@Leo Gura What are you trying now?
-
@Leo Gura Yes. I haven't had carbs in months.
-
@Twega I also had a DUTCH Hormone test which showed that my testosterone production was much lower than the minimum to be considered within normal range. 5 times lower. That test consisted of multiple urine strips and saliva strips which were taken over a 24 hour period. Thank you. Looking now.

I’ve listened to Leo’s “The Root Solution To People Pleasing & Loneliness”, and I’m struggling to figure out how to cultivate the ability to be happy by basking in existence, all by myself, not needing to do or work towards anything. How can this ability be cultivated? Is it just meditating, having awakenings, and doing things conducive to realising our true nature like Leo mentioned in the video?

@Twega My testosterone is also 300 ng/dl and I'm in my teens. What would be considered normal for a 16 year old?

@Vynce I've been doing this for a while already. I can see how it would lead to Truth, but I don't see how it would lead to Love. I don't have enough direct experience to interpret Love the same way Leo does. Yes, I've seen that video multiple times. I think it's one of his most foundational episodes. -
@Twega Thanks for linking, I'll have a watch soon. Dealing with combined methane/hydrogen SIBO.

@BipolarGrowth What do you mean you "relaxed all practices"? As in, you stopped doing them? -

@BipolarGrowth I don't understand. How would you be worse at this work if you weren't lazy? -

@mysticalninja I see. Thanks for your input. @Leo Gura Nice. It sure is a workout. -

@Leo Gura How long did it take you to get to 30 minutes? @mysticalninja Thanks. This looks like a good strategy. How long did it take you to get to 30 minutes? -

@Gianna Thanks for the detailed response. Though, I don’t think I can relate. I don’t find the need to reward myself after the session. The supposed benefits of the session is reward itself. I genuinely want to do a breathwork session all the way through, but 5 minutes in - it feels beyond my physical capacity. It’s like if I were to try run a 40km marathon, I wouldn’t be able to push all the way through. It’s simply beyond my physical capacity. -

I’ll try this. Thanks. @NahmBut this tiredness isn’t just a thought, it’s what I’m feeling. It’s beyond my physical capacity. I know that’s also a story I’m telling myself, but it’s what I’m experiencing when I attempt it. @Vision If it’s there, I’m not conscious of this mental block. I don’t feel unsafe when I do it, but perhaps it’s an unconscious feeling. -
Those contemplation worksheets have a huge impact on the effectiveness of the content that Leo teaches. It's not enough to just take notes. The exercises are the hardest part, but have the most payoff. Often times, the questions in those worksheets are questions that I hadn't even thought of asking myself before! It's extremely valuable. I understand that it would take more energy to continue giving out worksheets for your videos, especially with your health problems. Perhaps you could provide it exclusively for your patrons? I don't know, just an idea.

Because of this: - - - - - But you are right. That is something I have already been doing actually. It's just that there are questions that you and other external resources come up with that I've never thought of before. It's a nuance in creative capabilities.

From what I've seen so far, Taekwondo looks the most appealing to me at the moment. I like their style; fast paced and based on kicking. Capoeira also looks interesting. But I'm also interested in what will also advance me spiritually. That is a higher priority for me. I've looked at Tai Chi, Qigong, and Muay Thai, which seem to be related to spirituality. I don't know where to start or what I'll be most interested in. Like I said before, I think I'll enjoy fast paced martial arts like Taekwondo, but I don't know if it will bring me any clear cut benefits relative to spirituality. Peter Ralston is an example of a master martial artist who is also spiritually adept. I am interested in knowing if there are other martial arts that are helpful when it comes to spirituality. So I'm open to any suggestions. Edit: Just want to mention that I want it to be relatively safe, a low chance of injury. I’m already dealing with health problems at the moment. I also want it to be practical when it comes to self defence, in case I’m in a situation where it is needed.

@Mu_ Ah okay. Thanks. @Michael569 What's the difference between judo and jiu-jitsu?
-
@Mu_ I don’t know much about MMA. Doesn’t it tend to be violent? I just have that interpretation off of those competitive MMA fighting videos.
-
@Michael569 Wow! That’s a lot of experience! I do also care about practicality, in case I ever need to defend myself. Taekwondo doesn’t seem as effective in that aspect, or maybe I’m wrong. Judo looks very interesting to me though. I don’t want to get injured. Also, I want to have some fun with friends without hurting them. Is Judo safer in sparring compared to something like Taekwondo where you are kicking and punching rather than grappling?
-
@asifarahim I’ll have a watch. Thanks. @kellyjo That is part of my initial question. How do I combine the two?
-
@Michael569 Thanks for your response. I’ll look into Judo and Wing tsun kung fu. Do you do any form of martial arts personally?

@actualizing25 Most people don't want to work (a.k.a be a wage slave). How would this even work? The majority of society don't like their jobs. They are pushed into them as survival demands it.

I'm considering going into stocks and real estate development later on, but its nature seems to be Stage Orange. I want to structure my life in a way that embodies high consciousness. Would it be ideal for me to meet all my financial needs solely through my Life Purpose? Are stocks and/or real estate fulfilling in any way?
