@iluminado and @jacoo congrats on your stories. They have inspired me to pick up the book and take on my social anxiety as well.
I'm wondering:
1) How severe your social anxieties were (if you can give some examples of before and after, that would be amazing)
2) What your day-to-day process looked like with Letting Go
3) Whether you've tried other methods before (CBT, EFT, etc.) and your thoughts on those.
I would say my social anxiety is pretty severe (trouble looking people in the eye, having conversations, projecting my voice, and even trouble writing/signing papers while others are watching).
Ultimately, I'd love to get to a place where the anxiety dissolves and just isn't something I need to think about when approaching certain situations.
