this is pure defamation @Leo Gura! I know your position on debates but i think it's cases like this that IMHO it's worth being more open to dialogue, expecially when the guy spreading misinformation has over 1M subs. I also understand your point that a debate doesn't get you to truth but still has it's positive sides: 1) It's a showcase: You can gain new followers, possibly becoming serious seekers (less need of ad promotion maybe?) 2) an hour of discussion doesn't change the interlocutor's mind but it is enough to plant in him the seed of doubt 3) You would have the chance give to CLEAR idea of what spirituality is to an extremely confused materialist audience 3) It would be fun to see egos climbing on mirrors -

I feel like I needed a thread like this! Maybe a answer to anyone that think that metal is just stage red barking. This high is all that's left of us A hallucinogenic conservation that without, I am captious There is complacency in knowledge and desire in wisdom They will be found entwined behind the final curtain Speak over me body, mind and soul Lose all self-control At once, I'm sinking into desolation, overwhelmed by fascination This common case I'm bound to face amidst this self-induced cerebral recreation. Speak over me body, mind and soul Bleed into the deep Let go, we must lose all self-control Let go of letting go and hold on to something whole The butchering of a beast or birth to enduring peace Infinite darkness or incessant ease Speak over me body, mind and soul Lose all self-control Ultraviolet eyes Speak over me body, mind and soul Bleed into the deep Let go, we must lose all self-control Let go of letting go, and hold on to something whole We are not what we seem. A living fiction and hidden theme Allow the ephemeral ecstasy to course through every vein This enlightenment is temporary and may never come again Ultraviolet eyes We are not what we seem A living fiction and hidden theme Violet hues are comforting, tracing through my mind, consoling me -

@Girzo Thanks for the report. I have some questions: 1- have you experimented with Stevens Pranayama? if so, why do you decided switch to Santata's? 2- How the hell do you count 108 breaths? do you use beads? 3 i guess you find Yoni mudra ineffective like i do, so you stick to concetration on the third eye with eyes pointing up right? -

@TheSomeBody pretty simple, drop it. Try something different -
@Derek White The goal is develop your self as a person so that you become high-value. Once you're in that position you won't have to be needy to a particular woman since you'll have many options. With that said, everyone has psychological and physical needs. The point is to get yourself to easily satisfy those needs(call it sex or finding love), with having to behave like a doormat because you're in scarcity mode. All of this assuming that you want sex/romance in your life. Being high value doesn't exacly corrispond to the Conan The barbarian-prototype. Being succesful in entertainment + good-looking automatically makes you high-status regardless of you being feminine. You are confusing Conservative's sense of responsability and work ethics with what Pick-Up advises. Your average Right-wing politician would tell you that to be a good man you have to be able to protect and being loyal your family, pray to the Lord and handle your job well. it is more community-oriented and assumes that you stick to norms and taboos. Pick-Up wants you to challenge those taboos, and social conventions. Ben Shapiro would never tell you to hit clubs and approach 10 times a night

i don't think it's the case, it should matter if you can do it at will, for how much time before you get effected by the manifested world again and to which profoundity. From Wiki: "Pratyahara is drawing within one's awareness. It is a process of retracting the sensory experience from external objects. It is a step of self extraction and abstraction. Pratyahara is not consciously closing one's eyes to the sensory world, it is consciously closing one's mind processes to the sensory world. Pratyahara empowers one to stop being controlled by the external world, fetch one's attention to seek self-knowledge and experience the freedom innate in one's inner world". -

so, 6 months- update. To start, above you find my first update. For most of the last 3 months my routine has been: -Mahamudra x3 -Navi kriya x3 -Kriya pranayama x12 -Yoni mudra x3 Regarding the effects: -I can still sense chakra-points vibrating if i concetrate on them. -still get shakings but in less than before -Third eye pulsating but not as veemently as when i used to practice concentration -I think i can see the first form of Kutastha(blu disk) -I keep having feelings of well-being after practice As of now, my stack has changed, i added Kp2 and Kriya bow, stopped Navi Kriya. I see that some of the techs. presented in Stevens book suggests to practice are minor, and meant to be used for a limited period so I understand this is a moment of transition, no big deal. In 1-2 weeks i want to start practicing consistently with this final form: -Kriya bow x1( looking forward to KSF) -Mahamudra x3 -KP1+KP2+KP3 x36 tot -Yoni Mudra(x3) or Concetration( 10 min. atleast) -Rest now, let's get to the issue: i feel a bit confused. the online resources about kriya(books, blogs, videos) might be pretty detailed about the techiques, but when it comes to explaining motives, maps and stages it gets vague. The whole Kundalini system is surrounded by so much supertition that is difficult to comprehend its mechanics. I don't recognize in Kriya the clear step-by-step process that is present in Buddhism for exemple. The trinity Dharana-Dhyana-Samadhi should be the goal but how do i know i'm moving forward to their descriptions? Cause right know i seem to be far from that. Should i just expect a sudden shift through diligent practice? i have had changes in state but not in stage, i don't feel trasformed yet. I know that maybe i'm skipping steps here, but i want to use my situation as pretext in order to understand more. I'm still determined to reach the 1-year mark. If you guys have some tips, i'd be happy to read it! -

@StarStruck @docs20 I'm learning from them about pick up, so yes, overall they bring great value, you can see that they know what they are talking about. i cannot say the same when they venture out of that domain. I Would add that surely they show green elements, but they are mostly in healthy orange, and as every stage, orange has its downsides when it comes to understending turquoise. -
_Archangel_ replied to StarStruck's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
8 min. in they start to claim they had enlightment experiences and dark night of the soul, but right after they lose themselves in the real-non real debate. Tyler even states "i've been completely present with barely a thought in my head for 4 days straight" An example of how stage orange unconsciously banalizes spirituality for profit. -
@Yali No need to get spiritual here, just study anthropology.

Ironic and sad that many stage blue/orange blacks are part of the reason why the system is rigid as fuck: quick recap: Hasanbi: *tries to explain that social and economic inequality between Whites and Afros are systemic and deep-rooted* Peterson:*"systemic racism doesn't exist" -

Covid is appearing IN Coosciousness as as a potato does. the differences/real/unreal - internal/external is appearing IN consciusness as everything else does. Immagination includes Concreteness, coherence and perfecly functioning laws. Still, there is nothing happening outside experience, like in a videogame every thing happens in the screen and things come into being in the screen. You can imagine something is happening off-screen, but this thinking would still happen inside experience. the notion of "things are happening even when i don't look" is appearing inside your bubble, as all your reasonong and assumptions do, like that there is a bubble in the first place. None, since in both cases you still believe it's true. You are misunderstanding what immaginary means. It doesn't mean necessarily mean fake/false, but produced/made up by the Mind. The reason why Leo stratches it so much is because people usually tend to believe that there is a world of fenomena that is there even if we don't experience it. This is false. the difference between outside and inside is made up INSIDE experience. There is no bubble -

@Preety_India Paranoia. Search for The Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon. Most guys in their late 20's - early 30's try to settle and think to build a family. in a good social circle you can easely meet that decent, mild, pretty guy who wants to be loved and build a family, that can give you "emotional security". But probably that's not what you want. What you probably want is that guy that is dominant, leading, Alpha, high self-esteem and assertive and you are expecting him to make a family with you and never leave. Hard to happen, unless he finds you really valueble/extraordinary. I read many of your posts and i always noticed this contradiction in you thinking. That's the source of your confusion. You are always playing mind games. Expectations are drafts of your realized agenda. manipulation is your agenda at work. if you knew this you wouldn't be so hard on PUA!

@ciclonado From "I Am That", a compilation of dialogues with Sri Nisargadatta Q: What am I if not human? M: That which makes you think that you are a human is not human. It is but a dimensionless point of consciousness, a conscious nothing; all you can say about yourself is: ‘I am.’ You are pure being — awareness — bliss. To realize that is the end of all seeking. You come to it when you see all you think yourself to be as mere imagination and stand aloof in pure awareness of the transient as transient, imaginary as imaginary, unreal as unreal. It is not at all difficult, but detachment is needed. It is the clinging to the false that makes the true so difficult to see. Once you understand that the false needs time and what needs time is false, you are nearer the Reality, which is timeless, ever in the now. Eternity in time is mere repetitiveness, like the movement of a clock. It flows from the past into the future endlessly, an empty perpetuity. Reality is what makes the present so vital, so different from the past and future, which are merely mental. If you need time to achieve something, it must be false. The real is always with you; you need not wait to be what you are. Only you must not allow your mind to go out of yourself in search. When you want something, ask yourself: do I really need it? and if the answer is no, then just drop it. Q: Must I not be happy? I may not need a thing, yet if it can make me happy, should I not grasp it? M: Nothing can make you happier than you are. All search for happiness is misery and leads to more misery. The only happiness worth the name is the natural happiness of conscious being.

Thats exacly what psychedelics can show you. You get on the peak of the mountain to see how big the world is, even if just for a limited amount of time! No one is saying is permanent Enlightenment. Do we atleast agree on this? -
_Archangel_ replied to Mike21's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@impulse9 He meant that only the ego can have the feeling of improving or changing. Thats beacuse it is a mental contruction. When he says that "you aren't" it means that the ego is occupied being something, while it cannot just be. God is just beingness without the needing of being a certain way, hence the notion of improving lose its meaning in this case. -

search "functional illiterate" on google. You simply don't understand or refuse to comprehend. again you write without understanding what i wrote. There are trillions of reports of poeple having a "no self" experience on psychedelics. in my book this can be called mystical experience. Does this mean mean you get Enlightenment and full freedom from suffering from a few trips? of course not! To close, i'm not defending anyone here, i simply observe, an i can say that on this topic your closemindedness is factual. You also don't comprehend what Leo says. -
_Archangel_ replied to Mike21's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
1) You think that making a critique of the epistemological and methodological foundation of science means to negate science in total. Your reasoning is basically "you can't criticize something and using its product" If you had bothered to comprehend Leo's video in detail, you would have noticed that He gives merit to science for its creations. His critiques pointed to a much deeper place. 2) Leo has never claimed that "drugs" can give you full Liberation (Nirvana/Moksha), which is different from saying that they make you have a mystical experience. They can be of enormous help though, if put beside a daily spiritual practice, as Leo always says. -
@Barbara i was a heavy people pleaser in the past and i still struggle with this sometimes, i think you got the point right: If you are a people pleaser you are being selfish as fuck, not the other way round. You basecally play a character that plays a character beacause you are fearful to show your true personality, disires, faults. You don't want to create contrast because you don't want to be judge. So you put a mask on and be a passive coward. I'm coming out of this by giving a direction to my life. If you don't have goals and the guts to fight fot them then other's poeple agendas suck you dry and you find your self emiting those fible "yes..." to everything. The best thing to do is to take responsability for that. I am leaving many friends on this path and that's the best thing i can do right now for me and them
