  1. I've been on nofap hard mode for 1 year , my life has improved a lot , I'd like to know why Leo never mentioned this topic in his videos and talked about the benefits of abstaining from sex / sexual thoughts. the benefits i experienced on 1 year of nofap : mental clarity , more energy , more happiness , i stopped treating women as sexual objects, I'm less nervous around people and especially hot women , I'm not a slave to my sexual desires any more.
  2. after watching a lot of Leo's videos I came to the conclusion that becoming a monk is the only way to be happy and fulfilled in life, I feel like my passions are just the creation of my ego and I see no reason to make a career at all, why not seeking peace of mind and living in the moment if it's the only way of happiness
  3. I have no career, no purpose, addicted to a lot of stuff, etc. I'm still an 18 years old kid, should I focus on spirituality or delay it for later, or it is possible to do both.
  4. 1) does the mind/body exists? 2) does the mind gets enlightened? 3) what is Consciousness? 4) is the mind conscious and what do we mean by "the human mind Is conscious in general "?
  5. @VincentArogya my ego got kicked in his face hearing these new concepts I'm kinda lost, btw what are your motivation living a normal life why not dedicating your full time and energy in spirituality, like becoming a monk or a yogi,
  6. @The0Self does the physical word exists within consciousness, which means that everything is made of consciousness, which means that the only thing that exists is consciousness?
  7. for example, can a piece of marble become aware of its nature?
  8. do you mean exists but not real? so we need a brain to get enlightened, a healthy functioning brain? if not can a rock gets enlightened what's the relation between the brain and enlightenment, how exactly with a physical brain enlightenment happens
  9. it's like saying to a drug-addict to relapse some times so you add an extra challenge to your journey, so instead of recovering in one 1 year it's gonna take 5 or never
  10. @Darodos if I'm gonna live a normal human life it's easier to be distracted from my true nature, For example: if I'm working/studying I can't keep this idea in mind that I'm not the body / the mind even if I know it deep down.
  11. if a cocaine addict goes 10 days no cocaine he'll think that quitting cocaine is not the right thing, he'll experience intense withdrawal symptoms and if he trusts his feeling he's fucked .
  12. @Leo Gura I appreciate your help. should I make happiness and fulfillment (not excitement ) a goal in life?
  13. @Leo Gura if I'm not the mind nor the body why improving it, why going to the gym, why quitting addictions, why learning, why making money... this is gonna strengthen my ego and makes me forget that I'm god which is gonna lead to suffering right? ,
  14. @max duewel , Living a normal life can lead to spiritual growth that’s true but most of the time I’m gonna forget my true nature while living it which can lead to suffering, And living a monk life will lead to happiness because I’ll be most of the time focusing on my true nature which is god, but seeking happiness and avoiding pain Isn’t my ego’s creation? My mind is fucked , I can’t make a decision.
