This might actually cause some really big violent protests if made mandatory -

It will probably be like "Hi Sir, oh you want to get into that cinema, yesss pls we'd love to have you as a guest but you need a vaccination first" or "Hey Madam, you would like to board our plane and enjoy some time on the beach in Greece, lovely the weather is great there, but first you need to take the vaccine, thank youuuu" -

Western Europe. Sure i've been trying (minimally) to find a good naturopath. Because my doc couldn't really help me with those "ailments" I went to a healer woman once but i didn't really like her approach. But when i hear of a good one i'll try Maybe a lot of it is also mentally, i think i repressed a lot of feelings since i was a kid which might have caused the gut issues.
-
fatigue, sometimes white tongue, caries, blinking a lot (dry eyes?) some acne since a few yrs, very sensitive gut, not really diarrhea etc. but just feelings wise , easily feeling sick in the stomach especially if stressed etc. yea i'll see if he's willing to check sometime soonish do you think it's possible to tackle these issues with awareness, meditation, psychs, looking at repressed feelings, welcoming the shawdow etc.? or does there need to be things like medication or something along those lines?
-
Thanks man, appreciate it With fungal overgrowth do you mean mostly Candida? I've already looked into that years ago and do again from time to time. Are there any good medication or supplements for fungal overgrowth in your opinion or is it more about living the low carb life forever?

It seems like with this whole covid thing people are getting more unstable. Or is this just making the less stable people coming out of the woodwork? Is society in "the west" in general getting less stable? Do you think we'll enter a phase of real instability in the "west"? Propaganda from all kinds of places Social media, people getting fed by algorithms, living in their bubbles, anger, fear, confirmation bias etc. I see it in people sometimes who i thought were kind of stable. Deep fake could cause even a lot more instability in coming years. I'm not saying conspiracy theorists are wrong or right either.

@Michael569 Since you know a lot about health etc. i would also like to ask you about your thoughts on dandruff? Without creating a new topic. It comes and goes with me. Recently i've fasted and didn't (or almost) didn't have it but now it came back.
-
So since i've seen you talk about it in another topic too, can you tell me which class of anti depressant you're taking? Also are you planning to stay on it?
-
i mean a. and b. both well maybe it won't work for you, maybe you're too addicted etc. but many people do things without being aware of them, eating in front of the tv, or youtube and getting fatter and fatter and then asking themselves how it happened. screaming at somebody without seeing where the anger comes from etc. so when you're aware of it or try to be aware of it, you at least see how the desire builds in your body and then how the eating feels, maybe guilt etc. and then maybe you can let it go sometime i think that's the theory
-
b. but you have to very aware while doing it, not watching tv etc. being present, feeling all those feelings, feeling the food go into your stomach etc. not sure it works, but definitely worth a try

i think people usually get drawn to "spirituality" because they want to suffer less so generally people who are into spirituality might have even more anger/depression/repressed feelings/trauma etc. than people who aren't drawn to it. i know this yoga woman teacher for example, she's really not woke and easily triggered imo, it's actually quite funny -

If you have a preference for something etc. that's totally fine even if it's a strong preference If you feel you need something/someone to feel "whole" that's the ego that's how i understood it anyway -

I'm saying psychs have also been around for Millennia, maybe hundreds of thousand of yrs. Ever heard of the stoned ape theory? Not saying the theory's true btw. -
Also the EU will either get pulled apart by outside and inside forces like the US, Russia, China, Populism etc etc Or it will become more and more integrated with it's own army etc. and then become something like a "country"
-
When are you moving to the US? We don't want to keep you as a hostage in Europe
-
But populism, refugee-crises etc. are also kind of pulling us apart, so we'll see where it goes. While Europe was fighting and destroying itself before WW1 and until WW2. The US had a pretty stable environment/neighbours (obviously there was the civil war, mexico etc.) with access to the Atlantic and the Pacific ocean all this was central in making it a superpower.
-
generally there are many things the US could learn from Europe and vice versa
