every actress or video and hence they need more regulation, but some actresses do enjoy it or they are content with that job. As one person pointed out perhaps men with perverted urges/twisted fetishes are less likely to act it out due to expressing it virtually. Although I don't know, maybe watching bad porn just helps fuel their desires into action. Who knows.
  14. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Gold, Silver. Anything else is just playing small.
  15. @Shyamal I'm with you and can feel your pain. I lost 2 of my only true friends both to suicide. I think for 80% of people they just need more opportunity, something to aim towards, a sense of hope and more social connections, more activity. ** Having said that though, one of the friends had plenty opportunity, I wonder if some people just get depression too bad, genetic susceptibility. I feel that mushrooms might have helped him.
  16. @datamonster Yes but we can't keep them closed forever. There should be a more nuanced and balanced approach & at bare minimum there should be more bailouts for the arts / Night life. Also the elitist government e.g in the UK doesn't provide bailouts for common man entertainment, only for elitist forms like opera, and unnecessary companies like Rolce Royce. There should be a higher priority to protect art, music, theatre and entertainment over rolls royce and opera. Notice how a lot of this stuff going bust is actually stage green/orange anyway.
  17. The PornHub Stock
  18. @bejapuskas Have you used tutoroo before ? How easy is it to find clients and any tips
  19. @diamondpenguin try learn how to trade and get funded by FTMO.
  20. @levani I have empathy that your business is going down like this, and it does suck for humanity that it's happening. Don't listen to absolute psycho's like khr
  21. @Khr Can't just put everything into a little box, you can't just dismiss a whole industry because in your flimsy perspective it's "orange bullshit" Bro that's people's business, social time, livelihood. Entertainment is a very important part of life, people do need it. It will exist for eternity. Maybe not you though, are you like a robot or something lol ? The fact there's people like you who think the entire entertainment industry disappearing is a good thing is fucking disturbing.
  22. Authenticity is key, gracias amigo
  23. @Kay100 I'd advice watching Leo's self - love video (Skip the over spiritual deep stuff, but focus on the practical bits) - It's just goes deep about loving yourself and how that gets you out of bad situations See failure as something that makes you stronger - each failure is a step towards success. Try listening to inspiring music - Coming back by citizen cope, or like the dark knight soundtrack is really upbeat Also - don't focus too much on theory. Take some small steps. Small wins. Those small wins will give you a boost of dopamine - that 1 phone call, 1 sales pitch, tidy room, successful date whatever you want to achieve.
  24. That just means you went to the wrong party. There are parties where people are the opposite of that. Where people are just being themselves, enjoying existence. Just depends on the vibe. I do get you though, going to a bad party is horrible, full of shallow fake people that sucks.
  25. @bejapuskas But what if you partied and didn't drink or smoke ? You don't have to do it unhealthy. To me partying just requires music, crowds of people and hopefully some hot girls. It's shallow to you because you are an introvert. You only like deep conversations. I can do both. I can talk about deep stuff, but I want to party more. Realize that maybe 30-50% of the population loves partying, just like some people are gay, it's out of your control what you enjoy. It's decided at birth due to your innate personality. So there's no point calling out partying as shallow when that's like me saying men are not attractive. Men are not attractive to me, because I'm straight, but they're sexy as hell to gay guys. Also I actually think partying is super spiritual, even if I don't know the people, I could picture myself just in the zone on an island, being free and careless, everyone relaxed and socializing in the blazing sun. It's a great contrast to the hustle & bustle of everyday life, Loud music speakers raising the vibration and mood of everyone, people laughing and smiling. You get introduced to cool new people, with unique personalities.
