I've bought and tried like hundreds of supplements in my life for various issues. Fatigue, performance, sleep, inflammation, anxiety, gut stuff etc. but most of them unfortunately aren't great to put it in mild terms. Some are decent though.

with plastic surgery you have to take care i know this woman (don't know her well, friend of a friend) she had some kind of body dysmorphia or an extreme lack of self love. she started getting plastic surgery and wasn't quite happy. now she has these huge lips and it looks bad and a bit scary imo, it's sad. i wouldn't tell her it looks bad though because obviously she has a huge issue there. before all that she looked normal imo cute-ish

vitamin c and what? i'm not a miss, i'm a very manly purple tree. vitamin c can never be wrong imo, maybe even high doses for a while if you don't get enough sun maybe vitamin d3 maybe zinc if it doesn't cause you issues

I never really had the changed taste thing. luckily the cough doesn't hurt also not much phlegm but certainly annoying. Yea maybe we have the same cough Could be who knows, i think it's normal that a cough stays for a while, doesn't necessarily mean that it's still covid. What's up with the covid healing my ribcage pain, that's a bit weird?

nose job. or face lifting when older. i know a guy who lost weight and then cut the skin off. liposuction is something some guys do as well. i think you talked about your nose in a vid.

I guess one of the hopes could be that they inflict such severe losses on Russian troops that people in Russia then are beginning to stand up against Putin and maybe want someone else or another direction.

i don't think they have the right weaponry how can they match one of the strongest armies in the world (who is battle tested) they need lots of jets, drones etc. and even then they don't have nukes
