I watched some of the videos on visualization and started with visualization around two weeks ago, and now I stumbled upon a video about affirmations, and would love to implement that as well in my daily routine. I meditate first thing in the morning, and right after that I do a 20 minutes of visualization. Since I have many goals that I wish to work on, I was wondering can I work on more goals at the same time? I don't mean like 10 of them of course, but maybe 2-3? I guess that we do function better when we are focused on one thing at the time, but it's so hard to decide what should be the first thing to work on. So I am wondering if doing various affirmations will change the effect of these techniques, or it's okay to do that? For example after 20 min visualization, 5 minutes of affirmations on one goal + 5 minutes on another.
