that's interesting, although moms are to be abandoned in my opinion. She either want you to get married, have kids, and serve the purpose of continuation of human race, or either she would want you to make life beautiful by being creative and finding solution to the problems of humanity.. you ideally can't do both.. Most moms are from first type, and it's ok to leave them..

@gettoefl that sounds lovely, yet do you really have a dictator-like person whom you can have an authentic or genuine connection with yet?

Sometimes they're out for anyone to see, sometimes they're not.. sometimes in between? Are we supposed to admire them? are we supposed to look at them or not? Are we supposed to ignore them? are we supposed to compliment them? Can somebody tell me the rules please?

@Michael569 Thank you for the nice explanation sir.. @blackchair Yes Iraq, where they tell you not to look at woman's bodies and not to make eye contact.. etc.. you're right

Those are good guidelines, Thank you. This part I don't understand, the context looks like related to the social movement at your side of the world.

To start and set the tone: Woman is the source of trouble, and woman is the keeper of traditional morality in male dominant societies. Women lack rationality in most cases, and I feel it's worth to investigate how they're causing their own misery through raising emotionally-dumb men, gearing them towards raw survival needs, which ultimately ending up with those men setting up hyper rational rules to ensure that society grows endlessly in and increasing numbers of people. Women (especially where I live) are so insecure when it comes to how to survive, therefore they shift some of that insecurity towards their offspring, especially males. And suddenly we end up with a highly rigid, and male-dominant society. Example 1: In the context of Islam, the relationship between Prophet Muhammad and his first wife, Khadija, holds significance. Despite being 15 years older than him, Khadija played a crucial role in supporting Muhammad's spiritual journey and helping him recognize his divine calling. Some accounts suggest that Khadija had an extraordinary intuition about Muhammad's future greatness, even before he was born. She provided guidance and encouragement throughout his life, ultimately influencing his belief in his prophethood. Example 2: Within Christianity, Mary played a pivotal role in the life of her son, Jesus. According to the story, she miraculously conceived him without a human father. Mary raised Jesus and became an important figure in Christian tradition, although her role extended beyond the central message of Christianity itself. Example 3: There have been reports highlighting the issue of female genital mutilation (FGM) in certain Muslim countries. It is worth noting that some women in these regions may unfortunately support and even celebrate this practice, despite its harmful effects. This complex situation warrants further exploration and understanding. Example 4: Drawing from my personal experience in a conservative society, I encountered resistance from my mother when I decided to pursue a romantic relationship without immediate marriage. It is interesting to note that my father did not oppose the idea. Eventually, my mother's concerns prevailed, and she refused to meet my then-girlfriend until the relationship came to an end.

I feel this is a good description for the things that's going on here. That's why I always say in my previous writings that Iraq is a pseudo-country. We have a fake constitution which states that people are free to think and speak, but in the same constitution written that the Quran should be considered a fundamental source of laws and legislation. So naturally people are religious and they're going to want to adopt the latter view.. It is but not totally and officially. The police is enforcing morality and anti-free speech sometimes without a warrant even. Then other times there are no trials, so you end up there in the dark for years, without a trial! Probably at least in Saudi Arabia things are done during the daylight and there are proper institutions for defending morality, here it's left for the poilce.. this is true here, but the way they didn't have to resort to this very often is by making sure there's no freedoms! You basically have no space to meet up with a boyfriend or GF. Everyone is in for this even government. This is also another good way to view the matter in hand.. I haven't delved into understanding how they dynamics of conservative societies work, but it's something like you've mentioned, however also you mentioned earlier about your grandma, that had she been educated, and in my mind, it's like the only way this can work and people stop this cycle if the wife was educated, but not any education, there needs to be actual western-style education, and on top of that is in a western country, because most of universities at under-developed countries can actually filter the cultural aspect that only exist in developed countries. Example of that, one university last year in iraq decided to cut all the trees, so that a guy and a girl wouldn't stand and talk or God forbid kiss under a tree haha ?.. that's an extreme case but just an example. No it's alright, I'll be happy to reply whenever I have time Iraq is a particular case. Also Syria as far as I understand, but iraq is a more special case because of the wealth of oil, but indeed it's the most fake country that I have ever been into. Like so fake, and by that I mean a house of card, example, we didn't struggle for independence of the country, it was just granted to us, and we went from first occupation (Ottmans) to second one (England) then the latter just granted the country independence, and brought a king from elsewhere. Unlike other surrounding countries, like Turkey, they had an empire for hundreds of years, therefore they could easily transition to a new and modern state system. On top of that, Iraq is a meeting point between Sunni and Shiite, largest Islam sects, and throw money and power in between, and you'll have a recepie for wars.. Also there are other minorities, Kurds have a presence here, and Christians, so it's easy to stir things up and spark a race for power and domination. Iraq is like a dying patient in an ICU, basically the modern Iraq was conquered in 2014 by ISIS, but the international community decided to resuscitate it once more. Now it's dying again, IMO there's going to be an economical collapse sometime in the near future, which then develops into a conflict. I want to argue that it's all originate from woman's fears that other women even are pushed into the mother role. Men would want to slack, have bears, play like apes and call it a day. who's driving daughters into growing up, getting married, and start having kids again? who's prepetuationg this cycle endlessly? -

I guess reputation is key in life too right? Basically you need to act "normal" according to society, hide your convictions and beliefs I was able to learn how to design websites back in the days, and I am surviving through that up until now.. Passport is limited, and of course it's something on my mind to get out of the country. The country goes into war and chaos at a rate of every 10-15 years for the past century at least, therefore it's about time that Iraq gets into a new wave of chaos and instability.. when and if that happens, I'll be on the first flight out .. -

@eos_nyxia Hello, sorry for not replying for your first contribution here. You've presented good points, and I was thinking what to write. They don't know and I am trying to ignore the comment and don't reply sometimes. Some of this is very true yes. I guess under Iraqi laws it's a crime to have a sexual encounter without marriage. And now Iraqi police and army are turning into morality police, even in the most liberal parts of Iraq, they will go after you if they knew that you and your girl living unmarried under the same roof. They will put you in jail for that matter. The society is structured in a way that you practically can't get married if without the support of people. for example, no sex before marriage. Nobody rents you a place to live if you're a single, unless it's a hotel room, but then you can't have your girl there, because people at the hotel are required to see proof of marriage, or else you're not allowed to stay at the same room with your girl. You think you can outsmart the morality system? but no.. If you're single man or woman, nobody rents you an apartment or a house to live at. You need to always be a part of a family, whether your own family, or you and your wife, the new family. So basically relationship without marriage are done in secret, and you can only have the freedom to talk to your lover on phone, meet in public places, and that's all. And few can still find places to mate, but if pregnancy happened by accident, then it's a huge problem. Basically people need to get married, or sometimes throwing the newel born baby in the trash! -

at least yes. everywhere, if your mom doesn't respect your choice and doesn't want to meet the person you loved, then you will be losing a bit of respect in the eyes of that person. -

FYI, I would've been married by now if I had little support from my family. My mom said that my now ex is a prostitute, refused to meet her. I had a fight with my parents, moved to another city, checked into a hotel ever since, and I broke up with GF just because in Iraq if it wasn't official engagement and marriage project, then romantic relationship is like a crime, and you can't even exist under one roof or in one room if you're not married. No one will rent you, and even when you check into a hotel, they ask for marriage certificate before giving you a room with your girl. -

that's true, and they end up perpetuating that through their male offspring! -

Also interestingly enough, when women of more developed societies "stage green" come together and create feminism movement, they go after males! as if males are the ones who are making these attitudes and nasty morality in place! Just stupid cycle of stupidity that humanity has got itself into.. -

I would like to thank anyone who brings/raise children to this world for their will to preserve the human race. See unless there's so many lies, manipulations around this topic, no one with enough sanity would want to have a new child of their own. Cuz there's so many fake promises in this regards, yet probably the underlying truth is that Children are there only to ensure the continuation of human race. Let alone your children are not yours, they are more a part of the society. You sell your children to society and pay money for their schools on top of that. Connecting that to my earlier opinion on woman, raising children can take so much time that a woman wouldn't find time and will to grow in character and become a better human being. A child takes so much time away from mother's life than the father's life. My mom is an example.. The thing is that people have limited capacity to invest in anything, and when they invest years of their life raising children, they expect this to pay off, therefore, it's unlikely that they will invest in building their characters. Be smart, don't have children! Learn that Human race is surviving beyond well. you can easily skip this chapter of your life. Kids won't even bring happiness to your life according to some studies:

@Danioover9000 Thank you for this history run down. Still trying to discern your personal opinion through the light of what you've written. -
@Danioover9000 Thank you for bringing my attention to this topic. I feel those terms are merely a scientific attempt to categorize limited range of human behaviors. in reality there's no such a think as psychopaths and sociopaths. As soon as you attempt to write books to describe something, you can make sure that it's completely made up. Also there are wide range of configuring human life experience and behavior. Must've been the case that somebody, one day started to find patterns, then put that out to public.. completely random..

I truly feel like animal in a zoo living here in Iraq. Life is just about nothing but eating, sleeping. It's a prison, and I don't get to become a part of anything meaningful or any endeavor. Progress where I live means just to paint a facade of normalcy and being in harmony with the rest of the world on top of everything, and bring concepts from left and right and apply it to the country. Life otherwise is about absolutely nothing else. And the only exception is when a religious day celebration comes, or a secular one like new year. Other than that people are just eating, working sleeping, and making babies. The undemocratic regimes makes me feel that I am living in the 15th century, where you can't say anything or else you might be dragged to jail and stay there indefinitely without a trial just like hundreds of cases I've heard about. To anyone believes in progress in the third world countries, people like CNN, you're just being delusional, and cherry-picking evidence. In my mind, no real progress can start without taking in consideration personal rights of expression and free speech, otherwise it will always be about a bunch of idiots who are taking a country into a direction they like. They can make a facade of a nation that's surviving, but that's all. No real progress, and everything can come back down at any moment and descend into chaos and genocide. The USA is still sponsoring a regime in Iraq that's corrupt and no real progress can be felt when it comes to forge a one, united Iraqi nation. Things wouldn't work through trying to force a system or copy a system. But anyways, people won't be able to understand unless the show comes down again.

There're consequences and punishment if you do the wrong move or venture to the wrong territories. Here I can't say there's trash on the street, and even when writing those lines, I feel somebody's going to come after me.. probably I need to use VPN from now on.. You can get stopped by secret police, who can drag you into a secret prison at any time and now one will know anything about where you are. no trials. In prison you're allowed to eat, take a shit, sleep, and breath.. and you can get books if you're lucky.. right? I am OK more or less, yet I am compensating a lot for people who are dogmatic. you can't achieve anything, not even make money unless you're totally corrupt and don'c give a fuck about anything else. Whenever I open CNN I see programs about Africa, and sustainability, and technology changing life there. This is all crap in my opinion. There's a certain quality. When you don't have a share in inventing something new, certainly you won't be able to integrate it in your life. I am not educated enough with those terms, but hey, some nations are better to just disappear. We know that those borders are not going to last forever. Why do you want Iraq to be stable and united anyways? I am afraid I don't understand, yet nation building is a mirage.. if a nation can't have the will to build itself, no ammount of support can change that. -
this is a good topic to discuss. probably people who have spiritual abilities are a minority group yes.. the secret though is to try to lead some sort of a double life, but then make it a goal of your life to get somewhere where you might be better understood, or even start a circle of your own.

So sorry to waht happened there. Big disaster I a only wondering what was the time between the derailment of the first one and when it was hit by the second one?
