  1. Let's share some hacks from all areas of life that make it more smooth. I'll share my first one: Watching youtube-videos at 1,5x normal speed. Works fine with a lot of videos and saves you quite some time. Your brain also lerns to process information quicker. I mostly do this with informational type videos.

  5. @jjer94 Keep up the blog, you're a very good writer. Have you looked into Gabriel Cousens stuff? He's a very enlightened guy with lot of good advice on nutrition.

  7. Doing the work can be hard and excruciatingly painful. But what is way more painful is having lived your whole life only in the shadow. Have deep trust in your issue, it might very well be your way to liberation.
  8. @jjer94 Some things i do. - Fruits with thicker skins i buy non-organic (mango, avocado...) - intermittent fasting and/or not eating once a week - have some space for grounding cooked dinners here and there (potatoes, carrots, cabbage...) - increasing energy/"vibrational frequency" with yoga, meditation etc. -> less food needed - learn to really feel my hunger and satisfaction, practice body awareness especially in the back, spine, torso area -> reduces emotional eating, hightened sensitivity increases love and caring for your body - invest the money with having the bigger picture in mind (a healthy body/mind system will need less and less food) - gratitude before/after the meal (remember people, processes, my time and work investment etc. that all allowed me to have a nourishing meal) - living very minimalistic

  11. Know that the "hunger" you will feel is not hunger. It's your body cleansing and detoxifying itself. It's a very good thing. This "hunger" passes about 2-3 days into the fast. Real hunger is very different.
  12. It's rather that they ARE that. They don't do anything of it intentionally. Meditation is just what it is. There's no delight for them. If it's joy or pain, it will always be just what they ARE.

Recipes also warmly welcomed. Why i am starting this topic: After being a health nut for many years, i feel i am getting more and more to the core of it. Long story short: Comming Wednesday evening i will finish my 21 day water fast with some raw coconut water. The first days probably only mango, then some apples, avocados. Why I started: - been very healthy for years but want to transition to a 99% raw food diet - Go 90%+ organic - Detox heavy metals and toxins - Hydrate body and tissues, increase flexibility - Clean whole intestines - Improve eye sight Results so far: - feeling extremly good and light, lost more than 10kg (81kg to ~70kg) - very clear and calm - great improvement of flexibility A very short protocol: Day 1-5: fine, little hunger - Day 6-12: muscle and joint pain (most toxins in legs), detox symptoms like headaches, lots of yellow mucus, did enemas until day 12 - Day 12-19: Feeling better and better, some black outs from standing up to quickly - Day 20-21: To come... - Post fasting phase: About one month slowly refeeding (most of the results happen AFTER!) Supplements and coming meals: - Organic and if possible in season and local - High water content - Right food combinations for the body to digest - Fruit, Greens, Veggies, Soaked Nuts/Seeds - Vit D3, Chlorella, Omega 3 veg, Magnesium, Iodine - Little salt, probably keep organic honey - no to very few processed foods (maybe Coconut milk etc.) - eat less, consciously, no psychological eating Would only recommend longer fasting if one does a lot of research and preperation (spiritual, psychological and physiological) before.
