It's like all that consciousness gets channeled in a healthier way with medication. I'm too imbalanced atm to handle the consciousness in normal state without medication. Medication decreases my level of consciousness in exchange for it manifesting in a healthier way. Practice integration of masculine and feminine from both sides. Spirit and action. Passive and active. I can't concentrate like I used to. Master relationship. It's mastery of the mundane. You can come at it from either side, if you struggle with one side as long as you're polarized and not resistant to the opposite polarity.

It's connected to the paradox effect and the ideal society all leaning forward. What I saw was so stunningly beautiful. Like the paradox effect. STO's responsibility is to teach others to lean forward purposefully. Ascension = spirit world = mastery of the human realm = ideal society = higher beings = rapture No one gets left behind Mirror a natural affect of spirit.

I'm not impressed by most men. I need a man who is on my level, spiritually. That's the only way - and healthy way- a guy is going to dominate me and possess me. Mostly I can create that kind of man in my head and during mystic states but mostly I focus on being in a relationship with humanity. That's what fulfils me. Maybe that might work for you.

Teal swan has 'great posture', masculine Integrated. I think her level of integration and sexual expression and intimacy gets her into trouble. A woman is either Mary or Magdalena. People love to demonise her for being very open in her expression. She gets thought of as a manipulative and a snake because she has incredible integration. It's a compliment. Women have to deal with a lot.

Do you think it's a coincidence that Eckhart Tolle attracts people? All he did was sit on a park bench. He basked in peace, inadvertently integrated masculine and feminine. Reality takes on a different quality, people treat you differently. You have great 'posture'. Leaning back. Yennefor fixes her spine and her posture. Masculine. If you get really deep in the spirit world, it gets stronger and it's all obvious. I've had 'psychosis' for up to 12 months + None of this is other worldish or magical. It's the default. The cork floating. You can see it in fairytales Cinderella is STO and has spirit but she has 'bad posture'. She transforms with the help of another STO. She breaks the mirror when she leans too far forward. Good posture instinctually teaches you not to lean too far forward. It's the hero's journey for the feminine. It seems strange because we are only familiar with the masculine. But it's the default reality. The chakras work on the spine and head thats how you integrate masculine for STO. Chakra's are 'out there' and often dismissed as stage green.

STS, leaning back, self/the cell is the energy of the masculine. The feeling. All connected.

The paradox effect

I'm kinda off balance though. That's my problem. Because of STO. I have an allergy to leaning back, like it's a sin. If you are off balance you won't access full leaning back and leaning forward. I have to rebalance myself, which is a natural consequence of Peace. You just stumble around with the Jewel foolishly until you figure it out. Play.

Spirit is how you can most potently lean back, lean forward. The 'end goal' of Deep Peace your starting point. Everything you do and be is in service to that. Everything else is an after thought, including leaning back, leaning forward...that comes naturally, a natural consequence of Peace.

Find the blur and you'll find the spirit world. Leaning back and leaning forward is the blur. If you keep following to the end of the blur to the full spirit world you'll dissolve. The Great Peace.

I think I confused the masculine for God realization because STS/ integration results in awakening or activation for me. Bias. No logic bias.

-Feminine and masculine holds the key to intentionally connecting with the spirit world. Leaning back, leaning forward -Integration of anima/animus -Realm of Gods is the spirit world. Realm of Women is how you get there (for STO), the normal world crossing over. Leaning back for the feminine (integration) results in total leaning forward mirror and spirit world. -Higher Beings have Self and Other, masculine and feminine, leaning back and leaning forward totally integrated -Spirit realm leans back for STS. Spirit realm leans forward for STO. -Spirit realm coincides with aspects of normal reality. They're influenced by each other, cross over, overlap. Its not so separate, it's blurred. Alchemy. Learning the aspects is like learning the Philosopher's stone. -Healing and manifestation abilities coincide with integration and polarization and the spirit world. Integration yet again the key. -The spirit world is around us all the time. There are doorways by mimicking it. Mimicking is one of the most powerful ways of entrance since the normal reality and the spirit realm overlap significantly. Its a kind of witchcraft. -Mimicking is also useful for manifestation and healing but in this case you'd be using spirit rather than 'the elements' or energy, although there's an interaction between spirit and wellbeing. -STS and STO are in a relationship with the earth and its people and the spirit world. The earth, its people and the spirit world are overlapping. When they practice reverence and integration it transforms. STS has to learn to lean forward through soul lessons and STO has to learn to lean back through soul lessons. -Integration = Imbalance. Same thing. New world allstar teaches STO how to pull in energy and how it feels. -'God' and 'not God' is wrong label (I think? I'm not certain. I was in a drastically different state when I wrote that). But it pointed me to how spirit world and normal world overlap. I had a bias toward feminine. -Paranoia/delusion is to be expected and may not even be totally delusion/paranoia since it's all blurred and overlapping. Face the darkness. Stand in your conviction that you are ultimately powerful, immortal and cannot be harmed. -Hell realm caused by delusion and lack of integration, but primarily delusion. Running around trying to integrate and meditate is not the solution. Solve by dropping delusion. -STS and STO also interact. STS and STO stand out to each other. Depressed STS can trigger 'activation' in STO and STO will evoke spirit realm and try to convince STS to practice Love (message of Love) with the help of activation, her presence and the spirit realm. STO and STS will feel like 'old friends'. STS will particularly be sensitive to any imbalance within humanity and within himself that is due to his long held stubbornness and STO's gradual absence. He will call out to STO and may become depressed when he receives no response. STS is a reflection of what the mirror (humanity etc.) does at large, but more exaggerated with worrisome results. STS will become more and more depressed and therefore selfish. He will become stubborn in his polarization, not feeling the need or desire to integrate the opposite polarity. Eventually STO will be forced to respond. And she'll respond with everything she has in her. She'll use the spirit realm, her presence/polarity/strength and activation, all to avoid a possibly dire situation. - Medication is an illusion. I leaned too far forward and broke the mirror (I see signs of that frequently, broken mirrors). There's a lack of imbalance/integration. - Mastery of the human realm and the appearance of the spirit realm occur simultaneously. - There is still excess in the spirit realm and lessons to be learnt - The spirit realm feels like being dead. There can be temporary hells and heavens (realms of samsara) but only souls that can more than handle it will go there. Incapable souls are protected. - Demons of excess are very reasonable. Anyone incapable is protected.
