@Andrea Marchetti Yes No. Because You still have to make the best choice for the country, even if this means stepping the toe of a noisy minority(wich is always the case). what you don't put into the account is that so many poeple are so under developed that you need to impose solutions onto them for the benefit of everybody. That's why we have laws. Green pass is good because more poeple will get vaccinated. As a developed country you can't make the vaccine mandatory as it would be too authoritarian, but at the same time you can't afford a low percentage of vaccinated citizens. As you've said, the alternative is no Green Pass and risking a new lockdown, atleast in Italy.

@Giulio Bevilacqua Do you mean you feel like spinning( much like when you're drunk) or do you actually start to spin like a tornado? Does it get worse when you close your eyes? Could it be labyrinthitis? If you feel that you heal then try to schedule atleast 30 mins a day to let go and let your body do its thing without jugment or control. Resist and edure it.

@Giulio Bevilacqua I thought you said you had a guru... Anyway do these pains manifest only in meditation? can you work/study properly? Maybe leave meditation on the side and try to implement some physical activity in your day, like running etc. and see if something change. Be positive! it's just a phase. Endure it, allow it, accept it. You are growing. Focus on the things you have learned. When the storm has passed i suggest to Get a good manual of Kriya Yoga or Buddhism and follow it TO THE LETTER.

@Giulio Bevilacqua I recommend neither cultivating the breath pattern nor restraining it, let it do its thing, allow and accept it unless you see it can harm you, in this case get a hold of the situation immediatly. You should still be able to control your breath and keep goin with your practice. If you feel the need to perform Breath of Fire make so that it fit your stack of exercises. I raccomand not to do just BoF and mild it down with normal Pranayama and Mahamudra.

@Giulio Bevilacqua By that i meant attention kept towards a single point. If done for too long and without adequate warm-up it can cause cause problems (research Gopi Krishna's story). But i don't think it's your case. Anyway, i think you can tackle your situation in many ways: 1)Leave aside energy work, and stick to a simple "I AM" meditation, investigate the "I" that is suffering this condition, Ramana Maharshi-Style. 2) I would suggest you start to spill that seed once in a while. Semen ritention might have added-up at your problem. Find a way to "release" that energy ( go running, take a singing class). 3) As @Nahm is writing, you can put spirituality on hold for a moment. An overload of concepts and beliefs can be overwhelming. Take a second to reflect and consider that you may have many unquestioned assumptions about the cause of your pain.

@Giulio Bevilacqua What kind of practices are you performing? in my opinion this kind of situations are the resault of incorrect "energy" manipulation. Prolonged concetration at a body part can build this kind of energy in the area, but if you start to feel too much heat or pain you should immediatly stop and de-focus. Through Kriya Yoga i'm understanding more and more that energy is meant to be tamed and carried at will through the body rather then built in a single spot. Concentration is meant to be the climax your session after intense worming-up. If you have stomach pains i suggest to research the practice of navi kriya, use it and se if it gets better.

If you look closely to your moment-to-moment experience, you can see that you are doing exacly that. Now.

@Emerald I would suggest that the brutal way Leo keeps talking about this is instrumental to demystify many myths about attraction in which guys easely believe to be reality.
