I was thinking and contemplating this issue and i realized that career and work takes hours and hours each day. If you aren't passionate or have some affinity with your work it can get really risky. The trap many people fall into is finishing high school young and dumb then entering university, choosing a major just because it pays well. This is more dangerous than trying crack. When you're naive you think that's a good strategy, but upon contemplation, you realize that as a human being if your career isn't fulfilling you, you'll fall prey to all sorts of traps which end up hurting you in your search of happiness and fulfillment. Think of happiness as a spectrum, happiness on one end, and suicidal depression on the other, and in between all sorts of dysfunctions and pathologies and addictions and so on... Happiness and fulfillment aren't optional in life. They are fundamental to your well being and not falling into self destructive behaviors. And it is simply impossible to be happy working a career you hate and isn't motivated by and not passionate about.

@LordFall Yeah it is fascinating.

@LordFall I'm new to it as well, but like I enjoy reading and writing as well as Italian being my favorite language of the ones I speak. Also, my favorite subject in school was French literature, therefore it sounded a natural choice to make to choose Italian literature as a major.

@LordFall I'm putting music a bit to the side currently, focusing on Italian literature which would be my major in university. I want to continue making music in the future though, but for now it isn't a priority. I have many interests in life other than just music, Italian literature being one of them, I want to read more and nurture this passion further. I also want to get a part-time job soon to have pocket money and be able to go out more and do pick up successfully as well as purchase better equipment for making music. I was at the club yesterday with my friend, I did like 15 approaches, today i did one approach as well. The hard thing in pick up is gaining momentum by going out consistently. This is what gets you a lot of results.

In defense of religious traditions: Religious traditions aren't merely superstitous or arbitrary. They carry within them profound time tested wisdom for how to live life properly and generate happiness and success. Traditon orders the psyche, it gives direction, restrictions, and guidance. Religious traditions are lived experiences, they are a different form of knowledge from the purely theoritical, they are embodied knowledge. Certain knowledge is only experienced through practice, a master in any craft or domain, has dedicated thousands of hours in his field, to become a master. Theory only would never gives the same mastery than lived experience in any field. In the field of personal success and spiritual development, religion is the art that is to master. Mastering religion is about observing the rituals and rules, as well as abstaining from the forbidden and restraining oneself to what's allowed and cherished. To dismiss religious traditions is unwise. It's to underestimate their power in shaping happy successful lives.

@Leo Gura Understanding relativity is one of the best things in life. It gives you such a broad understanding of life. Exploring different perspectives changes you and your perception fundamentally changes. It's like tasting more of life. I'm still in many aspects not fully yellow, in some aspects i'm turquoise, in others not fully yellow. Like i still struggle to understand really less developed people, like people in islamic culture where rape isn't a concept, salvery and opression of women is normalized, pedophilia is okay, etc... Feels too strange and alien.

I want to find a girl that is compatible with me value wise, my values being wisdom, philosophy, spirituality... How do i find a girl that is into this stuff. I don't know how. I noticed through introspection that this is what i want more so than just getting laid. I want a girl that matches my values.

What is religion ? Mental constructions. A mental construction, is the ability to shape reality using our collective minds, giving birth to a new meaning within it. For example, we construct, we invent, a holy book, we obscure its true original history, we make it into the sacred word of God, and indoctrinate children brainwashing them with this concept and perception since their youngest years. This is one construct within religion, now religion is an amalgamation of mental constructions, which really serve a function of survival, it creates a community, a sense of meaning and purpose, holidays, a collective identity, a culture... So what's the problem with religion then ? The problem is that it isn't truth by any means. In fact it is the polar opposite of truth. That's why truth requires questioning and deconstruction. Which is why questioning religion in religious circles and communities is so taboo. Because the religion isn't based on truth or facts, but on a bunch of mental, social, fictional constructions which only exist in the minds of the people inside the religion: a shared, collective hallucination in other words. What i am describing is construct awareness. To be aware of mental constructions, fictions, illusions, and hallucinations. Now why is there thousands of religion in the world today and across history ? Precisely because religion is invented, a construct. If religion was true there wouldn't be thousands of religions for obvious reasons. Religion is pretty much cultural as well, notice that people in different geographical locations have different religions. Now, if religion is obviously false, why religious people are so unwilling to drop it? Because it's their entire way of life, in a sense religion is like a map, to make sense of the world, without it they're lost, they wouldn't know how to live. It's easy to live life when you have a bunch of guidlines on everything and how you should do it: eat kosher, go to the synagogue of shabbat, do your 3 daily prayers... It structures your life, without it, you need to rethink everything from scratch which is the most difficult work nobody wants to do.

I was a vegan for quite sometimes, until i awoken to the truth of solipsism and understood the nature of God and consciousness. There's only one sentient, conscious, entity in existence, God, which is me. This entity is infinity itself manifested in the world and beyond. To break free from the brainwashing of veganism, it took me a radical paradigm shift, from other being real, to other being a hallucination, a misperception within consciousness. I had to pierce through the architecture of hallucination to break free from veganism and realize life was a dream.

I think many westerners who are higher up the spiral clearly see Islam as being a stage red culture. Oppression of women, pedophilia, war, slavery... Are clearly a hallmark of stage red. I recommend we study the Islamic world to understand stage red better. Many would argue with me saying the Islamic world is stage blue. And I would respond to that that there are some elements of blue within the Islamic world, same way there are elements of purple. However, the center of gravity of the Islamic world is stage red. Stage blue isn't as bad as what we see in the Islamic world of terrorism, violence, slavery of women... The Islamic world is clearly the best example of an irrational (or prerational), animalistic, immoral culture, similar to north Korea, but on a wider scale.

I am getting to a point where if the person doesn't match my mentality and values, i'm simply not interested. Wanting to sleep around with whoever just because they're hot is weak. Not sleeping with anybody because you're waiting until marriage is also being brainwashed and a weakness. Prioritize compatibility and value alignment first and foremost before sleeping with someone. A spiritual connection, and an intellectual connection have to precede a physical connection.

I'm going to argue the case for why Islam is overall better than actualized.org. What most people overlook is just how powerfully effective Islam is at producing a fulfilling life. Spiritually actualized.org's focus is on raising consciousness and mystical experiences. Islam focuses on the 5 pillars of the Islamic faith: the shahada (saying that you believe in God and his messenger), the prayer, fasting in the month of ramadan, charity to the poor, and pilgrimage in Mecca if one can. In practice raising consciousness is way too difficult for most people, they have to spend 1000s of hours, which most people don't have the time or energy for. Whereas with Islam most of time all you have to do is pray 5 times a day. A prayer takes like 5min maximum. Plus you get to enjoy being surrounded by other people praying with you if you go to the mosques, whereas with consciousness work you're pretty much a recluse. Dating wise actualized.org focuses on pick up artistry and hook up culture. Which i would argue is dramatically less fulfilling than islamic marriage and raising a family. Morally in islam there are strict restrictions around certain actions, behaviors and practices deemed haram and sinful. Like fornication, alcohol, drugs, partying, homosexuality... Most of which actualized.org prones, whereas Islam forbids. Because they come with great risks, and can be dangerous. And finally with actualized.org you're going on a solitary path, whereas with Islam you have the entire islamic community (the ummah) with you. In short i found that trusting in the tried and true traditions of the past, of my ancestors, works way better to overall be fulfilled in life. Which most people are after, not some crazy psychedelic states and experiences. And also with actualized.org you're told to follow your passions and make a living out of it. In Islam you can do that, but it isn't so much a necessity, a man's role is first and foremost to be the provider and protector for his family. Which i think is a way more realistic path for most people. Islam simply works at producing a fulfilling successful life. Which is what most of you want.

Consciousness comes in many degrees. There are levels of consciousness. Happiness only exists in high levels or states of consciousness. The low ones are hellish, the high ones are heavenly. Consciousness is comprehension. Your ability to comprehend life, is your ability to be happy. A feature of low consciousness is to view reality and life as a dumb material world without majesty, beauty, intelligence, wisdom, consciousness. The function of spirituality is to raise consciousness. To become happier, more understanding and content in life. To honor the majesty of existence. For existence is majestic, magical, godly, blissful. But all of this good stuff is a feature of high consciousness. Atheists are low consciousness, because they deny God. At high levels of consciousness everything around you becomes God. Religious people are also low consciousness most of the yime, for they do not experience those high states of consciousness i am talking about. That's why they tend to be narcissistic towards their religion, tribal, sectarian, xenophobic, homophobic... Those are all features of low consciousness.

A magic key to get laid more often is to be more sexual with women. If you're sexual with a girl, she's gonna get turned on and she would want to have sex with you. Guys these days do not sexualize enough because they think they'll go to jail if they do so. But really any guy who ever got laid, got laid because he was sexual with the woman. There's simply no other way, if you want to get laid, you have to be sexual. There's no secret other than approach, sexualize, get laid, repeat.
-
The guys who get laid the most, are players by definition. A player isn't gonna shy away from sexualizing the conversation and showing sexual intent. He's not gonna befriend you to then become your boyfriend, he's a player, he uses the player frame not the friend frame. By holding the player frame i mean that from the way he carries himself and his attitude, the girl knows he's a player, and will let him hit on the first night if he attracts her.
-
The difference between strong men and weak men is that strong men do not wait for women to want to sleep with them to have sex. They create the opportunities themselves by focusing on approaching women in big quantities. Hence getting laid whenever they want consistenly.

I have ocd and bipolar type 1, as well as a predisposition to developing schizophrenia. I was wondering if deep spiritual work is suited for me since i have these conditions, obviously psychedelics are a big no, because they present too high of a risk for mania and psychosis. But even meditation retreats as well as existential contemplations carry significant risks. I have suffered so much, to a degree beyond reason or comprehension because of these conditions, before and during early treatment. Now that i'm looking back i think that deep meditations and contemplations could have triggered the manifestation of these conditions in me although i certainly had genetic and biochemical predispositions. I think i might drop spirituality and just live a simple life.
