Ok thanks. Do you think getting triggered also has something to do with which stage you are. Like a lower stage is getting triggered more easily because they're defending an ideology or feel attacked. Or could stage yellow also be getting triggered the same and it has more to do with personality etc. than with an sp stage.

do other stages not do that or much less frequently?

Creating safe places from differrnt ideas, trigger warnings etc. Treats traumatised people like they are special protection areas that needs to be isolated from the scary world. But this doesnt prepare them to scary world. Their trust in their ability to to co operate with scary challenging world needs to be restored instead. Thats what I think anyway."

I know you don't want to deal with the cult stuff and whatever And if people already threaten suicide on the forum, what would happen in a retreat? but..... i think generally much more could be learned in the real thing than over the internet. it could be cool have Satsang and hire some cool nurses who plug the good stuff you know I know that the guy from the "here we are" podcast for example organised mushroom retreats in Jamaica
