Yea it’s basically impossible because there’s not really a you to see through it. I don’t know seemingly the self structure can soften or disintegrate. I remember you writing that parts of your self have vanished or softened too seemingly or something along those lines.

Yea i think that’s why i love this nondual nonsense so much because it really “shows” that all of this is just mostly a story, a narrative. I think pride in the country is low in many countries not just US. Also UK, France, Germany, Russia and so on. But yea in the US the recent „war“ on Gaza and the division with Trump probably made things worse for America.

Ego thinks it has to control because if it doesn’t the body or person will do crazy or bad stuff and get hurt or thrown out of society. That’s the constriction/contraction. But that’s already illusory.

Ego is the knower, it tries to know reality but it ultimately fails because it can’t really know itself. Ego is the user and abuser it tries to use parts or reality for its own gain, advantage but it fails because its illusory.
