  1. Yes @Waken is right, in my experience
  2. Hahaha so happy for you !!
  3. Amazing! Yes everything is orgasmic and blissful hahaha amazing realization Did the stomach aches go away by now ? Yes I think I see what you mean, however my guess is that if you feel into that calmness, you will see underneath that it has also this dimension of ecstasy and expansiveness and like being really really awake if that makes sense
  4. Ah yes his channel has been posted in this forum many times, he is nice. He follows Osho teachings, so if you are interested in him, you may find Osho interesting.
  5. Hahaha much love to you <3 No trap can survive one who is sincere in wanting to understand/love
  6. This is tier 3 : If you disagree you are below purple
  7. Your interpretation is close to what I tried to convey, congratulations because I just read it again and I was like "wtf I must have watched too much star trek" hahaha (I actually didn't watch star trek and I don't know what I mean by this joke, but whatever) Just for the sake of clarity and suggesting more straightforward things here is what I have to say on what you said : For what it really is, that is, another confirmation that your true heart's desire is on the way (even if it seemingly negates it). This is a significant point which we may discuss more in detail if reading it feels bad or seems untrue. Yes, however if one were to totally stop believing in lack (= seeing abundance/life in everything), resistance could still occur as a way to tell you that what you currently desire is not aligned with what you ultimately desire by having that current desire. This is quite rare but it happens. What's more common is that resistance without belief in lack is simply feeling "meh" about something : you simply don't want it anymore. You simply see that it's not part of your journey. The same way you currently would feel "meh" about let's say getting into an abusive relationship, or doing 100000 push-ups right now. Yes I agree, in my book they are the same thing (: Relaxing into it, yes. Waiting is a no no. Have you noticed ? Each time you start actively waiting for something or someone, it feels bad. This is because while waiting, you are constantly referencing the absence of the thing you're waiting for. "It's not there yet. It's not there yet. It's not there yet. etc" in other words "There is a lack of this. There is a lack of this. There is a lack of this." Relaxing into it means expanding into it. It means interpreting the resistance in the manner that feels best (which brings us back to what I said about point n°1). By doing that relaxation happens spontaneously. If my house was on fire, relaxation would be difficult, I would have to be a yogi and perhaps force relaxation mechanically through the breath or something. Relaxation is easier to "achieve" when the way I perceive things is at the very least peaceful.
  8. Yes it may be said to be a challenge of worth but there is a little bit of complexity involved. On what we may describe as an absolute level, resistance itself is also just a form/expression of that creative energy you refer to. Ibn Arabi (a sufi master) says : "His veil is His oneness since nothing veils Him other than Him. His own being veils Him. His being is concealed by His oneness without any condition. No one other than He sees Him. No sent prophet, perfect saint or angel brought close knows Him. His prophet is He, His messenger is He, His message is He and His word is He. He sent Himself from Himself, through Himself to Himself. There is no intermediary or means other than Him. There is no difference between the sender, that which is sent and the one to whom it is sent." Krishna says : "You and I have passed through many births, Arjuna. You have forgotten, but I remember them all. My true being is unborn and changeless. I am the Lord who dwells in every creature. Through the power of my own maya [illusion], I manifest myself in a finite form. [...] Others follow the path of jnana, Arjuna. They see that where there is One, that One is me; where there are many, all are me; they see my face everywhere." Many many others have said similar things. But, even if this was true, why would it be relevant to say that resistance is part of "god" ? Is this not, at best, poetry ? Well, it can be taken in a poetic or intellectual manner and, if so, probably very little will be extracted from this. However if you feel into this with your heart, you may see that if resistance is an expression of the one, if you are an expression of the one, if what you want is too an expression of it, etc, then the fact that you feel bad about resistance is an invitation to deepen your faith. How do I deepen my faith ? By seeing why it would make me feel bad to be faced with internal resistance in this case (works too for external resistance) : I have smashed myself into another way I believe in lack. In an infinite universe which is also one, lack can only exist as a concept. In other words, lack is the only thing that's lacking. It's the only thing that is absolutely false. Since it's false, and since we have learned earlier that "if it feels bad, it must not be true" you can see the connection : there is a resistance, I feel bad because I compute this resistance into lack, my higher self says "it makes no sense that you believe in lack, therefore because I love you so much, I will make you feel bad about it in the hope that perhaps you see the truth that there is no lack." But the way it is generally computed by we humans is: "I resist, I feel bad, I believe that if I feel bad, the resistance must really be something that is important, that I must go against it, therefore I create more resistance, and more feeling bad" and bravo! I have now created a loop that I will find very funny once I transcend all this The way, or one way, to go about it in my view is to see that there is no lack, that it is only the universe flexing on me its abundance and love in yet another form and therefore I naturally relax into it. I naturally have faith. Faith is natural when you know that there is no lack. And guess what happens when one relaxes ? Resistance melts away, or takes the form of a redirection towards what is actually best for me. If you are stubborn in a good way about seeing more and more as the One sees, you will start to see yourself more and more as the One. You will discover that you are a being of infinite worth. And therefore, the deeper layers of resistance, that may have been stored in circumstances or in the body will melt away (not that you care at this point). I don't know if what I said makes any sense because it is a little complicated to explain but try to feel into it!
  9. Doing more could look like following your bliss instead, for if you follow that which makes you happy, well you will be happier, and if something is relevant for you to look at in terms of past traumas etc, it will appear to you along the way. If you look at trauma from a blissful state, it's quite easy to dissolve, if you look at it from a not so blissful state, in general one simply start seeing more and more and more trauma and feels overwhelmed and trapped inside a life determined by event they didn't choose to experience and starts seeing how it affects them now in relationships or whatever, etc. So yeah, just do what makes you happy in each moment (it doesn't have to be big things, it can look like eating chocolate or going for a walk).
  10. I think you may have misread this one, I didn't imply that you were lacking empathy neither towards yourself nor towards others, quite the contrary. If you lacked empathy or sensitivity, you would not be open or able to hear what I have to say. You are indeed an empath, which is a beautiful gift (: By the way, I am curious, were you always an empath, from childhood until now, or was there a moment it became "locked" then unlocked, so to speak? Here's the link I told you I would send: https://www.typeinmind.com/nefi Read it when you have some time, I think you may recognize yourself Hahahaha it's true that most of us are at least to an extent vulnerable to others' perceptions, but it doesn't have to be that way!
  11. Your writing is great! I enjoyed reading this, and the thing about insights is indeed very true in my experience, these 2 types of insight do exist and seem indeed to be related to feminine / masculine energies. I used to prefer masculine insights more some years ago and got very frustrated and impatient with the parts of me that would not dissolve this way.
  12. Hahaha thank YOU but then if it didn't actually resonate for this particular situation, just leave it because it would not be what your higher self would want you to transform (yet haha). I see what you mean however I would say that you probably didn't take it personally, you did however take it "collectively" What I mean by this is that you unconsciously felt that it is so unfair, that no one should ever be called this or that in the first place and even less so in such an innocent situation. And so, "hey, have some empathy! Put yourself in others shoes! What you are saying is judgemental, lacks sensitivity and shows unwillingness to understand others!", you see ? Anger as a way to demand the empathy that you yourself would never lack in similar situations. In my experience, when transformed this anger becomes detached compassion and love because it merges back with the empathy it stemmed from in the first place, but the merging back brings back home with it awareness/wisdom. I'm not sure however of what just wrote, I was more confident in what I said yesterday. So, you tell me! PS: If what I just said does resonate, I think you would find it interesting to read about jungian cognitive functions (and especially the Fi function), I'll send you a link when I'm on my laptop.
  13. Yes it can mean this, however my guess is that just thinking the opposite does not change how you feel at this point ? If I am right, it would point to the fact that it goes a little bit beyond this. I would suggest that it is triggering the belief that "I can be a victim of how others perceive me" In other words, they hold this power of perception over me no matter how authentic I am, no matter what my real intention are, no matter how open I am to actually taking into account constructive criticism. Therefore, the joy of just being spontaneously me is lost (or could be lost, it depends). I could never live like this, therefore I am angry (anger being the energy of change). I direct this energy on the trigger instead of using it to see clearly this that is being explained and how it's completely false. Therefore, it feels not just a little bit bad but really bad to be angry, because I have used anger as a way to further confirm the truth of the belief while simultaneously ignoring it and while simultaneously trying to change something that does not matter. If what I said is quite right, the way out would be to think the opposite of this and see how you feel ? Try maybe: "I can never be the victim of how others perceive me, for I am freedom itself and there are no others"
  14. @Gianna hahaha this is a great opportunity !
  15. This one is a gold nugget and could be extrapolated to any feeling that feels bad. It's basically a way to shift from feeling bad to feeling good. "Thank you for making me feel this bad about this, universe/god/higher self/etc, because before I would just tolerate this situation/way of perceiving things and not feel anything about it, this means you deem me ready to let go and embrace a more harmonious perspective (which will also hopefully feel bad some day, etc)"
  16. My point is that things at this point are not being imagined randomly: you are not suddenly morphing into some 8-legged alien then into a cat, then into a tree, etc, because what "adds" to infinity so to speak is for it/you to be Leo. This doesn't mean there is no room in that for waking up from the person and becoming the creator, far from that, but this too is just a (necessary) step. Here is a quote from Nisargadatta that will perhaps make things clearer: "Donating the self you get brahma, donating brahma you get parabrahman" (Brahma in Hinduism is the creator god, or the creative principle, parabrahman is a term used to point to the absolute)
  17. One could argue that it most probably wouldn't in substantial ways because you would see the relevancy of what you imagined in the first place
  18. Hahaha I wouldn't want to overwhelm you that's all. Besides it's great to let that sense of mystery and wonder cultivate iself, it's true openness/humility Here is my suggestion, written in white as to not spoil you if you want to come up with yours first and then compare: "Crystallizing myself means constantly creating and nurturing a state of inspiration"
  19. Hahaha no I'm not the real Justin Bieber, I just found the idea funny to impersonate him Hahaha I feel love & gratitude for you and this forum too! I'll be sharing other things I suspect will interest you in the future There is a simple yet powerful common denominator (in my view) to most of the points that struck your attention, maybe it would be interesting to find it out (:
  20. Yes it came immediately to mind when you made the first post but I didn't link it because there is great value in investigating confusion and seeing how clear it is
  21. Yes! Many people get trapped in the non dual paradigm for a few years/decades because they had a realization that made so much impression on them that they start using it as a way to redefine and reference the world in a neutral way. Because it feels better to say "I got fired from my job, it's not bad, it just is" or "There is no one here to seek, who is doing the seeking? I am brahman only" they checkmate themselves into thinking this is it, while in fact it's just the start of an infinite journey. In my case it lasted for a whole year before I started to feel really depressed about it but I met people who had been brainwashing themselves like this for like 30 years. I suspect many of those buddhist monks are in that state: they become very disciplined, very good at being silent, but their discipline is a form of resistance to life and their silence is a form of dullness (no offence meant to buddhism, this is not a generalization, rather I'm picking specific examples to make a point). In the way I see things, the fact that you got confused is actually a very good sign, it means that you intuitively raised the bar and didn't get caught in that trap.
  22. Spiritual ego is a concept used to feel really bad about the inevitability that when you already feel very bad, you will try with no definitive success to twist spiritual understandings to feel happy. By all means, have a spiritual ego if that keeps you going through a valley experience
  23. Yes and the beautiful part is that surrender itself doesn't exist in a sense, surrender simply means to let go of everything that is false and that is holding you back from being love. Therefore, do what you love and drop what you don't ! Sometimes, strategizing will be part of that, often times not.
