I mean yea i agree. I personally think many Westerners and especially Americans should be in jail for war crimes etc. But to then think Putin and Xi etc. are somehow better or not as bad is comical to me. And yea i‘d much rather live in a place with freedom of speech.

It’s interesting almost every video from France24 English that i watch has a lot of pro Russian anti western comments. And i just now watched a video from BBC about how Russia spends 9% gdp on defence and most European countries aren’t ready to defend themselves. And most comments are like „we can’t challenge Russia“ "we so weak“ „Russia is right“ To me it’s clear that Russia is specifically targeting these big French and British channels. Because i often wtch smaller channels who are anti Russian pro Ukraine like Kyle Kulinsky and they have almost no Russian troll comments. There are also many people on this message board who seem to watch Russian propaganda every day.

My guess is that is that people in the „spiritual“ or whatever community are quite very susceptible to Russian or anti westenr propaganda. We are also not immune of course to western or anti western propaganda. But what i find so cute about these Russian brainrots (similar with Maga etc) is that they are extremely critical of the western narrative. Yet extremely gullible for the Russian or anti western narrative. At least question everything if you‘re so „deep“ or whatever. It’s comical. Putin was kgb you‘re getting played useful idiots.

I know it’s not all trolls but many who are influenced by Russian propaganda. Even things like Brexit might have a lot to do with Russian anti western propaganda.

The US administration is pulling back fron NATO and Europe. Saying they will focus on their own country and the pacific/China. Probably also on Israel. I don’t mind the US leaving Europe. But to do in the middle of a war with Russia and basically betraying Ukraine and giving all those concessions and compliments to Putin is crazy.

Maybe watch less Ruski propaganda?

I think i‘d prefer Scandinavia, Netherlands, Switzerland and some cities in France, Spain and even Italy, Vienna etc. But i haven’t really been to the UK have heard good things about Edinburgh and London though.

I think i will try to make this yogurt soon-ish It’s with a specific bacteria strain. I actually did make yogurt like a decade ago but it never really helped. And i am very sensitive to certain probiotics. I made a thread a while ago about how some probiotic supplements cause depression/fatigue/inflammation for me.

A few but it’s hard to pin point Some gut issues, some inflammation arthritis auto immune issues, some mental issues, fatigue, some food sensitivities and so on.
