See when you watch videos of gurus or actualized talking about consciousness and everything it stems from the ability to be in touch with enlightenment. Every bit of your experience of life comes from within, gurus/others has realised how to create ecstasy, blissfullness... It is not something you can learn rather it is just an awakening to something really obvious and easy that very few have mastered. It is only hard because, yeah you should know that. So then you might ask, why do anything then? Why not just sit blissful by yourself forever. You could do that. Or you can involve yourself in the world. Any involvement in the world, if it is brushing your teeth or something more impactful is what life purpose is about. If you had awakened or only were life sensitive which will take a lot of time for you based on your kind of mindset you have right now, then it is quite simple. This means if you see someone suffering and you can do something about it, your whole being will do all it can to do just that, effortlessly if you have worked upon your mind. Doesn't it take a lot of action in your mind not to do what is needed around you? See if you can become aware of that. So I would suggest you look at the world, not in a textbook but out there, you don't think a single though about what you want to do or what seems needed etc, you don't try to look at the world, you just look, you don't try to do anything in your mind. You also don't try not to do anything, you just let consciousness do its thing . if you manage to do this correctly (which you won't) you will realise. Though your life purpose will probably not be a specific job, the career will be based on where you feel like you can use the most out of your full potential. This is thought really complicated when you don't know the basis of life and in how extravagant ways it can express itself if done correctly. This is why you need to learn about life. I am trying to confuse you, because how could you get things which is not yet in your experience. And that's why you will have silly ideas about what I am writing about lt, about your life purpose... I would hold off with life purpose untill awakening. If you are in a hurry, you pick a career where there is enough freedom so that it will be an conducive atmosphere for your potential future lifestyle. Gurus don't do things because things give pleasure to them, because it cannot compare to the ecstasy they can create for themselves. Gurus often give their lives to the people, it is very beautiful. You are happy, you see a sad man in front of you, you want to also make him same happy even if that means you won't be in ecstasy anymore to do that. When he is same happy then the world is done and you can leave this place which we call life. Now that is the kind of life purpose gurus have, they serve the people untill the last moments, never was the goal fulfilled, but they did their best. They didn't think to themselves I will do what is needed or I will serve the world to my best capability. They just went out in the world and naturally there was things that their life was going into. If you find a way for survival- to make money, while being able to let consciousness do its thing like a guru, then that would be good for you. Still any workplace will limit you in some way, so choose a place of future accordingly. Personally I who have awakened am saving money to take some years letting my consciousness choose a lifestyle. Whether that will sustain me economically or if I'll have to get a job I don't know. Sadhguru is a good guru, learn about buddha, chakras, shiva etc and maybe you will get a lot lf insight for your future choices that you have in front of you right now.

I am 17 years of age, and I don't want to stay in school. I don't have any way for an income. Taking care of pets might give me some money to live on. The amount of suffering following the school system is too much, it's not worth it. I will probably give up my good grades, my family will become my "enemies" and it will be a little difficult. I've spend a couple hundreds of hours on phycology and spirituality. In the last 5 years. I am ready to let go of suffering, I've explored to meager ways of living for a very long time now. I am at the last stage of fitting in to society. I don't need anything, I dont need anyone, as long as my body lives I have confidence in my ecstasy. I won't explain the unexplainable to those who haven't experienced it. It is a good idea for survival and one day reaching enlightenment to become homeless, right?

@SirVladimir Don't expect too much, hahahaha. Art isn't my prime. And weight/price/scraps is what it's being built on. Also my hip is injured so I don't get much/or any time to work on it everyday. And 2 hours seems to pass in a minute, I am very focused and its unbelievable how incredibly fast time moves when I'm out there working. Doesn't matter which kind of task I do time has never moved this fast in my life for what my memory is telling me. It's quite interesting now when I think about it.

I have moved past that point, I don't want to get enlightened yet. To have awakened to it is enough. So I am not holding on/being attached or overvalueing ecstasy/pleasure anymore. I don't remember feeling fear in my last posts, because I am just looking for solutions. What is fear? Certainly I am/have been holding myself back, is that the fear you are referring to? Limiting my possibility or my full potential or what you would like to call it. If I want to continue school I need to live with limited consciousness doing only what is appropriate/needed there. I was/am just looking for different ways to move forward. I will not be homeless but rather live in a van. I also won't get money from the social support. I am studying half my time at a school and there is a lot that I can do here for these people. Whatever I choose to do I need to stay in school atleeast for a couple of months/half a year longer so that I will be 18 and have a driving licence + my van built. Then I will take the summer to do what consciousness chooses, will I spend the summer blissful by myself or involving myself more in the world, we will see. If I'll quit school before summer or bear with 1,5 more year we'll see. I don't live too much in the past or future so this is the only time in weeks I've thought about all of this that I am writing right now. I want to escape from not doing what I truly want to do, What I truly want is a conducive atmosphere for the kind of lifestyle that works the best for me and the life around me.

If someone had awakened and is now living boundlessly such as a Buddha. Without working for money but living for people and the world, would his survival be taken care of within little time? What if he didn't involve himself with people, but mostly observed and explored the world. What about survival then, would it somehow be taken care of?

@Breakingthewall I will do it my way? It just may happen one of you write something that happens alters my way, and that would be beautiful. I am 17 years old, can't get a drivers license yet. So I will (maybe) wait half a year more before leaving school, but then I would only have one year left to finish. In school I only do what I need to do then I meditate every chance I get, though I don't touch the seventh chakra, I can't surrender myself to "love" if I need to do things like sitting quiet doing schoolwork. I will ask the teachers to have a place for me to meditate without bringing attention to myself. If I finish school I could work with young children and make a lot of money in a year which would let me quit and live my highest potential for quite a while. I am not going to finish though, it's too long, too much limiting myself. By the chance of zero there is actually a classmate in my class that sais she has awakened or opened her third eye. She has little attendance, fools around during lessons and limits herself to a minimum while barely getting a passing grade. If I don't limit my seventh chakra or enlightened state I wouldn't be here so I can't really do that as of right now. I only sit in stillness all the time. When I get home I work on my van. -

Let me tell you my story and the reason for me even being on this forum. Two months ago I "accidentally" activated my seventh chakra, didn't know anything about chakras at that time. Was just experimenting with life, and energy and such. Then my world flipped around. I had some confusion about what to do with life when I realised you can't be in these states doing certain activity, couldn't do school in such a state. So I went out of it. Then I for the first time consciously accessed the 6 other main chakras. The third eye took some more focus than the others, I think I stopped thinking anything when I had the third eye on. I just read this about the seventh chakra. https://isha.sadhguru.org/global/en/wisdom/article/sahasrar-chakra-inebriation-ecstasy But I don't want to achieve enlightenment to death right now so immersing myself that dimension is for another time. Still I think following the will of consciousness I will do? As we all talked about. What do you recommend me to do? I will anyways find the answer for myself, I just want to hear if there is some good insight as I don't have much knowledge around enlightened people, sages, gurus or whatever. I go to school right now, have about 2500$ to last about a year in a homebuilt van that I am building atm. That's why I asked the question on this thread. Before I let myself free I am going to finish that. I could try to secure some kind of part time job, or volunteer a lot, or let go of survival and hope that my involvement with people brings enough value to get food in return, or stealing actually fresh food from dumpsters (stores aren't allowed to give out food that has expired however fresh), or trying to get support from family if I can...... Do you have any good idea? -
Leo Nordin replied to Leo Nordin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
What @Moksha and @Breakingthewallsaid about letting consciousness or your being or love or what you want to call it, do its thing, then would ones survival be taken care of somehow? As someone stated, how can you be so enlightened when you need to work? Is it necessary to interfere with the action of your consciousness on a day to day basis? Because then it would just be an endless loop of being boundless then not boundless then boundless then not boundless... -

Lol that's not what I meant and you should know it. -
After awakening you learn to experience life to the fullest at will. But is there a simple word for it, LOVE won't do because it is a currupted word and shouldn't be told to the masses as the ultimate thing. We can call it being yourself, being boundless, experiencing life to the fullest, surrendering to your highest self, letting go of ego, love, being ecstatic by nature, being your full potential... With "being yourself" I mean the same thing as people achieve through kundalini yoga. Where the source of creation utilises your energies and your experience of life to its full potential. You become boundless, time moves fast, perception - the experience of life is ever changing, energy is at its peak etc. I can't explain this in a good way, I hope some of you have awakened and get what I talk about. Gurus and spiritual people seem to have all these different ways of explaining this. And now my question is, is one of my examples the general explanation of this "being yourself"? Also how would you explain it?

@fridjonk I mean more stages or names within the non-dual. I found this picture on integral theory and I am interested in if there are any told stages at unitive. As you go through life in the unitive stage like Buddha or Krishna there is a progression from an outsiders perspective. I am looking for names or stages such as sage, guru, awakened, enlightened. I don't know any more. -

Yes...? When I let myself live in the present moment I do it completely. It's easy to be 10% present, hard to be 80% present, it's easy to be 95%+ present. It's hard to switch back when you are fully present. Fully present me doesn't care so much about the future. I haven't really come to terms with all of this yet. It's an interesting idea to choose to be fully present for the rest of my life from this day. Present me wouldn't regret the past or think about the future because there is only now. Edit: I read your documentation on this forum, living in the present moment I mean the same thing you are trying to live, boundless love. -

When my life situations are taken care of... Some things I can't speed up, when I soon have a van to live in I might quit school, I have a year of savings. -

The meaning is always in the head of the perciever. The goal is only to explain the shadow of the real thing as to guide or help those on the journey of life. Love works fine, such as every other explanation. It's just that there doesn't seem to be one explanation that is mainly used. And for us that have awakened there are grades of how deep you are loving and being, are there words or names for those at a certain point of being? There seems to be in the yogic culture/history but I don't know of them as of yet. These names might also have a hard time reaching the people of Europe or America. -
Leo Nordin replied to Leo Nordin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is not how I would explain it to someone. Also enlightenment I've only heard is not creating anything, no perception of the world, no time, just simply being. That is not what I meant with being yourself, being youself to the deepest level then you are not being yourself anymore because there is no perception, you are nothing. Being yourself in my terms meant a specific way of being the creator, creating what your highest self or your desires seeks. Yet another word to point at the same thing, desire. I get hung up on it because I have very limited knowledge on spirituality or rather the spirituality language, what means what and how to conduct sentences in a way that readers dont misinterpret is mostly what I pick up from this forum. That is why I want to widen my horizon, this is for me to learn language. Also I don't believe ln God, I know what you mean because I have watched actualized. But I don't want to see this word used if there isn't an explanation to come wlth it. So that everyone gets it. -

Just to clarify, I am talking about creation, if we divide creation in love and ego. I talk about the creation of love which is boundless in nature. Also in this boundless creation the deeper you go the closer you get to enlightenment it seems by my own experience. This is one way of explaining this, but what is this really called? This experience, what do you call it, how do you explain it to different people, which are the words that suits this experience?... You are not completely one with the universe so you have not died by becoming completely enlightened yet. Many yogis have left their bodies this way I have heard, but I don't know what to call this experience or way of living before enlightenment. -
I have decided to leave school, build a van and live van life/homeless for reasons. (discussed in other threads) Here are to be listed entrepreneur ideas / ways of making money as an uneducated 17 year old, or someone living van life. Examples are: Door to door business "specify", Ebay / china / craigslist buying and selling "specify products", taking care of pets / dog walks "how to" ETC... Part time jobs and how to apply for them also. 17 year olds can't use credit cards and get work the same way as 18 year olds. But any ideas are wanted. Thank you!

Waiting for the right time to let my energies run free. Perhaps it is not a deception but it is creating unpleasantness within my experience of life instead of pleasantness. (ego vs love). I detected it after awakening or self realisation. If I were to stop creating suffering then my surroundings would halt my preperations to change my lifestyle which would allow for a powerful way of living. Writing here is suffering for me. I wouldn't do it if I wasn't stuck in where I am right now in my life. -

You just do whatever your being wants to do (love) untill it itself leaves the body? If you do this there will certainly be tears of life. I lost touch with just being what my being wanted to be and and I have finally become in touch with it again. The amount of power and satisfaction is amazing. You don't try to to anything, you don't try to do nothing either. Life does what life does. When good feelings come experience them fully but do not cling ot try to create them. Just let everything that wants to be, be. The highest experience will anyways come. -
Leo Nordin replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Breakingthewall You do you and I do me. Here is my story: When I had worked upon my fears etc and when I kept some attention to my body to keep it at ease. Then the way I awakened was pretty funny. I lied down as I always do when meditating. And focused all my attention on all the desires I had and to experience them, so mind created a little fantasy I laughed and continued to focus on laughter/ecstasy... Getting deeper and deeper into being. Deep enough that there wasn't enough awareness to remember the experience at the deeper levels. The only thing I was creating was this ecstasy, normally mind and body would create lots of unsatisfactory things such as thought. Now weeks later being sick there was not the energy for me to create ecstasy or attention on the body. Following the same procedure as before to reach highest ecstasy instead I reached only being. No thoughts, no emotion, no body just being, it was nothingness. What James wrote that nothingness is lonely now comes into play. Because if u start from nothingness you choose what you will create. This can be called unconditional love, because you in being is nothing so you don't gain anything, it's just a love to explore and create life. This at this point will be your choice, the desire of your being should tell you what u want. Did this help in any way? -
Leo Nordin replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Breakingthewall It was a question to you. What's your reason of desire to go deeper into truth than you already have. Just do what James123 said, lol. I just wanted to see if I was missing something because I don't have desire for being, that is why I am not being right now isn't it? Same goes for you doesn't it. -
