i'm not against meds but anti-psychotics+ssri+benzo seems like too much for just anxiety but i don't know your situation did they try just an ssri first and it wasn't enough? hope everything goes well

has anybody tried psilocybin without the shrooms? they often use that in studies i guess, how does it compare?

i think before you attempt suicide you should exhaust all other options that includes therapy, group therapy, medication, psychedelics, leaving your parents and living somewhere else, traveling to interesting countries, helping other people etc. etc.

i did try therapy, wasn't for me thus far. Just yesterday i was reading something about EMDR and that looks interesting and worth to try also rTMS looks interesting imo. Also i might have or might not have experimented with some psychedelics, but i might have always this fear on the come up. Or i might not thus far nothing bad might have happened though.

That's always my biggest fear with psychedelics. The fear of losing my shit and not coming back in a bad way. And i do have an anxiety disorder and when i don't sleep can get real paranoid (sometimes not at all though) Also my mother had a psychotic break when she was young, she thought that WW3 will break out, she saw signs everywhere and wanted to protect her friends and then she got put in a mental ward for a bit. I don't think hers was psychedelic induced though. But i'm in my mid 30s now and generally most schizophrenia is diagnosed in people in their 20s. Do other people have this fear and got over it somehow?

It "feels" to me as if you do a little bit of the Jehovas witness thing where you present your ideology every chance you get, if there's a little opening you present it. I think a lot of what you said doesn't really have much to do with the topic at hand. I mean it could have something to do with the topic if i worded the opening post differently but others understood the post better i guess. I easily close off if i feel people come at me with their ideologies etc. So that i'm not really feeling. But it's fine i read it, there are also some good things in there and i'm sure there's something to learn from that too. No hard feelings.

i mean i only listen to like 25% of the episodes anyway lately i listened to the journalists, authors and scientists, the alien stuff, some of the covid stuff, some of the comics, some artists i'll never listen to people like Jocko willinks, the army/marine guys, Tim pool, Shapiro, the CIA shills etc.. so those could be very right leaning but i'll never hear it anyway and also don't cares i think he'd totally have Cornell West, Pakman, Bernie etc. on again if they come.
