The whole reason so many guys including myself go to the gym is because it is one of the things you can actually control regarding your attractiveness and self image. Nobody is saying that muscles will magically get you laid nor that they matter as much as face or height. But unlike those, you can actually change your body and a V shape body is universally seen as attractive. It is more about your own self image than anything else. If you like what you see in the mirror, you will feel good about yourself, you will feel more attractive and that resonates when you interact with girls. It is basically inner game mostly. And it is also about maximizing your SMV. You get peace of mind knowing that your SMV is maximized and what is left is to improve your non SMV based value. Like your charisma for example or social status. If you feel like your SMV is not maximized, you will tend to blame your lack of results on it. But to be fair, stuff like abs and big chest are super super overated. What matters to women mostly is a wide frame which is mostly lats and shoulders. Also a thick neck and traps are also important. Arms, chest, abs are quite overated. Also people say that a nice butt is helpful but mine is not too big so cannot comment. But big thighs and calves are not very important either. You can easily develop those parts if you go to gym 2 times a week which amounts to around 3 or 4 hours a week. The idea to go to gym 6 times a week is bullshit.

My home country (I wont name it here, DM me if you want the name), was one of the few in Europe that sheltered Jews and had like 10 times more Jews before than after the war (11 times or so). Meanwhile the Hamas terrorists who are supposed to be torturing their hostages everyday seem to feed them well and barely touch them. I saw footage of the 4 that were rescued. Well fed, no bruises and seemed to be in overall good physical shape. No trauma either. Talk about who the real terrorists are. And before you call the Palestinian prisoners as terrorists, I saw some of the Hamas hostages were IDF personnel that were actually captured while in duty. So they are not innocent either if you want to use that logic. An IDF personnel is the Israeli version of a Hamas fighter.

When you consider a finger nail more worthy than 2 million civilians then ofc the IDF will seem noxious ethical. Most people have higher standards for what they consider ethical though.

Israel has made it clear they will not leave even if hostages are released. Bibi said it countless times. They want Hamas gone (whatever that means) so releasing hostages will not really help. The logical thing would be for Hamas to release all hostages and Israel to leave Gaza for good. But that will not happen. I think Israel wants to destroy Hamas more than to rescue the hostages. It would normally be the logical thing to do if Hamas could actually be defeated.

I am all for two states but if we had to pick just 1 then Israel is the one that has to go. The region was doing fine until they were established. I do not see any added value for the region by Israel existing there, therefore perhaps they can go somewhere else. Since you guys love the US so much maybe you should all go there. The footage from October 7th is being disclosed and shown only to some journalists, compared to the footage from Gaza which everyone can see.

If Israel did the 1 state solution and basically annexed the West Bank (it currently occupies it, just like Russia occupies Eastern Ukraine), would Palestinians living there have voting rights?
