  2. yea maybe they should have left some and list next to them some of the atrocities they've done. after ww2 many nazis actually went on and just became part of the german establishment, or of nasa, cia, kgb etc. so just destroying those statues and act like nothing happened while people like wernher von braun became a big shot at nasa is silly germans left part of the wall too

  5. i do think he's actually leftist (don't know that much about him, could be wrong) but the democrats are not left enough for him, they're hypocrites and trash (not saying the republicans are better) many people who voted for obama were disillusioned with him and went and voted for trump many people who wanted bernie were horrified how he got treated by hillary and the dnc and will probably never forgive them

  9. i've tried it in some ways it's not an antidote to social anxiety in anyway shape or form but it can give you some simple sexual confidence, like how long you can go, which positions you know, how many times and so on it also can become a bad habit
  10. yea i do often treat such things as experiments also my critical-ness might be a reason why it's not working for me since it may all be placebo and that only works if you believe in it but it's hard to be non-critical when you are i can lay the tarot cards for ya how much would you pay for that experiment?

  12. there are quite many people who offer it here it seems but i haven't tried it (yet) i'm also very critical of people who are taking money from desperate people for mental other health issues maybe too critical sometimes
  13. personally i only do it in really stressful situations or when i'm especially anxious and want short time relief, one round can be enough for that the cold showers aren't necessary for the breathing technique, i used to do the cold showers but stopped because of neck pain and chronic fatigue, drained my body too much often but many people looooove the cold showers
  14. Had a pretty stressful day and had to go talk to my boss about my other boss, stuff that i'm not agreeing with which easily could backfire. Went to the office to see if the boss is there to talk to him. Had really bad mood and started to get really anxious and almost hyperventilating, my mind just doing obsessive though loops (what it tends to do in stressful situations) Remembered the Wim hof breathing technique which i haven't done in a long time Did it and felt good. Went to the boss and the talk went smooth, really relaxed. So keep it in mind for interviews etc. if you're prone to anxiety.
  15. isn't that normal anyways though? when you get touched or almost touched in certain areas you get certain reactions. armpit noooo ticklish hehe, throat a bit uncomfortable don't strangle me, thighs yess now we're in the good area, whats' about to happen

  18. ^yea but for me it's just a short term solution not a long term did it one year multiple times a day when i went to a school which i found very stressful but i didn't get any long term benefits only short term relaxation for like 30 mins - 70 minutes

  20. unfortunately nobody can really tell you if this would help you or hurt you in the long run. it could go either way. it's not an absolutely great way to gain skills with a woman i'd say.

If everyday you could only listen to the same talk/video/guided meditation or read the same section of a book to get you into the "right" mindset for the day whatever might happen on that day just work, nothing, job interview, a difficult talk, a stressful situation, vacation which talk/video/meditation/ book section would you choose?
  23. it started to give me anxiety and took all my motivation so it had to go was very easy to quit for me too, from almost everyday to no thanks only sleeping became harder
