I agree with Serbia but disagree with Gadaffi. You need to look at the alternative The alternative if they had not bombed Serbia would be genocide and ethnic cleansing. The bombing stopped that. You can make an arguemnt that Eastern Ukraine has ties to Russia historically. I do not know the history to say with confidence. Many Russians see it that way.
