I think i‘d prefer Scandinavia, Netherlands, Switzerland and some cities in France, Spain and even Italy, Vienna etc. But i haven’t really been to the UK have heard good things about Edinburgh and London though.

Because they say is good for gut issues like SIBO. Vitamins, supplements, parasites many things i‘ve tried.

I think i will try to make this yogurt soon-ish It’s with a specific bacteria strain. I actually did make yogurt like a decade ago but it never really helped. And i am very sensitive to certain probiotics. I made a thread a while ago about how some probiotic supplements cause depression/fatigue/inflammation for me.

Where have you lived in Europe?

A few but it’s hard to pin point Some gut issues, some inflammation arthritis auto immune issues, some mental issues, fatigue, some food sensitivities and so on.

Just as an experiment for health.

If i put a probiotic supplement into a glass of warm-ish milk or goat milk for let’s say 1-3 hours. Do the bacteria multiply?

I’ve never lived in the US so I wouldn’t know. From what i think life as a rich is great in the US. While in Europe it’s more social, better for poorer, more equal.
