  1. @shouldnt Truth. Very well said. I'd like to add that, the more you eat things like legumes, fruits and vegetables, the more your body starts craving them and the less you eat processed or/and sugary things/dairy the easier it gets to let go of them. The beginning is always most challenging, but if we make an effort to listen to what the body says and how it reacts, we can find our answers there.
  2. If I may put it simply, it'll put you in a much better position for taking full responsibility in your life, and when this happens, you can accept and see that reality is always fine just the way it is. This is a huge freedom to give yourself, and why wouldn't you? You'd think that this would make you lazy and make living life pointless, but it's actually a step needed to tap into the rawest source of motivation and inspiration you can have, because now, there's no strings attached. What would you do if you were all alone in a super cool and fun trampoline room?
  3. Great tread Mine would be, for which ones I most am working on now/need work on more: -Mindfulness -Motivation -Expression -Acceptance -Vulnerability -Assertiveness -Transparency -Calmness -Self-love -Mental clarity
  4. Sometimes it takes getting really frustrated and stuck in a pattern to make the next break through. Thinking a lot and raising your overall awareness is amazing, but taking action is just as important. If you're not happy and satisfied where you're at, it suggests that it's time to do something differently.
  5. Hello, I know this can be a touchy thing, but ultimately it's what it is. Eventually you'll have to just be okay with doing your thing yourself and leading as an example. Those who are interested in your path will start showing interest, then you can try and advice them, but you can't do much for people who don't know better than to stay stuck in their current thoughts, beliefs and ideals. Remember that people are mirrors. What disturbs you in your family members has to do with your own feelings and thoughts about what they do rather than the thing they do itself. Since the unknown is often scary, your family is naturally resisting your new direction, but just like them, you are resisting your family's resistance to your new direction. You'll find the people you're supposed to meet, you can learn from everyone and every thing that crosses ways with you. When you change, your life changes, the things around you change. That's what it means to evolve.
  6. Ah, you misunderstand. We all have 4 functions and depending on which of the 8 they are, and the order of them, you can find out your own personality type (example - INTP, ESFJ). Thttp://personalityjunkie.com/functional-stack-type-dynamics-theory/
  7. @An actualizer So, you found yours? Which type are you, then?
  8. Like the people before me, I usually feel the third eye pressure mostly while meditating. I've also had spontaneous "borders dissolving" / "tripping" experiences where after being aligned with (so essentially, living it and feeling it) all the heavy impact nature is going through every given moment, I started having an excruciating pain horizontally (from ear to ear) right across the middle of my skull. I believe this was a physical experience of the crown chakra energy.
  9. Not one myself, but dating an INFJ. Very unusual, but inspiring. I love their ability to scan for authenticity and intentions in people. I can relate to/understand/empathise with a bunch of the difficult challenges that come with being INFJ in this world, but I think you guys potentials and gifts are so uniquely wonderful and admirable. There are definitely people out there who are interested in your best interest even if it's sometimes hard to streer the focus off of the deeply painful and inconvenient realities. Sending love
  10. While also one heck of a responsibility and life-changing desicion, I believe that having children is possibly a wonderful aid in discovering hidden parts and needed functions within yourself, because they will most definitely soak up everything you do and say and mirror it right back. It can be a great opportunity to learn how to be a proper role model and grow in unexpected ways, if that's the path you want to go some day.
  11. @An actualizer I know what you mean! Isn't that cool though? Being someone so passionate about these topics, sure it can be overwhelming for the ego, but the fact that there's always so much more to discover is very satisfying to my curiosity and drive to actualize and build a dream life ! Especially because sometimes you can get stuck in certain areas and then, one day, out of nowhere, a new thing pops up and points you to the next important, required direction!
  12. I'd be very interested in hearing your thoughts about the personality types topic when you find yours
  13. I'm EXTREMELY familiar with this problem. What helped me understand this phenomena and how to go about slowly "fixing" and improving it was to find out about my personality type and its inferior function in relation to its dominant function. Some people are just naturally much more inclined to think things well through in their head rather than outwardly, just like some people are much more inclined to express things outwardly, but have a hard time doing independent thinking/feeling/etc. It's however possible (and recommended) to practice and work on finding ways to include the inferior function in every day life so that you may start becoming more aware of that part of you and thus be better able to consciously make use of it when needed. http://personalityjunkie.com/functions-ni-ti-fi-si-ne-te-fe-se/
  14. INFP . @Neuroticon Thank you for that link very educational and fascinating! Also painfully accurate Surely worth taking a deeper look into. I love studying these personality things together with astrology in the form of the personal natal chart. Helps make sense out of a huge arrangement of patterns, habits and tendencies in daily life. Like Leo once made the point : "We are all interested in our own best interest anyway so why not study the shit out of that self." Agreed and glad to share so many interesting topics with interesting people on here
  15. Freelancer artist here, in an active search for my life purpose. Something to do with/mix together spirituality and art will surely emerge
