Eternal Unity replied to Flim's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I experienced this sort of feeling 5 years ago, I thought it was secretion from the pineal gland. I was highly sensitive that day, I remember. Not practicing meditation then yet but i was in deep conversation through a chat room talking about spirituality and philosophy. -

It is experienced in stages and it varies for each individual. Personally, I had a Near Death Experience when i was 22. Many things were revealed to me and some of which I still integrate, almost 11 years later. Basically, that there is, indeed, nothing to be afraid of. Life goes on. It is my choice whether to continue or to go back. When a person chooses to move on he is cradled by love, spirit guides, angels, relatives who's gone before and other beings who have a close connection to the deceased. All is done with the utmost compassion and a feeling of utter peace surrounds the early afterlife environment. -
I am learning Latin through dictionaries and translated works. It is a slow process. My intention is to translate written works by myself. The tool of google translate is simple but quite effective one. I also interested in learning Greek. I intend to take a course in university sometime in the future. It'll signify the beginning at least. Greg

Supplemental to Action. Hello again friends, Let me begin by saying that I have not naturally been an action oriented person. Not in this life, anyway. I used to have all kinds of judgments of myself. I used to believe that I was lazy. A procrastinator. That I just didn’t like to get things done. That I was better at starting things than finishing them. What I am trying to share with you here, is that I am not naturally one of life’s great doers. Perhaps I am more naturally a thinker. Certainly I am a great dreamer, which is not something that is generally well rewarded here on earth. So it is from this context that I share with you that I have remembered, in this life, the profound value of action. Both from a practical perspective and from a spiritual perspective. I know a lot of people that seem to believe that action is secondary. Or even unnecessary. There are people that say you can change your life by thoughts alone. I see these people sitting around talking about abundance and success. I see them very earnestly meditating upon the bountiful things they wish for themselves and others. And I see, a year later, five years later, ten years later, they are still where they were. Still waiting on the amazing stuff that has happened in their minds and in their dreams but apparently just don’t seem to want to manifest it their lives. And believe me, I am not judging them. Until relatively recently, I was one of them. Because I understood how important intention setting was. And I understood that thoughts are energy. And I knew the great importance of good attitudes like positivity and gratitude. I had simply fallen into the false belief that these things were the WHOLE enchilada. But they are not. They are the strong foundation upon which successful reality creation is built. But a foundation is not a building. It is a foundation. And if all you have is the foundation and then you stop building, well, then you might as well not have built the foundation at all. So to begin with I recommend for you to take action. That action is your investment in your desired outcome. It is your sign to yourself and therefore to your Inner Self, The Universe and The Oneness that you are committed to this. And commitment is what transforms a promise into reality. It is what makes a dream full with potentiality. What you put out is what you get back. I am sure you know this to be true. Action speaks louder than words, they say. And words speak louder than thoughts. Examine your own experience: If you were at the office and your boss tasked you with something and you didn’t move, but said, “Yeah, sure. I’ll sit here and intend and visualize this thing happening for you for the rest of the day, okay?” How long do you think you’d remain employed? You see, “intending” is what comes before action. That is why it is powerful. It is how you prepare to actually MAKE IT HAPPEN. But if your plan is really just to think about making it happen and then not actually make it happen then you are just deceiving yourself. You are not intending, you are just fantasizing. Imagining. Dreaming. And these are the things we do when we want to play with alternate experiences that do not actually manifest in this reality. At the mastery level, a master can entertain an idea, only, she can immediately manifest this reality into live experience. If you truly did intend to do as the boss asked you might say something like, “Yes, sure! Give me 5 minutes to plan how I am going to do it and then I’ll get it done!” And then, when you have your plan in place - you get it done. THAT’S intending. Not fantasizing. And that’s what works in every aspect of life. So why should it be any different for our spiritual life? If there is no action, no doing involved then you are not invested in this creation. You are not giving your own personal energy to it. And if you are not doing that then there is nothing for the universe to work with. Nothing to amplify. Nothing to add to and nothing to assist. That’s the theory. But it’s also my personal experience. And it is also something that some people argue with me over. When I tell people about this, I sometimes get told that I am wrong. That thoughts alone are enough. But I notice that I am told this by the same people who complain that life is treating them unfairly and that their manifestation efforts aren’t working. I WAS one of those people. And that was my struggle. But since I have begun to practice the law of action, my life is utterly changed and my intentions have begun to manifest in beautiful abundance. So, it’s blatantly clear to me that action is a major component of DOING WHAT WORKS. The next thing I’d like to say about action is this: It IS, from my perspective, how you build upon the foundation of acceptance and intention. If you just act, without first laying that foundation, then you might as well also not act. Without that foundation, the building will just collapse. I am telling you what works for me. And it is not just action but action taken mindfully and in perfect entwinement with a clearly set intention all the while remaining in a state of loving acceptance of myself and life. THAT is what works for me. And I cannot recommend this way of being highly enough. My new intention is that "It is my intention to find the way of giving my gift, as fearlessly as possible, to every expression of life." So the specific actions that I am taking in support of that intention come to me from my heart. I hold that intention and my heart tells me what to do. So that is what life for me now. Those expressions are my actions that I'm doing to put my energy out into the universe. And yes, this very supplemental is another such an action. And when I have taken these steps, I know that by listening to my heart, I will be told what the next step is. I am not asked to rush these steps. I am asked to take them at a good, measured but steady pace. As the information arrives for me, and is ready to pass through my mind, so I am asked to write it down and make it available to you. And, friends, it’s only been a few weeks but already, after taking these steps, I can tell you there is a qualitative difference in my life. There is a lightness, a freedom and a feeling of abundance within my heart. And it is being reflected back to me by life. There is suddenly an upswing of interest in what I am doing. Why am I telling you this? Because it means something. You see, the world around you is a reflection of you. Or rather, it is a reflection of your embodiment of truth. And in taking a step in the direction of your intention you take concrete action to bring your intention to fruition. You change your beliefs about yourself and about life. And life reflects that back to you. So as I begin to give my gift abundantly and fearlessly, so life gifts back to me, abundantly and fearlessly. That’s, again, the theory. And it is with joy that I can report that this is also my experience. Thank you for reading ?? Greg

I believe that is not the only way. You can know while in the body. The full realization of truth. All knowledge is open to you then, including after death experiences. -

There's mastery of the craft as a professional and there is Mastery. As in Mastery of Life. Becoming Godlike at everything you do. Attainment of the highest realizations, full embodiment of infinite consciousness and demonstration of it every minute of every day. Good question! Some confuse this. -

Out of those: The Experience of Consciousness/Universal Mind. Right, because it is unending and eternity of joy when the suffering is integrated as an illusion. I had some mystical experiences into the nature of love, wisdom and time. They helped me, along with inner consciousness work, to have a stable and peaceful life. The contemplation of death is also important but only raises more questions, in my opinion - which is good, but I like knowing better than not knowing Greg -
Emotions are E + Motion. Energy in motion. A flow of consciousness. When training the quality of your consciousness you gain a certain degree of control over your emotions and can use the tool of experience to match feeling with external events and circumstances. When just beginning the path, it can seem like it is just reactions but in reality ALL is choice. It's a matter of inner connectedness to the spiritual transformation. The resultant is To Go Meta on reactive response and automatically choose the emotion which leads you to awakening in a more serene way.

?? Yes, it would be fair to say that since all is happening NOW. The experience definitely could be simultaneous.

The Law of One material is an abundant source that helped me on my journey. -
The purpose of life is to embody that which you ARE. An eternal, immortal creator being. Once there, you reflect the truth to anyone and anything you come in contact with. Beauty and Self Love included. In your journey to that realization it is recommended to act, indeed, in a holistic way. It expedites the process. You, of course, under no OBLIGATION to act that way. You can choose to act minimalist in some aspects of lifestyle and in some more holistically. Reality will present that which brings you to Realization of Self fastest, first. Be attuned to the universe and there is no doubt you'll succeed. You can reflect partially that which you already know and experienced and in doing so you DO embody The Self. The question is to which degree.

The goal of meditation is for you to be tranquil during all times. if you get bored, try to do other things you like. Try walks in nature or listening to calm world music or for that matter guided meditations. There are hours' worth online. Don't get so caught up in thought, either - the second you feel you are slipping into a stream of negative thought, decide NO! I am not entertaining my mind in that direction and let go. The Dark Night of the Soul can hit once or multiple times on the spiritual path. Let it happen. It is a process in which your spirit is forging resilience. Makes you ready for further understandings and higher consciousness attainments. Greg -

Eternal Unity replied to Terell Kirby's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Terell Kirby Yes. All is One. All is You. It is actually, in my opinion, an advanced understanding of reality and a clear sign you are walking The Path. -
@cjoseph90 An urge is a sign from the body. Whether to satisfy an urge or transcend it, is a choice I make at the moment it appears. If I want to transcend it, I breathe deeply and let it flush my system, so to speak, until it passes. I notice my thoughts and say: "huh, interesting". The aftermath experience is proportional to my amount of transcendence. If it was hard, the experience is blissful. If I didn't put that much energy, the experience is more subtle. My journey is progressing on all levels and on multiple dimensions of my being. Up's and down's like everybody but taming the ox I am from Herzliya, Israel. Greg

@Terell Kirby Everything you learn here is carried beyond this life. Which is not a beyond at all, as there is nothing but life. You never die, you simply change form. You don't even have to do THAT if you so choose. There is never a moment in which you are at no choice. That includes the ending of your physical existence. When it is time to cross over to the other side it is COMPLETELY your choice to do so at the time it takes place. All the accumulated knowledge you have gathered is integrated with your Soul Essence, from there you CHOOSE to incarnate again and CHOOSE to forget it all at the conceptual and experiential level so you'll start blank. What remains is the imprint on your soul. So you do progress, only by a different path, lifetime after lifetime until you, at some incarnation, realize your eternal nature with multipule deep mystical experiences, wrapped in recontextualization of Self. This is your final incarnation. You ascend to the light of your being, all the while with a physical body. Now, you are presented a choice AGAIN: to stay incarnated in order to guide others to Ascension, Divine Realization and Awakening or to switch to non physical (by this time, you'll know how to do it) and continue to other wondrous experiences.
