Recently i‘ve often heard the term. Mostly because they say Russia etc. is going against it. Who set up the rules based order. Was it mostly the US, or US + western Europe, or the UN, was the Soviet Union heavily involved? Is it the rules based order that helped China develop their economy? What does it consist of. Dollar as a main currency?

I once saw a documentary about a family in Syria trying to flee and survive a long time ago. Don’t remember the name but it brought a tear to my eye i think in the end the died.

It was weird. I was laying on my bed, listening to a non duality talk, kind of contemplating the fear of death. And exactly in that moment my iphone randomly called a friend who passed about two years ago, the number isn’t active it said. It‘s weird because my phone has never randomly called anybody usually, i don’t remember it ever doing it. Just weird randomness.

I haven’t had a close friend commit suicide. I’d probably just binge watch non duality talks if it happened. "nobody has ever lived, nobody has ever died" Maybe your mind is trying to understand and make sense of the suicide, which is seemingly impossible. Sorry for your loss.

Yea also seemingly the idea of this has to drop away or that aspect has to heal or this part i want to keep is also part of the egoic structure. In the end there’s nobody who could really let go of anything or heal anything because there’s seemingly nobody already.

I wonder though. Because there seemingly are many things tied to this separate self and story. Like some childhood trauma, anxious attachment, maybe bpd etc whatever it’s just a story but i wonder how many of that may or may not drop away.
