So if you say unclutch, do you mean in a way let go of the bodily tension and thought of that desire etc.? He didn't explain it very well imo just said "sit with it, don't judge etc. and then unclutch from the desire" Or do you want to make a topic about this technique if it helped you so much?

In this interview he said he started looking at glasses of water fo hours and staring and paying attention to teachers at 4 yrs old, like no one else ever paid attention to them or something along those lines

Yea although it would be funny to create rituals and wear funny clothing and build temples just for fun and we'd all agree that this is just the superficial level and merely points to a deeper truth which can't really be deconstructed

In this self-actualization/truth-seeking etc. area What would be some principles which most of us could agree upon? Know thyself would be written on the temples entrances? Why lie? A grilled ribeye steak with just salt tastes great, i also enjoy burgers, chicken fish etc. with just salt and maybe some olive oil
